whoops sorry this took a while. life's been busy. but yay here we go, miles is so adorable!

....

Miles met you the first time when he and Peter snuck into Kingpin's research facility.

He bumped into you and almost turned invisible if it weren't for how pretty you looked. You both proceeded to talk in that white-walled hallway. Miles pretended to be one of the scientist's kid, which you believed.

You grew fond of him in those short few minutes. You were never around kids your age. Only the adults who worked there.

It wasn't until Doc Ock and Peter came crashing through the wall that you found out who Miles really was. Then you attacked him, your eyes glowing and hands making motions as objects went flying in the air straight for him.

He and Peter ran as fast as they could. Through the breakroom and out the door, swinging away with one of the software from Doc's office.

Miles thought you were cute.

It was pretty disappointing for him that you were a bad guy. Though it seemed clear that you didn't want to be from your talk.

But even though you, Doc, and a bunch of other scientists chased after them, Peter and Miles managed to get away.

....

You didn't see Kingpin until later on the night he was going to activate the collider to bring back his family.

You stood in the room, watching the scientists and your fellow co-workers work on the collider, making sure it would function perfectly.

The door slid open and Kingpin walked in, making you turn around and begin to explain your failure. But he beat you to it.

"You failed your mission to capture Spider-Man and the smaller one," Kingpin said.

"I'm sorry, sir, but there was another one who showed up and got in our way," you said.

"The only reason you're still alive is because you are the best out of my henchmen. If they show up again, kill them on sight. But if Spider-Man and his friends ruin my plans tonight, you will surely pay for it."

You kept a stern face. "Yes, sir."

Spider-Man and his friends won't get very far.

They can't.

Fisk turned his back to you, keeping an eye on the collider and his group of researchers scattered across the control panels.

"Start the sequence," he said to one of the scientists.

Tonight was the night. The whole city was glitching out, an affect of the universes being disrupted. But that didn't matter.

You returned your focus to the collider powering up. No Spider-Man in sight. Kingpin's plans were going great so far.

Until—

"Spider-Man!"

Your eyes shot up at the ceiling. There they were. All the Spider-Men from different dimensions were crawling on the ceiling, trying to disable the accelerator.

Scorpion and Doc Ock were already on the scene, battling the Spider-Men. Narrowing your eyes, you climbed on top the roof, scanning the ongoing brawl.

You lifted up one hand, a chunk of scrap metal following. You threw it at the grayscale Spider-Man, catching him off balance.

Using a larger piece of metal, you hopped on top of it and flew yourself towards him. You swiped your arms to one side. The grayscale Spider-Man (soon to your knowledge was known as Spider-Man Noir) crashed into the wall.

The white Spider-Woman leapt up and kicked you, causing you to stumble back. You caught your balance then threw her back to the roof.

You continued to fight the rest of the Spider-Men as Doc Ock stopped Peter Parker from plugging in the USB drive.

But then out of the corner of your eye, she stopped for a moment. Glancing back, you saw Doc getting punched by something invisible.

And then—

Miles.

Miles, dressed in a whole new black and red suit appeared. He punched Doc Ock, releasing her grip on Peter.

You were distracted by Miles' sudden appearance, which gave Gwen the opportunity to strike.

She shot a web at you and pulled you to the ground. You brought yourself back up and hurled chunks of metal at her.

At this point, the collider was getting too powerful. Another wave of color shot out and this time, buildings and buses and streetlights and pieces of roads burst out. They floated around the area, crowding the fight even more.

Still, you kept fighting.

Using the rubble and mess that emerged from the collider to your advantage, you waved your hands around and threw them at Gwen. She managed to dodge them, but you kept on going.

You knocked her off her feet, sending her falling to the ground. It wasn't too long till you were occupied with another Spider-Man, the pig one.

After a hard battle, all the Spider-Men got sent back to their own universes, leaving just you and Miles.

You both stood on opposite sides of a long platform. The wind was blowing your hair around, but you kept your eyes on him.

"(Y/N), you don't have to do this," Miles pleaded.

You frowned. He didn't get it.

If you don't stop him, you'll have to answer to Kingpin.

If you don't stop Miles, everything is ruined.

This was your destiny.

You had to do it.

You had to destroy Miles if it was the last thing you did.

"I don't want to have to hurt you," he said.

"Funny. I would've said the exact opposite."

You chucked a streetlight at him. He dodged it and started running to you.

The fight was on. You against Miles.

Destroy him.

You leapt up, readying your fist to punch him. But Miles was quick. He webbed your hand then swung you away.

Landing on a truck, you hurled as many things as you could at him. He successfully dodged a car, several chunks of road, and almost everything else until a stop sign hit him in the face.

"Give up, Miles! You can't stop this!" you shouted.

Miles stumbled to his feet. "You're on the wrong side, (Y/N)! This machine's going to destroy New York, maybe even the whole world."

You hopped off the truck and landed a few feet away from him.

"My mission is to destroy you," you said, "I don't care about the world."

"It doesn't have to be like this. You don't have to fight."

"But I do! Don't you get it? If I don't kill you, Kingpin's going to kill me instead."

"I won't let him. I can stop him and he won't control you anymore." Miles extended his hand. "I can help you."

You stared at him, thinking about what he said, wondering if his promise was legitimate.

All you wanted was to no longer be in control.

To no longer be Kingpin's puppet.

To be free.

Finally.

And your hand slowly moved up to take his.

"SPIDER-MAN!"

You both looked back to see Kingpin on the other side. And he was heading straight for Miles.

Miles ran towards him without another thought, determined to stop him.

You were about to join the fight, when a truck flew by and knocked you out.

....

Slowly, you opened your eyes.

Flashes of color and dark figures moved around.

You sat up, pain aching in the back of your head. Your eyes widened at the scene in front of you.

Miles was fighting Kingpin. He swung off the subway and landed on a bridge, almost crumbling to pieces.

Kingpin emerged from the dust and punched him, causing Miles to stumble back. He was weak now, struggling to get away.

Kingpin looked like he was winning. He kicked Miles again.

"You took my family," he said, then he raised his fists and pounded Miles.

You gasped. "No. No, no, no, no."

Your last chance of freedom was gone in seconds. Miles lay there unconscious as Kingpin stood over his body.

Tears caught up in your eyes. It seemed that you were destined to be in Kingpin's control.

Miles was going to save you.

Help you get your freedom back.

But now he can't. And Kingpin won.

You hung your head low, wondering how long you'd have to stay working for Kingpin. Your guess was very long.

Then you heard someone say, "I'll always have my family."

Looking up, you saw Miles. He was alive and standing in front of Fisk with so much determination in his eyes, even though you couldn't see them.

He put his hand on Kingpin's shoulder and said in a deep voice, "Hey." And blue electricity shot out of his hand and sent Kingpin flying up to the ceiling. He hit the panel, thus disabling the collider.

Rubble and other loose pieces of building were thrown around. The machine turned a bright orange, about to explode.

You shielded your face from the explosion.

When all the noise and pull of gravity stopped, you looked up and saw Miles dangling from a web. And a police officer was talking to him.

Miles stopped Kingpin. He really did it.

Kingpin was being taken away. He could no longer control you.

And you were free.

....

idk why but I'm not too satisfied with the ending. sorry about that :/
