The Mansion: It is the mansion own by Tony Stark in Japan, after his death he sacrifices for the trillion of people. He left for his surrogate son one day that he will own and has accessed the lairs for him.

The Spider-Lair Command Center: It is the Spider-Lair and command center for Spider-Man it was created by Tony Stark  has been under the mansion. 

Training Room: There is the training room where he will train and practice of his fighting and combat skills. 

Lab room: This is where (Y/N) getting for his own lab using his own genius to invents of the gadgets to fight against villains and foes. 

The Specialized suit: It is the 3D model printer of Suit, it was created by Tony Stark to left for his mentee/surrogate son, it has the second one in the Spider Lair.

Vehicle Room: The vehicle room is where he stores all of his vehicles. 

Spider-Mobile: The Spider-Mobile created by Tony Stark, it is the fastest with speed, modified with high tech. It equips with the Spider-legs on it, plus it always to climbing up on the wall on building.

Jet-Web: The high tech modified jet created by Stark Industries and funded with Wayne Enterprises. Spider-Jet has the cloaking tech and stealth to be around from the enemy. 

Spider-Cycle: It is the high tech modified motorcycle created by Stark Industries and SHIELD for (Y/N). It has the higher great speed increasingly. It always his bike to climb up of the wall on building.
