(Sonia's POV)

I saw Blaze rush over towards me. I quickly jumped up into the air to dodge her. I saw Tails and (Y/N) jump out of the way to get away from the fight.

Sonia: Woah! Could've warned me when we were starting!

I landed on the ground and saw Blaze start to twirl, surrounding herself in flames and becoming some kind of fire tornado. I started to charge a Spindash and launched myself forward. Blaze came forward at me as we clashed, knocking us both back.

Eggman Nega: Now this is a great show! How about we spice things up?

I quickly looked over and saw Eggman Nega hit a button in his pod. A bunch of flying robots flew over at Silver. She noticed and turned to face them and grabbed them with her telekinesis, letting go of Eggman Nega in the process.

Silver: Oh no, I lost focus!

Before Eggman Nega could flee, Tails and (Y/N) destroyed the robots that were surrounded in the light blue aura. Silver quickly turned and used her telekinesis to grab onto Eggman Nega's pod.

(Y/N): Silver! Focus on keeping him in place! Me and Tails will deal with the robots!

I smiled knowing that situation is being handled. I looked over at Blaze.

Blaze: Get out of my way! I said I would defeat him!

Sonia: Stop it! This isn't going to change anything!

Blaze: What do you know?! I am the guardian of the Sol Emeralds... It is a fate that forces me to live with my curse, my flames...

Sol Emeralds? Could she talking about that gem she picked up when we were in that forest?

Blaze: Because of my powers, I have always been alone... It's also why I must do this alone! It is my responsibility!

Sonia: I admire your fortitude, but... Carrying an entire world on your shoulders?

Blaze: Enough!

She jumped up into the air. I noticed under me a ring of fire. I quickly ran out of it and soon after a large pillar of flames came up from it. More flame rings on the ground started to appear, limiting where I can go to. I kept avoiding them until I was at the edge of the platform I'm on.

Sonia: Sorry, but I prefer having places where I can run!

I jumped up and curled up into a ball. I started to spin around gaining more and more speed as a blue colored tornado surrounded me. The wind blew away all the fire and knocking Blaze down to the ground. She landed on her feet as I stopped my attack and landed on the ground too.

Blaze: I think it's about time I finished this!

I saw a large burst of flames come from her body. I looked at her and got ready to use my Boost, making a burst of blue energy come from my body. We both ran at each other and ran into one another. We started to push each other, trying to get the other to fall. I raised one of my hands.

Sonia: This is for slapping (Y/N) the second time!

I slapped Blaze, making her lose concentration. I ran into her body, making her get knocked up into the air. I quickly had to stop myself from running off the platform. Blaze managed to land on the platform, but went down on one knee. She took a few deep breaths.

Sonia: ...Not too bad. Can you stand up?

Blaze: I... I must save the Sol Emeralds. I must...

Maybe now that she's tired, she'll be willing to talk about this.

Sonia: A bit overzealous, aren't we?

But from what she said, it seems like she's had a rough past.

Sonia: You shouldn't just go biting off more than you can chew. And be yourself. Don't need to do everything on your own.

Blaze looked down at the ground. I heard footsteps behind me. I looked back and saw it was Cream.

Cream: Blaze!

She ran over to Blaze and started to hug her. Blaze looked over at Cream in silence for a moment.

Blaze: Perhaps... Perhaps you're right. I can rely on friends, if I let myself...

Sonia: Now that's the spirit! I am Sonia. Sonia the Hedgehog. It's nice to meet you.

Blaze: I-I'm Blaze... It's nice to meet you, too.

I looked over and noticed that Eggman Nega is no longer here. I saw Tails flying and carrying Silver. Tails landed on the ground and put Silver on her feet. She wiped her forehead with her hand.

Silver: Sorry... I couldn't hold Eggman Nega in place for so long...

Sonia: It's alright, he couldn't have gotten far.

I saw (Y/N) land on the platform next to me.

(Y/N): But I noticed that Eggman Nega dropped something.

He reached for his back pocket and pulled out the light blue Chaos Emerald.

Sonia: Hey! The light blue Chaos Emerald!

(Y/N): Cyan, actually.

Tails: I always thought of it as a turquoise myself.

Silver: Looking at it, it seems to be an aqua color.

I let out a sigh and put my hand over my face. Why is there so many names for a color? I saw Blaze just kinda staring at the scene. (Y/N) put the Chaos Emerald back in his pocket and looked over at Blaze. He walked up to her and extended his hand out for a handshake.

(Y/N): I'm really sorry about what happened between us earlier. We definitely got off on the wrong foot. I'm (Y/N) the Wolf.

Blaze stared at (Y/N) for a moment before shaking his hand.

Blaze: I shall accept your apology, (Y/N).

I saw (Y/N) start to smile to himself. Glad those two are on good terms so now (Y/N) will stop getting slapped.

Cream: I'm glad to see Mister (Y/N) and Miss Blaze getting along together!

I looked over at Blaze.

Sonia: So what are the Sol Emeralds?

Blaze: ...They are a collection of 7 powerful gems.

I heard Tails gasp, making me look over and seeing her eyes widen and glisten.

Tails: If you are from another dimension, then the Sol Emeralds must be a counterpart to the Chaos Emeralds!

Blaze: Chaos Emeralds... I think I remember hearing that name before from a red haired man.

That sounds like Knuckles.

Silver: We currently have 6 of the Chaos Emeralds, if I'm remembering correctly.

Blaze: I also have 6 of the Sol Emeralds in my possession. It seems we share similar duties after all.

Sonia: We should start get a move on.

(Time Skip)

Everyone is walking through the space station, trying to find some evil egg shaped scientists to stop. I looked down at the world and noticed that the world almost looks more dark and gloomy.

Sonia: Man, things sure are looking depressing lately.

Blaze: Led by the Sol Emeralds, my world has begun to enter yours.

Tails: So that must be what's causing the tear in the space-time continuum.

Blaze: We don't have any time left... Cream, let's go!

It went quiet after that. Everyone noticed that lack of a response from Cream. I looked back and noticed that Cream isn't near Blaze. In fact, she isn't near anyone.

Sonia: Hey, where's Cream?!

Blaze looked around as a bead of sweat rolled down her head. I noticed a small robot running towards everyone while holding a piece of paper. Silver used her telekinesis to grab the paper from the robot before using her ability to grab the robot and send it flying away. Tails grabbed the paper and started to read it.

Tails: This is bad news! Cream's been kidnapped by Eggman!

Blaze: What?! Let me see it!

Blaze went over to Tails and grabbed the note from her and started to read it.

Blaze: From this note, Cream and Eggman are somewhere called Point W.

Silver: Then we should head over there right away!

Blaze: Sorry Silver, but it says that I must come alone.

(Y/N): Knowing Eggman, it must be a trap of some kind. You'll need some back up.

Sonia: Yeah, I can even get Amy and Knuckles just in case-

Blaze: No. I appreciate your help, but I've got to do this alone. Because she's my friend... I must rescue Cream by myself.

I started to think about this as everyone else stayed silent.

Sonia: Hmm... Okay, I understand. We'll leave Cream to you, Blaze.

Blaze: Thank you... I'm going now!

A burst of flames came off of Blaze as she dashed alone to go get Cream back.

Silver: Are we sure we should let Blaze go by herself?

Sonia: Being able to believe in someone is also a part of friendship, right?

Tails: Yeah, Sonia's right.

(Y/N): And going off how hard Blaze can slap, she'll be able to get Cream back.

Sonia: We should start heading back to solid ground back on earth.

Everyone looked around and found an escape pod nearby. We all managed to get inside of it, but it was a bit of a tight squeeze. Tails hit some buttons on it and the pod started to move, taking us down to earth.

(Time Skip) (Readers POV)

We all managed to make it back down to earth safely. I hope Blaze and Cream will be fine after all this. I looked over and saw a giant broken down mech falling from space and crashed into the ground.

Silver: Woah! What was that?!

(Y/N): We should check that out.

Me, Sonia, Tails, and Silver all went over to where the giant robot crashed. We saw a bunch of broken metal scrap all over the area. Blaze was in the middle of the wreckage and Cream was with her. They were hugging each other.

(Y/N): Blaze did it!

I heard Sonia let out a sigh.

Tails: It's going to take a bit of work to clean this place up.

Sonia: Eh, shouldn't be too hard. Especially with Silver around to help.

Silver: I'd have to take it a few pieces at a time.

I walked over to Blaze and Cream and saw that Blaze is a bit dirty, probably from going through the wreckage, and Cream appears to look fine.

(Y/N): Glad to see you two came out of that unscathed.

Cream: Today has been so exciting! I got to make a new friend and go on this exciting adventure! I can't wait to tell my mom about it!

(Y/N): Happy to hear it... Wait, tell your mom?

Cream: Of course! I'm sure she's going to love the exciting day I had!

For some reason, I felt scared about Vanilla being told about that, with her daughter being kidnapped and stuff and with giant dangerous robots.

(Y/N): Oh, maybe you should wait on telling your mom about it, Cream.

Cream: Huh? Why so, Mister (Y/N)?

(Y/N): I-It's just... I think she wouldn't believe all of the details if you told her.

Cream: Oh... Then you can help tell it to her too!

Did I just dig my own grave?! I took a step back as I started to sweat.

(Y/N): N-N-No! I can't possibly tell her! I have to help clean up here!

Cream: Then what about you Tails?

Cream looked past me to look at Tails and Sonia. Silver was already over at the huge pile of metal and using her telekinesis to move pieces and organize them to help get rid of them easier.

Tails: I don't think anyone is going to have the time sadly. But with Sonia's speed, I'm sure she'd be able to tell Vanilla, right Sonia?

Sonia quickly ran away, leaving a blue streak behind. Even she doesn't want to have to yell Cream mother about today. I heard my phone ring. I took it out and saw it was a text message from Sonia saying that she'll come by to help later.

(Y/N): I hope she gets back quickly.

I put my phone away and started to help clean up the wreckage. I lifted a heavy piece of metal and noticed something shiny underneath it. I quickly grabbed it and saw that it was a rectangular gem colored purple.

(Y/N): Score! I found something shiny today!

Blaze looked over and walked up to me and took the gem from my hand.

Blaze: Thank you for finding the last Sol Emerald I needed to collect.

I fell down to my knees. Why must I be denied having something shiny when I find something shiny?!
