Finn breaks apart the New Directions, who are crowded around Marley in the choir room. "Give her some room."

"She needs space! Breathe, girl, breathe!" Unique says.

"Does anyone have anything she can eat?" Jake asks.

"I have some leftover Halloween candy in my locker." Brittany says.

"I may have a juice box." Ryder states.

"I'll go get Marley's mom." Jake says before walking out of the choir room.

Artie sighs. "This is bad. Never in the history of show choir competitions has anyone ever fainted."

"We got the juice. We got the juice." Ryder says.

Marley shakes her head. "No, I'm okay."

"Drink the damn juice!" Violet says in concern.

"Marley? Marley, are you okay? What happened?" Finn asks.

"She hasn't been eating. She's been skipping lunch." Jake reveals.

"Is that because you've been telling her to? You trying to turn her into a damn rexy?" Santana demands from Kitty.

"What? No. Why would I... why would I want that?" Kitty asks.

"'Cause you're a crazy, evil bitch." Violet answers.

"Hey, Marley, you all right?" Will asks.

"The nurse is on the way, Mr. Schue." Violet says.

"Santana, Puck, you stay here with Marley. The rest of you guys, get back up there. Leaving the stage mid-competition, for any reason, is risking immediate disqualification." Will tells his kids.

"What?! That-that's a rule?" Finn exclaims in shock.

Sue walks in. "Yeah, it's a rule. One of the bylaws, actually. As all of you all were spiraling into a self-created K-hole of crazy, the judges, by unanimous vote, have declared the Warblers victorious. Hey, congratulations, Finn Hudson. For the first time in its charmed, yet pitiful existence, the New Directions have lost Sectionals. But here's the good news. Christmas came early for one Sue Sylvester." Sue claims.

Violet rubs Marley's shoulder gently, but it's no use compared to the sinking feeling that the rest of New Directions have.

For the first time in four years, they lost Sectionals.

Kurt sighs heavily as he gets off the phone with Violet.

"That was Violet. They lost." He tells Rachel.

Rachel gasps.

Kurt nods. "Apparently, the new girl, Marley, passed out on stage, and the Warblers won."

"Oh, my God. So, wait. That... that's it then. What are they going to do now?" Rachel asks.

Kurt sighs. "I don't know. I just feel bad for Violet. This is her senior year, and glee club is over for her. It's not fair."

Rachel bites on her lip. "You think I should call Finn?" She asks.

"If you think it's gonna make him feel better." Kurt suggests.

"No. I don't, actually. It'll probably just make him feel worse. Imagine coming down from one loss just to be reminded of an even bigger one." Rachel laments.

Kurt holds his head in his hands. All he can think about is poor Violet and Finn.

"So, that's it? No more Glee?" Artie asks.

"Until next September." Finn answers.

"Sugar already bailed." Violet comments.

"Can I just say what everyone is thinking? This is Marley's fault. New Rachel, my butt. I knew Rachel Berry. I was friends with Rachel Berry, and you, Marley, are no Rachel Berry." Tina says.

"Mm-hmm. Preach." Artie agrees.

Finn sighs. "Guys, guys, enough. It's not like it's over. The holiday concert is later this week, and we are going to be preparing for it all week long. If this is our swan song, let's make it the best one it can be."

"You really expect us to go up in front of the whole school and parade our loserdom for all to see?" Kitty asks.

"Yeah, Kitty does have a point. We agreed to do the show when we thought it would be on the heels of another Sectionals victory. Now it just feels like a pity party." Artie laments.

"I love to sing and dance as much as anybody, but without a competition to prep for, it's hard to get motivated." Blaine states.

"I understand that we need a little shift in perspective, but let's just enjoy this week, and look forward to our big comeback next year." Finn says.

"That's right." Unique says.

"What about those of us who won't have a next year?" Charlie inputs.

Finn sighs and looks at Violet sadly.

"I can't believe it's been, like, what, two days, that they've all gone in completely separate, and totally insane, directions. We lost Sectionals. Our season is over." Finn says sadly.

Violet rubs his back. "You can't be upset that they've moved on. It's the healthy thing to do." She tells him.

Finn looks up at her. "Is it really? Is it the healthy thing to do to take orders from Sue Sylvester for the rest of the school year for Blaine and Tina? And Artie, man, he basically dragged me out of the tire shop, telling me that this club was part of my destiny somehow."

Violet smiles sadly. "Finn, I get it. You're upset. I'm upset too okay? Glee club has been my life for the last three and a half years. I want it back just as much as you do, but there's nothing we can do. The auditorium is being repurposed for other clubs, and Sue's taking over the choir room for the Cheerios."

Finn sighs and looks at Violet. "This sucks. I really wanted you guys to win." He says sadly.

Violet looks at him. "I know you did. We all know that."

"Do they really know that? Because all I've been hearing from Tina is that it's Marley's fault." Finn comments.

Violet shakes her head. "It's not Marley's fault, and it's not yours either. If anyone's to blame here, it's Kitty. She manipulated Marley into thinking she was gaining weight."

Finn sighs and looks down. "I know it sounds kinda lame, but do you wanna sing a duet together? I know we haven't done one yet, and I feel kinda bummed out because of that."

Violet smiles. "Sure. You got a song prepped?" She asks.

Finn nods. "Yeah. I think you'll like it." He says.

Violet and Finn perform Randy Travis's 'Forever and Ever, Amen.'

After their performance, the two hug.

"You're the best brother ever Finn." Violet says softly.

Finn smiles even more.

"And you're the best little sister ever."

Finn, Marley and Violet are standing onstage in the auditorium.

"No one else is coming, are they?" Marley asks.

"I don't think so. I had some good news for us, but maybe it doesn't matter anymore. I found a place where Glee Club can practice. It's not great, but I know for a fact that no one can kick us out." Finn says.

Violet looks confused. "Where?"

Finn, Marley and Violet stand outside in McKinley's courtyard.

"It gets dark so early now." Finn states.

"I'm really sorry, Finn, Violet." Marley apologizes.

"Marley, don't." Violet starts.

Marley shakes her head. "No, I mean it. You've being so nice about this, but it's my fault. I was... naive and insecure and self-centered, and now Glee Club's over."

"Well, you, me and Violet are still here, right? Let's make the most of it." Finn says.

Finn, Marley and Violet begin to sing 'Don't Dream It's Over,' and are eventually joined by the rest of New Directions.

[Don't Dream It's Over by New Directions]

Violet smiles as she hugs Finn when the song's over.

"This is what glee club is truly about."
