Type of edit: do you want a cover (if so do you want a specific type) or a banner (chapter banner or character banner) or both even...
Theme/Mood: like is the overall mood happy, sad, romantic, horror, etc.
Characters/Cast: name of your characters and include face-claims if you want them on. If you don't want people on the edit, then state what you want instead.
Any color scheme?: not required.
Text (if any): also not required, unless if you want a quote or subtitle on it.

Tags: (at least 3 active people) - use @ then type a name. For example my sister would be marxdolan
Password: (I have it hidden in the rules form, because I want to make sure that people actually thoroughly read through them)

This is the form, so leave a comment if you would like anything. The more specific you are, the more likely that it will turn out the way you want. You can request as often as you'd like and if you don't like something then I can redo it, but just be nice about it.
