So here's what you missed on Glee:
Karofsky's been pushing Kurt into the lockers for weeks and then he hate kissed him in the locker room. Karofsky is scared that someone will find out, and threatened to kill Kurt, which didn't sit well with Burt and Violet.
Rachel still doesn't know that Finn lost his virginity to Santana last year, because he wants to protect her feelings.
Now Kurt's transferred to Dalton Academy because he no longer feels safe at McKinley.
Also, Charlie's got a crush on lead Warbler, Blaine Anderson.
And that's what you missed on Glee!
= = =
It's been a week since Kurt transferred to Dalton. The New Directions can tell how badly Violet's been off. She doesn't smile as much, and she rarely talks to anyone that isn't Quinn, Finn, Charlie, Santana, Brittany, or Sam. Sure, she sees Kurt at home, but she misses seeing him in school. She's becoming the shell of the bright, bubbly Violet they're used to seeing.
Rachel stands up as Will enters the choir room. "Mr. Schuester, I have an announcement. I've selected the perfect moving ballad for Finn and I to sing to launch our performance at Sectionals."
"Me first. Two things. First, our competition at Sectionals are your classic stool choirs. Great voices, but they don't move. Now if we're gonna beat them, we need to do what they can't. Dance. Which is why I've decided to feature Brittany and Mike Chang's sweet moves in our performance." Will says.
Rachel looks appalled. "Wait, they're gonna dance in front of me while I sing my solo?"
Will sighs. "You're not getting a solo for this competition Rachel."
Mercedes perks up. "Finally! So what song do I get to sing?"
Will looks at his students. "I was thinking that the winners of our duets competition would take the leads."
Violet looks up with a small smile. "Actually Mr. Shue, the duet should go to Sam and Quinn. They're more deserving of it than we are." She says, motioning to herself and Charlie.
Charlie nods in agreement. "Yeah. Give the duet to Sam and Quinn."
Will smiles and nods. "Alright. Sam and Quinn it is."
Rachel is shocked. "Ken and Barbie?! Wait a-a-are are you trying to throw this?"
Quinn glares. "You used to be just sort of unlikeable, but now, I pretty much feel like punching you every time you open your mouth."
Will sighs. "Okay, listen, I have talked the talk about everyone in here feeling special for over a year now, but frankly I haven't walked the walk. I mean, we have got a lot of talent here, and I'm gonna highlight it."
Rachel whispers to Finn. "Do something!"
Finn looks awkward. "Look, I'm all for... pumping up the team, making everyone feel special, but that's for practice. You don't take the star quarterback out before the big game."
Rachel nods. "Yeah."
Tina scoffs. "Easy to say when you're the star quarterback."
"This isn't just about me, this is about the team." Finn says.
Santana rolls her eyes. "You are such a hypocrite."
"Oh, like you even know what that means." Rachel says.
Santana rolls her eyes. "It means that your boyfriend is full of crap, hobbit!"
Rachel stands up. "You know what? Ever since the wedding you've been up my butt and I am sick of it!"
Finn tries to get Rachel to calm down. "C'mon Rachel, she's not worth it."
Santana smirks. "Oh really? Cuz that's not what you thought last year in that motel room." She reveals.
Santana now looks to Rachel. "That's right Yentl, your sweetheart? He's been lying to you, cuz he and I totally got it on last year."
Will is tired of the conversation. "Okay enough already! No more conversations about this, or-or anything! This is our plan for Sectionals, and that is that. Mike, Brittany, c'mon up, let's start choreographing." He says.
No one says anything after that.

Now in the Dalton Academy hallway. Kurt is walking happily through a hallway filled with other students and high fives a fellow classmate. Though he's happy at his new school, he misses Violet. He wants to go back, but he can't. Not now, at least.
Wes smiles in the choir room. "And now let's welcome the newest addition to the Warblers, Kurt Hummel."
Kurt arrives. Applause.
Wes smiles. "And our oldest tradition for our newest Warbler, an actual Warbler."
Blaine smiles as he hands a canary to Kurt. "Kurt, meet Pavarotti."
"This bird is a member of an unbroken line of canaries who have been at Dalton since 1891. It's your job to take of him so he can live to carry on the Warbler legacy. Protect him, that bird is your voice." Wes says.
Kurt chuckles. "Hey I'll bring him to work with me. Weekends I volunteer at a stray cat rescue." He laughs. "It's at the bottom of a coal mine." He jones. The Warblers look grim and don't laugh at his joke. "That was a joke, I-I don't work at a coal mine."
Wes bangs his gavel. "Let the council come to order. Today we discuss the set list for Sectionals."
Kurt looks at Blaine, confused. "Council?"
Blaine nods. "We don't have a director. Every year we elect three upperclassmen to lead the group. But don't worry, we all get a say."
Kurt smiles. "Oh fantastic! I have a lot of ideas. Warblers, if I may? Now I can't deny that the Warblers vocals are absolutely dreamy, but I believe our set for Sectionals this year should have a little more showbiz panache. I think we should open with Rio by Duran Duran."
David smiles gently at Kurt. "The council is responsible for song selection."
Wes nods. "But we appreciate your enthusiasm Kurt." He says. Kurt 's face falls. "And It'll come in handy one day when you're sitting behind this desk."
Blaine notices Kurt 's disappointment.
Wes gets back to business. "Now, I propose we do our entire set at sectionals in eight part harmony."

Blaine walks in the hallway with Kurt. "Hey, Kurt, wait up! I saw that Glee Club was hard for you today, seeing your idea shot down like that."
Kurt sighs. "It's just a different energy in there. Not better or worse, just something I'll have to get used to."
Blaine nods. "We recognize that and we have a tradition at this school of rewarding a student with a good attitude, so we'd like to invite you to audition for a solo."
Kurt looks hopeful. "For sectionals?"
"For sectionals. Sing something good." Blaine says and walks off.
Kurt looks overjoyed.

Santana looks around the choir room the next day. "Where's Puck? I haven't seen him since yesterday and I need him to get me a churro."
Mercedes shrugs. "My guess is he'd rather quit Glee Club than lose Sectionals and I can't blame him. Our set's gon' be real light on the Mercedes."
Will is seemingly annoyed while overhearing the girls' conversation.
"I'm telling you, if the Warblers win Sectionals, it's only because we gave them Kurt. We should not clap." Tina says.
Violet looks visibly hurt. "That hurts, Tina. Of course we're cheering on Kurt." She says sharply. Tina shuts up.
Brittany adds on. "If we lose, we should throw possums."
Rachel walks in with her arms crossed and duct tape on her mouth.
Will looks confused. "Rachel, what are you doing?"
Rachel peels off the duct tape. "I'm not doing anything. You've silenced my talents, I'm merely protesting." She states. She reapplies the tape and then pulls it off again. "My talents are wasted in this club. My star shines too bright and I think you're threatened by it."
Will slams his papers onto the piano in frustration. This shocks Violet, making her inch towards Charlie, who carefully rubs her back.
"Take that off! I'm tired of this Rachel! You have a terrible attitude, you're a lousy sport, and it is not okay anymore!" Will shouts.
Rachel stands up. "Well I'm upset! I'm furious about this, about a couple of things actually!" She says and glances at Finn.
Will sighs. "I'm sorry you're disappointed, but you know, you could also make the choice to be happy, that we're a part of a glee club that is bursting at the seams with talent. There's an awful lot of 'me' talk going around. 'What's in it for me?' 'What solo am I gonna sing?' Now, when we go to Sectionals, we're gonna be good sports. We'll cheer on the Hipsters, we'll cheer on Kurt and the Warblers, and if they win we will congratulate them, because that's who we are." He says.
Violet raises her hand. "Mr. Shue, may I be excused for a minute?" She asks, tears threatening to fall from her now misty green eyes.
Will's face softens. "Of course Violet. Here, you and Charlie come sit in my office for a few minutes." He says. The two sophomores get up and start walking towards the office.
"How come they get to be excused?" Rachel asks.
"Because Violet doesn't do well with shouting matches. I would know; I live with her." Finn reveals.
Violet hides her face from everyone, sitting in Will's office with Charlie to calm down.
Charlie rubs her back gently. "It's okay, Vi. You're okay." He says.
Violet sighs and lays her head on Charlie's shoulder. "Thanks Charlie." She says softly.
Charlie kisses her head brotherly.
"You're my best friend. This is the kinda stuff I'm supposed to do."

It was the day of Sectionals. Rachel is yelling at a concessions worker. "Then go down to 7-11 get some. I need raisinettes!"
Kurt sits next to his girlfriend's ex-sister. "Carb loading?" He asks.
Rachel sighs. "Puck got Lauren Zizes to take your place and she won't go on unless she gets her damn candy! She's a warm body. Hey did you uh, get your solo?"
"Sadly no." Kurt says dejectedly.
Rachel sighs. "Oh wow, if you didn't get a solo then they must be really good. We are doomed. Sorry that was selfish. What I meant to say was, wow that really sucks, I'm sure you were really good."
"I was. I mean, I think I was. Being in the Warblers has really made me question everything I thought about myself." Kurt says. "Except for my love for Violet. I don't question that."
Rachel shakes her head. "Yeah... what has become of us Kurt?" She asks as they sit down together.
Rachel looks over at him. "So, do you miss us?"
Kurt smiles. "I do. I especially miss Violet. Being a Warbler is great but I don't think they appreciate my individuality as much as you guys did. And I can't help but think that I let you guys down."
Rachel nods. "It's your life Kurt. You weren't safe at McKinley anymore and we all get it."
Kurt continues to smile. "How come you were never this nice to me when I was your teammate?"
"Because you were my only real competition." Rachel admits.
Kurt laughs. "True." He says. They both laugh and hug each other. "So how's Finn? I feel bad, I haven't spoken to him since the wedding."
Rachel sighs. "I, uh, haven't really talked to him much either. I found out he and Santana were romantically involved and he lied to me about it."
Bells ring signalling the start of the competition.
Kurt looks at Rachel shocked. "Wait, you didn't know about that?"
Blaine walks in. "Kurt, they're calling places." He says and then looks to Rachel. "Hey."
Kurt smiles at Rachel. "Thanks again, Rachel." He says and walks off with Blaine.
Blaine smirks. "Have you seen Violet yet?" He asks.
Kurt shakes his head. "Not yet."
Blaine smiles. "Kurt and Violet sitting in a tree — " he's stopped by Kurt.
"It's in your best future interests to never finish that sentence."

After the Hipsters perform, it's time for the Warblers. Violet is bouncing anxiously in her seat. "And now, for our second performance of the program, from Dalton Academy is Westervale, the Warblers!" The announcer announces.
The Warblers are singing "Hey, Soul Sister."
[Hey, Soul Sister by the Warblers]
Violet is out of her seat and cheering when the performance is over.
She's cheering for her friend Blaine and her amazing boyfriend Kurt.

New Directions are backstage in their green room.
Lauren looks uncomfortable. "These costumes are causing some unmentionable chafing."
Sam looks to a distraught Quinn. "You okay?"
Quinn shakes her head. "No, I'm totally freaking out. Last time we performed in front of an audience I went into labour. I think I'm having post-traumatic stress disorder."
Mercedes flips a page in her magazine. "FYI I'm totally available to fill in."
Violet is staying quiet as she sits with Charlie. "Last year at Sectionals, I got disowned." She reminisces.
Charlie sighs. "I know. But you're stronger now." He says.
Violet smiles. "Thanks Lee."
Artie is talking to Brittany. "Nowhere to run, from me, or your lies. I hope they judge us on dancing and adultery because your aces at both of them."
Brittany sighs. "I don't understand how you found out. I am so stupid, I can't believe I did it, I'm, I've never felt more awful about anything in my life."
Artie rolls away with a scowl on his face.
Mike looks at Tina. "What's Artie all worked up about?"
Tina scoffs. "You are such a jerk!"
Rachel storms in angrily and approaches Finn. "You told Kurt?!"
Finn shrugs. "I don't remember, maybe."
Mercedes looks up. "About Finn and Santana? No I think I told him."
Violet shakes her head. "I told him."
Rachel looks at Quinn. "Who told you?"
"Me? I think Brittany told me. Or maybe it was Puck." Quinn answers.
Puck nods. "Yeah it was me."
Rachel scoffs. "Everybody knew about this but me?!"
Tina nods. "Pretty much"
"Nobody tells you anything because, A, you're a blabbermouth, and B, we just pretend to like you." Santana states.
"That's not true, I kinda like her." Puck says.
"Look, Rachel, when this all happened, you were dating another guy. So you don't really have a right to be pissed at me about it okay? And fine, I shouldn't have lied about it but, to be honest, that isn't what you care about. You care about the Santana of it all." Finn says.
Santana raises her hand in agreement.
Rachel scoffs. "Oh who are you right now?"
Lauren looks at Puck. "Best green room ever."
Rachel is angry. "You know what? You guys are gonna have to find someone else to mindlessly harmonize in the background because I'm not going on stage with him!" She says, pointing at Finn.
Will walks in.
Artie nods. "Make that two subs. I'm not going out there with Brittany."
"Me either!" Tina agrees.
Will is frustrated. "Enough! Listen to yourselves! I am ashamed of you. Think back to where you were this time last year. In this room, no set list, no choreography, no chance in Hell of winning. But you did win, because you did it together. Look, I don't care if you guys hate each other, all I want is for you guys to go out there, and sing together. Get up there, and for six minutes remind yourselves that you're not alone."
Bells go off signalling the New Directions need to go to stage.
Will nods. "Alright! Show time!"
= = =
The music starts playing and Sam and Quinn enter the auditorium from the back and start singing "(I've Had) The Time Of My Life." They make their way to the stage where they are joined by their teammates.
[(I've Had) The Time Of My Life by Sam and Quinn]
The song ends and Santana starts to sing "Valerie". She finishes and the crowd goes crazy.

All three choir groups standing on stage awaiting the judges decision.
Announcer starts speaking. "And now, this year's head judge, associate director of the Ohio Department of Motor Vehicles, Mister Pete Sznowski."
Pete walks onstage. "Thank you, and thank you to all the groups who performed here today, we all had a serious, good time. You know what else, is a serious good time? Taking two minutes to save a life by filling out an organ donor card, because it's never too late, to donate. Drumroll please. In third place, the Hipsters!" He announces. The group leader comes up to accept the award and shake Pete's hand.
"Thank you, drive carefully. And now, the winner of this year's west central Sectionals is... it's a tie. Congratulations! You're all going to the Regionals!" Pete announces.
There's a loud applause and Blaine walks up to Will to shake hands.
Blaine smiles. "Congratulations."
Will smiles. "Hey, nice work, see you at Regionals."
Everyone is cheering.
Rachel and Finn hug.
Finn smiles. "We get to go on."
Rachel looks mildly upset and nervous. "Yeah."
Violet walks over to Kurt and kisses his cheek. "See you at Regionals babe."
Kurt smiles. "I'll see you at Regionals, my love."
Blaine and Charlie make eye contact and both of their hearts beat louder.
If only they weren't on the opposing glee clubs.

Violet is talking with Charlie when she hears Finn shouting at who she assumes is Rachel. "We weren't together! I didn't cheat on you! How could you do this to me?!"
"It was a mistake! Maybe we should go to another counselling session with Ms. Pillsbury." Rachel says.
"Can't have couples counselling if you're not a couple." Finn says.
As soon as they turn the corner, Violet and Charlie see that Finn is walking away from Rachel. "You're breaking up with me?" Rachel asks.
Finn looks angry. "What you did was really bad Rachel! And you knew how sensitive I'd be about this after what happened with Quinn."
Rachel chases after him. "You said you'd never break up with me!"
Finn stops and turns around. "I never thought you'd make me feel like this." He says and continues to walk away. Rachel is left crying in the hallway.
Violet and Charlie go after Finn. "Finn! What's wrong?" Violet asks.
Finn turns around, tears in his eyes.
"Rachel made out with Puck to get even with me for me sleeping with Santana. We're over."
= = =
Will smiles at his students. "Congratulations guys! It wasn't pretty but we're moving on." He says. Everyone is standing around the piano and begin cheering loudly. "And I for one, am gonna be happy to have Regionals and Nationals to focus on."
Santana looks sorrowful. "Mr. Schue, we heard the news about Ms. Pillsbury marrying the finest dentist alive."
Will sighs. "It's alright, we don't need to talk about it. Now, I know we've had our um, our dramas this week, but our family is back in a happy place, and I think we should celebrate, the best way we know how. Rachel, so how would you like to solo?"
Rachel smiles sadly. "Thanks but um, I don't really feel like a solo right now. I'd like to defer it to this weeks two unsung heroes, Mercedes and Tina."
Mercedes smiles. "Well, don't have to ask me twice."

The New Directions are now in the auditorium where Tina was and Mercedes start singing "Dog Days Are Over" while the New Directions dance around happily in the background and sing backup.
