Iron Man's enemy

They are the enemy and hated on Tony Stark for ruining their live once in long time. And now they become the super villains and destroyed everything that Tony Stark stands for and kill the one he care.... His surrogate son/mentee Spider-Man. And now they are one of the Assassins to killed Spider-Man.

Living Laser: Arthur Parks was the old friend of Max Dillion, however during the accident causes them fills with electricity from the prototype teleporter since Tony see them dangerous and unstable. He gains hatred toward on Iron man and destroyed everything he love. And he was hired recruited by the 'Joker'.

Blizzard: Donald "Donnny" Gill. Has hate on Tony Stark for stealing his project to presented his invention the freeze ray. He decided to quite and attempted to create the freeze ray gun however it causes the accident gains the scar. He was recruited by Gentlemen to destroy Iron Man legacies. And he was recruited by 'Joker'

Ezekiel Stane: He is the bastard son of Obadiah Stane, he hate his father not around and hate on Tony Stark what he take way. he gains interested toward on (Y/N) Parker and know his identify as Spider-Man.

Crimson Dyamo: His name is Leoniod Ivanoc he is the enemy of Spider-Man when after Iron Man's death. The Soviet smuggled in Stark Industries and stole the blueprints of Iron Man's armor to replicate. He vow to become a hero but see Spider-Man as the threats

Gunsmith: He is the A.I created by Tony Stark and they get along well for the weapons company but has disrespect toward on JARVIS. And so Tony has changes decided to shut Gunsmith down. At first (Y/N) distrusted toward at Gunsmith is cocky and arrogant see him dangerous but Gunsmith act friendly toward on (Y/N) however he is corrupted and rogue A.I wanted to Stark Industries to make weapons again and hack to take over EDITH and kill Tony Stark the one he love his family and surrogate Son, (Y/N) Parker.

Spider-Man's enemies

Kraven the Hunter: He is the enemy of the Spider-Man and like to hunt him down when he was recruited and hired by Gustav aka Gentleman.

Quentin Beck aka Mysterio: He was the former friend turn enemy of (Y/N) Parker aka Spider-Man. He manipulated to (Y/N) giving access to EDITH however (Y/N) fought back and get EDITH backs so he knew his plan is failing but he frame (Y/N) to kill him to reveal his identify throughout the public. However (Y/N) found out Beck is alive and he trick Beck giving the fake EDITH and his future brother in law stop Beck's team to release his secret throughout the public as the citizen realize Spider-Man is innocent and frame and they stop him. He stated he wanted to make his family and happy life. Until then.... His wife divorced him and take custody of his beloving daughter Francie he remains in prison for 3 years. He released in prison give up his revenge and crime he wanted to reconcile his ex wife and beloving daughter he love her and wanted to apologize to (Y/N) doesn't know he can trust him again. He wanted to give up his old life as villian but he was forced too.....

Screwball: She is the social media and internet addicted Supervillians. She like to hired the thugs and to see Spider-Man's skills and in order to get some followers and she was not recruited by 'Joker'.

Taskmaster: He was the one who test and challenges of Spider-Man's skills and got hired by his client. And he got hired by his client once again to hunt down Spider-Man. 

Batman's Villains

Firefly: He was the enemy defeated by Batman long time ago, however he was freed and recruited by the Gentlemen to kill Spider-Man but he is one of the assassin.

Talon: He is the top assassin and loyal toward on the Owl of the Court seeing Spider-Man as the threat to the worldwide. And he has gains interested toward on Robin aka Damian Wayne.

Hush: Thomas Elliot aka known as Hush, after he was stop by Bruce Wayne and prevented to transfer his memory to his former childhood friend. He is one of the assassin hired to killed Spider-Man.

Black Mask: The most fearful mob messes and successor of Roman Sionis he hired the assassins for the operations to killed Spider-Man however.... his identify taken by someone else known as 'Joker'.
