They are the allied of Spider-Man and SHIELD. The Batfamily founded together when Bruce Wayne adoptive the orphan children as his teams and Sidekicks.

Nightwing: Richard Grayson is the adoptive son of Bruce Wayne/Batman and brother in law of (Y/N) Parker aka the Spider-Man. He was the first sidekick and first Robin with Batman before he went solo become the new identify known as Nightwing. After the crisis of Demon rise up he decided to become of Vigilante as Nightwing again to protect his family and his brother in law from hurt. Also he assisted the future young hero like Miles, Leon and Kari.

Red Hood: Jason Todd was the second Robin and former villain known as Arkham Knight went hellbent and revenge against his mentor and adoptive father Batman. After realize he wanted to help and care for Jason, he decided to help his former mentor. After the death of Bruce Wayne known as Batman Jason decided to become vigilante and kills the criminal and corrupted, he has taken liken to (Y/N) but killing make (Y/N) scared alot. He currently dating with (Y/N)'s boss Marina.

Red Robin: Tim Drake was the third Robin become known as Red Robin, he has taken liken toward on (Y/N) of their love of science and see him as the little brother.

Robin: Damian Wayne at first he was enemy toward on (Y/N) and sent by the League of Assassin to kill him when (Y/N) refused to joins the League of Assassin and doesn't like to fight the kid. But shock he is young and holding the sword?! And later they found out Damian is the Son of Batman.

Oracle: She was the former vigilante known as Batgirl become the mission monitor to guide and helps our heroes known as Oracle. She was ex girlfriend Dick known as Richard knowing he love Clara.

Orphan: Cassandra Cain known as Orphan she is the daughter of the Assassin known as Lady Shiva, before she rebel and adopted by Bruce Wayne. She has good relationship with (Y/N) Parker and developed romantic feeling for him.

The Spoiler: Stephine Brown is the vigilante known as the Spoiler and the love interested of Tim Drake aka Red Robin, she see (Y/N) as little brother.

Catwoman: Selina Kyle was known of her professional thief to steal jewelry and diamonds. She was heartbroken of her lover die in Knightfall Protocol after his identify exposed to the wide world. She is raising of her own daughter Helena who is Bruce's child. Wanted to have her daughter have a normal life not follow her footstep as next Catwoman.

Batwoman: She is the vigilante known as Batwoman and also the cousin of Bruce Wayne known as the Batman. She wanted to meets her cousin for long time ago, but heartbroken and he die. She later to find out his secret in Batcave so she decided to become vigilante known as Batwoman.

Batwing: Luke Fox is the son of Lucius Fox and he is the good friends of the Wayne's adoptive children. He is the asssociate and good friend with Kate Kane become the Batwoman, he later decided to use the advanced armor his father work and partner with the Stark Industries funded Wayne Industries Bat armor become Batwing.

Lucius Fox: He is the good friend with (Y/N) Parker and the other Batfamily. Stark Industries and Wayne Industries walks together to help the young vigilante heroes. He creates the gadgets to give (Y/N) to upgrade his webshooters to fight against crime or go on the stealth.  (Morgan Freeman my favourite actor!)
