(Sonia's POV)

I am running through a rocky field. I looked around and saw a loop de loop made out of rock. I quickly ran through it and jumped up into the air, catching myself on a pillar of rock and jumped from pillar to pillar. I landed on the ground and continued to run, running past more huge rocks and cacti. I heard a plane engine behind me and saw Tails piloting the Tornado 2 to my right. She always manages to get that thing repaired quickly.

Sonia: Yo Tails! Long time no see!

I noticed Knuckles riding in the back seat. Why is he with Tails? Must be something important to get him away from Angel Island.

Tails: Sonia! Check this out!

I saw Tails start to hold out a piece of paper. I jumped up and grabbed it from her hand, doing a flip and landed backwards. I started to rub backwards as I looked down at the piece of paper. It has some words and behind them is Eggman. The picture started to move as the piece of paper actually produced sound.

Eggman: Muhahahaha!! Guess what, Sonia Heroes? I've finally developed the ultimate weapon! In 3 days, I will conquer the world. Think you can stop me?

The paper started to laugh, but I dropped the paper, letting the wind take it away.

Sonia: Hmm... Sounds like an invitation to party!

I turned around to start running forward.

Tails: What are we gonna do, Sonia?

Knuckles: Heh. No worries, we've got this one!

Sonia: Heh, think I'd miss this?! Time to crack that Eggman wide open... Yeah, let's party!

Tails and Knuckles jumped out of the Tornado 2 and started to run along with me. I wasn't expecting to do some evil plan stopping today, but good thing my schedule is free.

Sonia: Hey! Tails! Knuckles! You want (Y/N) to tag along too?!

Knuckles: What?! You don't think we're enough for this?!

Sonia: Nah. I just thought it would be nice to get him in on the action!

Tails: I wouldn't mind him joining us!

Knuckles: As long as he doesn't get in the way!

I smiled as I pulled my phone out of my pocket. I started to call (Y/N), but right as it started to ring, my phone hit a nearby rock destroying the top half of my phone.

Sonia: Uh... Tails! Can I borrow your phone?!

Tails patted her pockets and had a look of realization on her face.

Tails: I don't have it! I must've left it on the Tornado 2!

Sonia: Welp! I'm sure we'll see him on the way!

(Readers POV)

I am walking down the street, until I heard my phone start to ring. I took it out and saw Sonia calling me.

(Y/N): Ok (Y/N), stay calm and cool.

I was about to answer the call, but it said that the call failed.

(Y/N): Uh... What?

I got confused. Why would Sonia try to call me but it just stop? Is she in trouble or something? Now that has me worried.

(Y/N): I'm sure she's fine... I should still check up on her. But where would I find her? She's basically a moving speed of sound needle in a haystack.

As I was starting to think of where I could find her, I saw a newspaper on the ground. I picked it up and saw a blurry picture of what looks like Sonia from the back. She's holding a frog and a chao. I read the article and it said that she took the frog away and took the Chao from a nearby chao garden.

(Y/N): Why would she need to do that? Now this is getting weird. I'm getting to the bottom of this!

I started to run, trying to figure out what is all happening. Last time Sonia was accused of some kind of crime, me, Tails, and Amy had to bust her out of a person.

(Sonia's POV)

Me, Tails, and Knuckles are all running on some kind of palace in the ocean. We saw some of Eggman's robots up ahead. I jumped up into the air and got ready to attack. Tails flew up behind me and kicked me forward, sending me towards the robots at a high speed, destroying them easily.

Sonia: Thanks Tails!

We continued to run until we got in front of a large stone structure. It is sealed shut by a massive stone door. I tried to push it open, but it wouldn't budge.

Knuckles: Ahem! Leave this to me!

Me and Tails looked back to see Knuckles charging at the door. We quickly got out of Knuckles's way as he punched the stone door, opening it up.

Tails: Nice job, Knuckles!

Knuckles: It was no big deal!

The three of us ran past the door way and started to run. The runway started to go downward. A loud crash noise could be heard from behind us. I looked back and saw a massive rock that matches the colors of the palace rolling down at us.

Sonia: Wow! Didn't think this place had something like that!

Me, Tails, and Knuckles kept moving forward, trying to gain distance from the rolling rock trying to crush us.

Tails: Sonia! There's another one!

Sonia: What?!

I looked back and saw that two more massive rocks started to roll down after us.

Knuckles: Looks like it brought its friends along!

I looked ahead and saw that the runway is about to end. I grabbed onto Tails's and Knuckles's arms and started to run really fast. I ran off the runway, using it like a ramp. I looked back and saw that Tails and Knuckles are fine and that we got away from the rocks.

Sonia: Phew! This palace sure doesn't like us.

Tails: I'm just glad to be away from those rocks!

I landed on a small area of sand. I let go of Tails and Knuckles and looked around, seeing a bridge made out of stone that's connected to the sand area. I heard some loud propeller noises, causing me to look over and see a huge red metal hawk with Eggman piloting it on the head.

Eggman: Muhahaha! Stop your futile efforts! You'll just make fools of yourselves.

I wasn't expecting to see Eggman this soon. So I guess his 3 day plan is getting cancelled early.

Sonia: Hmph! I think you've got that backwards, doc!

I pointed at him as Tails and Knuckles got ready to fight. Eggman started to fly backwards while firing bullets out from the mouth of the metal hawk. Me, Tails, and Knuckles all started to chase after Eggman on the stone bridge, dodging the bullets he fired at us.

Sonia: Man... He's sure one stubborn scientist!

Tails: I'm not ready to give up just yet!

Knuckles: That's the spirit, Tails!

Tails picked me and Knuckles up and kicked us forward at Eggman. Me and Knuckles curled up into a ball as we started to attack the wings, causing some black smoke to come out of them. The metal hawk managed to keep flying, but had to stop and land on some sand. Me and Knuckles landed on the ground and Tails run up to us.

Eggman: Initiate rotary attack!

The hawk started to spin around in place while firing off a bunch of bullets. We all jumped up into the air. Me and Tails curled up and Knuckles grabbed us. Knuckles threw us downward at Eggman, making me and Tails crash down into the right wing, destroying it. The force caused the big robot to topple to the side. Knuckles started to come down and punched the hawk as hard as he could, making the metal hawk start to smoke heavily.

Sonia: What's the matter, Eggman? Got nothing left?

Tails: Eggman! Give it up!

Eggman: It's time to blow you three away!

Sonia: Oh no! We ain't gonna let that happen!

I looked over at Tails and Knuckles and gave them a nod. They both nodded at me back. Tails grabbed onto my ankles and Knuckles grabbed onto Tails's ankles. Knuckles started to spin around in place, making me and Tails gain some momentum. He let go of Tails, making her and me fly upward. Tails pulled me closer to her and let go of me. I smirked and curled up into a ball. Tails reeled her leg back and kicked me forward.

Sonia: Blast away!

I started to hit Eggman's giant hawk mech all over the place really fast. Small explosions started to form where I hit the machine, rendering the machine useless. Eggman slammed his fist down in frustration.

Eggman: This isn't the end!

The area Eggman is sitting in started to float, revealing it to be his floating pod as he started to fly away from the scene and leaving the broken down metal hawk behind.

Knuckles: Alright! We took him down!

Tails: Do you think we stopped his plans?

Sonia: If Eggman gave us a letter telling us what he's gonna do, he definitely has more planned for us.

I watched Eggman flying away and saw him heading towards the direction of a nearby city. I pointed at the city and got ready to run.

Sonia: I know our next destination! Let's get going guys!

(Readers POV)

I am running at a nearby beach shore. I looked out into the sea and saw some giant turtles swimming in the water. I looked ahead and saw some destroyed robot parts.

(Y/N): What?

I took a closer look at them and saw Eggman's symbol on one of the parts. With some Eggman robots destroyed, it's more than likely that Sonia was here. I'm definitely getting closer! I continued to run, running past some stone structures that looks like it's part of a palace.

(Y/N): Woah... This place is actually really cool.

I saw something start to shine in the distance. I immediately started to run over to it, wanting to investigate it. I ran onto some sand and saw a big, shiny rock.

(Y/N): Score! I'm definitely adding you to the collection!

I went to grab it, but the rock started to move away. I got confused and picked it up, revealing that it's actually a hermit crab with a shiny shell.

(Y/N): Oh, I'm sorry little guy. I didn't mean to try and take your home.

I was about to put the crab back down, but I saw a little boy with bee wings and a bee stringer fly by me and took the crab out of my hands.

Charmy: I found one!

(Y/N): Hey! You put that little guy down! That's his shiny rock, so it's his to keep!

Vector: Charmy! Don't just fly off like that!

I looked behind me and saw two people running over to the bee boy. One man is pretty big with green and orange hair and a crocodile tail and the other is a man with purple hair and a chameleon tail.

(Y/N): Who are you guys?

Vector: Hmm? We are Team Chaotix! Detective Agency!

These three are detectives? I wouldn't have guessed, especially from the fact that one kind of looks like a ninja.

Vector: So if you ever need something investigated, just give us a call!

Charmy: As long as you got the money that is!

I do have some money on me. Maybe I can ask these guys to help find Sonia? It's worth a shot.

(Y/N): So do you guys think you could help investigate something for me?

Espio: Sorry, but we are already on a job. We can take on yours once this one is complete.

(Y/N): Which is?

Vector: Sorry, but we don't reveal client information-

Charmy: We are collecting some crabs to prove our abilities to our client!

Vector: Charmy!

The big man quickly put his hand over the bee boy's mouth, muffling his words.

(Y/N): Well real quick, have any of you seen a blue haired hedgehog girl recently?

Espio: We have not. Apologies, but we must leave now.

They all started to run away. They are clearly busy. Man, and I thought finding Sonia was going to be easy. I looked around and saw a city that's some ways away.

(Y/N): I should check there next. There should be a lot more people there, which should mean a higher chance of someone seeing Sonia.

I nodded to myself and started to run towards the direction of the city. I'm going to make sure Sonia's okay and tell her how I feel about her!
