CHAPTER 34
"I'LL prove it to you...I will for sure. Just unblock me from your phone already, for my notifications!”
Taehyung eyes reluctantly pour uncertainty and indecisive. His jaw set, with a pinch on the bridge of his nose, he concluded...
“First of all, you crept down in my house without my permission and now you are going to prove some useless details of my girlfriend?...you know what—back off!”
His words were like poison which was ready to kill Jungkook at that very moment. His shoulders tensed and the well shaved brow were a shadow of his indignation. That was raged due to Jungkook's strange confession.
The raven's head eyes sensed with a pleading expression as he continued to state himself. “Please Taehyung, I am really sorry for this. I am beimg apologetic. Just give me one more chance.”
Amidst of those infuriated moment, he whispered as his hoarse voice rumbled down Jungkook's senses.
“Okay, I'll give you a chance but...if you failed to do so—you will never contact me.”
The tension in Jungkook's body ebbed eagerly. He watched Taehyung, his heart heavy with hopelessness. His breath hitched in his throat. He stared down at him, his gaze down to his sightless ones that seemed to only express an outraged feeling for him. He swallowed hard, his breath hitched. As Jungkook sucked a sharp inhale, he responded with a shaky breath.
“Deal. But please do send me some basic details of her...like her name, her decent identities and all.” Taehyung nodded in agreement, he shifted his gaze from Jungkook's posture to the wooden floor.

The rain poured down outside, casting a gloomy atmosphere over the IVF hospital. Jungkook, the hospital's director, sat in his office, his eyes fixed on his phone as he grasped it tightly in his hand. His mind was racing with thoughts of a particular patient's file, and he knew he needed to find it urgently. He quickly dialed a number, and his personal assistant, Seo Sohyun, answered on the first ring.
"Sohyun, I need you to come to the hospital immediately," Jungkook said, his voice laced with a sense of urgency.
Sohyun, who was watching TV at home, quickly got up and rushed to the hospital. She arrived within minutes, her hair disheveled and her clothes slightly wet from the rain.
"What's going on, Doctor?" she asked, slightly out of breath.
"I need you to help me find a specific file," Jungkook replied, his eyes scanning the room. "It's a patient's details, and I think it's around here somewhere."
Sohyun nodded and began to search through the piles of papers and files scattered around the office. Jungkook, meanwhile, couldn't help but glance at his phone, his eyes lingering on the messages from Taehyung about Erin and her child.
As the rain continued to pour down outside, the tension in the room grew. Jungkook's determination to find the file only intensified, and Sohyun worked tirelessly to assist him. After what felt like an eternity, Sohyun's voice echoed through the room, "Doctor, I think I found it!"
Jungkook's eyes snapped towards her, and he quickly walked over to where she was standing. As he viewed the file, a look of relief and astonishment washed over his face. The details matched, and he felt a sense of contentment wash over him.
Without hesitation, Jungkook picked up his phone and dialed Taehyung's number. "Hey, Taehyung, I need you to come to the hospital. I have something urgent to show you," he said, his voice firm but controlled.
"What the fuck doctor? Now? Don't you—"
"Just come here if you want to know about Erin's past."
Taehyung, despite his initial reluctance, arrived at the hospital quickly, his hair messy and his clothes wet from the rain. Jungkook stood in his office, his hands shoved deep in his pockets, gazing out the window.
As Taehyung entered, Jungkook turned to him and said, "Please, take a look at this envelope." Taehyung's eyes widened as he approached the envelope, and his eyes scanned the contents. The name "Erin" jumped out at him, and he felt like he had been punched in the gut.
"Two years ago, when you came to donate your sperm, Erin arrived with her husband, and we used your sperm to facilitate her pregnancy," Jungkook explained, his voice steady.
"Fortunately, she got pregnant, and..."
Taehyung's eyes filled with tears as the reality of the situation hit him. "And Elias is my child?" he asked, his voice shaking.
Jungkook nodded solemnly, his expression grave. The room fell silent, the only sound the rain pounding against the windows. Taehyung's world had been turned upside down, and he struggled to process the news.
The revelation hung in the air, a heavy weight that neither of them could ignore. Jungkook's eyes never left Taehyung's face, his expression a mixture of empathy and concern. He knew the impact of his words, the weight of the secret he had just revealed. Taehyung's life would never be the same, and Jungkook knew it.
As the rain continued to pour down outside, the two men stood there, frozen in time, the only sound the pounding of the raindrops against the windows. The world outside seemed to have come to a standstill, and all that mattered was the truth that had just been revealed.
Taehyung experienced a mix of emotions, including shock, denial, and confusion. He struggled to come to terms with the fact that he has a child he never knew about, and that his sperm donation led to this outcome.
Taehyung's eyes felt like they were burning, his vision blurring as he stared at Jungkook. He couldn't process what he had just heard. Erin, the little girl he had grown to love, was his biological child. The thought was both exhilarating and terrifying.
"How...how is this possible?" Taehyung stuttered, his voice shaking. "I didn't know...I didn't know I had a child."
Jungkook's expression was somber, his eyes filled with empathy. "I know this is a lot to take in, Taehyung. But I'm here for you. We'll get through this together."
Taehyung felt like he was drowning, the weight of the secret crushing him. He couldn't breathe, couldn't think. He needed air, needed space. He turned and walked away from Jungkook, his legs carrying him to the window. He stared out into the rain-soaked night, his mind reeling.
Jungkook followed him, his footsteps quiet on the floor. "Taehyung, I know this is a shock. But you need to know that Erin is a wonderful woman. She's smart, kind, and loving. And her child...he's an infant. She'd taken care of him with all her heart."
Taehyung's eyes felt hot, tears pricking at the corners. He couldn't cry, not yet. He needed to process this, needed to wrap his head around it. He took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down.
"What about her?" Taehyung asked, his voice barely above a whisper. "Does she know? Does she know I'm his biological father?"
Jungkook hesitated, his expression cautious. "She don't know, Taehyung. She think the sperm donor was anonymous. But I think it's time she knew the truth."
Taehyung felt a pang of fear, of uncertainty. What would happen if Erin found out? Would she want him to be a part of their lives? Would she reject him?
Jungkook placed a hand on his shoulder, his grip firm. "We'll figure this out together, Taehyung. We'll take it one step at a time. But for now, let's just focus on you. How are you feeling?"
Taehyung took a deep breath, trying to process his emotions. He felt like he was torn apart, his heart racing with excitement and fear. He didn't know what the future held, but he knew one thing —he needed to be a part of Erin's life.
"I need to see her," Taehyung said, his voice firm. "I need to meet her, to talk to he. I need to be a part of her life."
Jungkook nodded, his eyes filled with understanding. "I'll arrange it, Taehyung. But for now, let's take things slow. Let's take some time to process this, to figure out what's next."
Taehyung nodded, feeling a sense of determination wash over him. He was ready to face whatever came next, ready to be a part of Erin's life. He was ready to be a father.
