Y/N's P.O.V

After hearing and seeing Carol get hit by an explosion I look to see Thanos fighting Thor to get to the gauntlet.

I jump in along with Cap and we on Thanos' back and grab hold of Mjölnir and Stormbreaker respectively.

After a minute or so Thanos manages to shake me off and I land near Tony.

I get to my knees and then see Carol get sent flying back as Thanos used the Power stone against her.

I look away from Thanos to see the man I knew to be Dr. Strange looking at me.

He raised up two fingers.

I look back at Tony, as lay on the ground. I also remember that Tony said that Dr. Strange told him that in only two versions we were able to beat Thanos.

After that I come to the realisation that those two ways meant either myself or Tony has to die, so we can beat Thanos.

I know that it has to be me, I can't let Tony do this. He has a wife and a daughter that need him, and after everything that he has been through he deserves to get a happy ending.

I have a family too, but it'd be selfish for me to choose my family. That's not what a hero does.

I then get up and charge at Thanos. I grab a hold of the gauntlet and manage to shake the stones out of place and pull them out of the Nano-tech gauntlet.

Thanos knocks me away.

Third person prospective

After knocking Y/N away Thanos raises his hand and looks at Spider-Man.

Thanos: Don't you see L/N. I am inevitable.

Thanos snaps his fingers but nothing happens.

Thanos is confused by this. He me looks at the gauntlet to see that the stones are not there.

Thanos then looks back to Y/N and sees that he is knelt there with the infinity stones being absorbed into his suit.

(A/N: Now as Y/N is wearing the black suit I don't know if this would work within the MCU universe, but just go with it.)

Once the infinity stones fall into place Y/N can feel the power of the stones flowing through his body. The power tearing through the symbiote suit like tissue.

(A/N: Just imagine it's Y/N in the black suit instead of Tony.)

Y/N looks at Thanos with determination on his face.

Y/N: And I... am... Spider-Man.

Y/N snaps his fingers and there's a blinding flash of light.

(A/N: Again just imagine it's Y/N in the black suit instead of Tony.)

After Y/N snaps his fingers both the Avengers and Thanos look around as the see the alien forces/Chitauri start to turn to dust one by one, just as the Avengers and other heroes did three years ago.

Thanos sits down defeated as he gives in and turns to dust along with forces.

Thanos is now gone, once and for all.

Y/N's snap also had Clint appear on the battlefield.

Clint: What the hell is going on?

Y/N tries standing to his feet, but due to the pain he is in he falls over and leans up against some ruble.

Zach finds Y/N in this state and lands down infront of his best friend, deactivating his helmet..

Zach also finds that one side of Y/N's body burned from the infinity stones.

He says nothing and leans down and puts his hand on Y/N's face..

Miles swings in and sees Y/N in his currently state.

He then walks over and kneels down infront of Y/N.

Miles: Y/N, hey. Y/N can you hear me? It's Miles. Hey, we won, we won Y/N you did it man. You did it. I'm sorry Y/N please...

Miles begins to tear up as Natasha gently pulls him away as she then kneels down infront of him.

Natasha: Y/N, Y/N baby. Can you hear me?

He nods.

Y/N: Yeah.

Natasha smiles with tears in her eyes.

She kisses Y/N on the cheek as Tony, Oliver, Maya and  Steve come over. With Tommy, Sam and Thor close behind.

Maya: Y/N! No! Please stay with us!

Oliver: Come on kiddo! Hang on!

Steve: Oh god.

Tony puts his hand on Y/N's chest.

Tony: Friday?

Friday: He's in critical condition. Heart beat is faint.

Tony shakes his head to fight off the tears.

He stands and turns to Dr. Strange, who was standing there.

Tony: The other way was suppose to be was me, wasn't it?

He nods.

Stephen: Yes, it was. Y/N made the call. He chose your life over his.

Tony then watches on as Y/N starts to die.

Back with Y/N, Natasha, Oliver, Maya and Zach. Nat knows that Y/N won't survive, but at least he can rest now knowing that everyone he loves is alive and safe.

Natasha: Y/N baby, it's okay you can rest now. We'll be okay.

Y/N nods then a moment later what life he had left drains from his eyes, and with that Y/N L/N, Spider-Man died. He died surrounded by his family and friends.

Natasha leans in and plants a kiss on Y/N's cheek one last time.

Natasha: I love you Cowboy.

She then cries into her husband's shoulder.

Oliver hugs Miles as they both cry at the death of their son/mentor, and Zach holds Maya.

Steve, Tommy, Sam and Thor both start crying as their friend dies. 

(A/N: I put this here just to set the mood.)

At the back of the battlefield Clint Barton, Hawkeye kneels down to pay respect to the fall hero.

Felicia and T'challa sees this and follows his lead and kneel down to pay their respects to their friend.

Captain Marvel then does the same.

One by one the heroes that fought in the battle start kneeling paying their respect to Spider-Man. Even though some of those heroes didn't even know him.

Star-Lord, Valkyrie, Nebula, Ant-Man, Captain America, Iron-Man, Dr. Strange, Thor, Falcon, Scarlet Spider, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver and Drax all kneeled down to pay their respect to their friend, comrade, brother.

Everyone there was on one kneel paying their respects.

Spider-Man was the man that allowed them to carry on living. He allowed them to go back to their families and friends.

Y/N L/N saved the universe by wiping Thanos from it.

He saved them all, giving his own life in the process.

(Two weeks later)

So it's been two weeks since the Avengers defeated Thanos and it's been two weeks since the death of Y/N L/N.

Now Natasha and Ollie along with Maya, Oliver, Steve, Zach, Miles, Tony, Pepper, Morgan, Felicia, Wanda, Clint and his family and Pietro are sitting in Tony and Pepper's house watching a video that Y/N made in case of his death.

He also made individual ones for people such as Natasha, Oliver, Maya, Ollie, Miles, Felicia, Zach, Tony and Steve. But this one was for everyone to see.

He also made a video for Ollie to see when he gets his powers.

Tony decided to play it through his Iron-Man helmet, and a hologram of Y/N appears infront of them all.

(A/N: So if you stopped playing the music you can rewind it and play it for this part too as it's used in the movie for this scene. But it's up to you.)

Y/N: Everybody wants a happy ending, right? But it doesn't always roll that way, maybe this time. I'm hoping if you play this back it's in celebration. I hope families are reunited, I hope we get it back in a normal version and that the planet has been restored, if there ever was such a thing. God what a world or universe now. I mean if you had told me eleven years ago when I got bit by that spider that we weren't alone let alone to this extent, I probably wouldn't have been surprised but come on who knew? Well maybe Tony knew. The epic forces of dark and light that have come into play. For better or worse that's the reality that little Ollie, Morgan and future children are gonna have to find a way to grow up in.

Little did Y/N that included his second child as Natasha was currently pregnant. She never got the chance to tell him.

Now his second child will never know it's father.

Y/N: So I thought I should record something for everyone in case of an untimely death, on my part. Not that death at anytime isn't untimely. This time travel thing we're gonna try to pull off tomorrow has got me scratching my head at the survivability of it all. Then again that's the hero's gig, you know part of the journey is the end. I don't know why I'm freaking out for everything is gonna work out the way it's suppose to.

Y/N's hologram steps forward and looks at Ollie.

Y/N: I love you 3000.

The then hologram shuts off and the video ends.

Everyone has a minute to process that they all leave the house and go out to the New York cemetery to bury Y/N.

As Y/N was buried all the heroes that fought against Thanos two weeks ago were there to once again pay their respects.

Natasha stood there and held Ollie in her arms. Maya stood there as Zach comforted her. Oliver, Miles, Steve and Sam stood there trying not to let the tears slip out too much.

Everyone there stayed to pay respect to the man that not only saved the world, but the whole universe.

After the funeral ended Natasha decided to tell everyone that she was pregnant.

They all did their best to make her feel better. Oliver, Maya and Zach said they'd support in anyway she needed.

(The next day)

The next day all the heroes that fought Thanos two weeks ago along with random New Yorkers stood in Brooklyn because Tony decided he wanted to build a memorial for Y/N.

Tony got up to the podium and gave a speech.

Tony: Hello everyone, as you all know my name is Tony Stark, and we're all here today to remember a hero. His name was Y/N Y/M/N L/N a.k.a Spider-Man. Two weeks ago Y/N gave his life to save everyone not just on earth, but the whole universe. He gave his life so myself and everyone that's here today can live, he gave his life so that all of us could live with our families happily. Now Y/N wasn't perfect, he made mistakes but he was a good man. He always tried to do the right thing. For those who don't know Y/N is a husband and a father to a beautiful little boy, he had a good and happy life, but he gave it up so that all of us could live. He didn't even hesitate not for a second. Because he was a hero, he was one of this Earth's best defender's. So today we pay our respects to him, and we do our best to live up to the example that he set.

Tony then looks up.

Tony: Y/N, this statue, this memorial is for you. May you rest in peace.

Tony pulls off the cloth to reveal a statue of Y/N in his Spider-Man suit.

The plac says "Y/N Y/M/N L/N. The Spectacular Spider-Man. Father, Husband, Son, Friend, Brother, Hero."

Tony: Now, I'd like to bring up Y/N's wife. Natasha L/N a.k.a Black Widow.

Natasha goes up to the podium.

Natasha: My husband Y/N L/N was an ordinary person... But he chose to be Spider-Man... It's weird though he always said that it could have been anyone who got bit by that spider, I guess it's a good thing it was him. My favorite thing about Y/N was that he never judged anyone for their past mistakes, and he always believed that people could be redeemed that they could change. Y/N L/N was the love of my life, I knew I was in love with him the moment I saw him.

Natasha looks at the statue of her husband.

Natasha: I love you Cowboy. I hope that I'll get to see you again one day.

Natasha steps down from the podium.

Once the ceremony is over everyone leaves, but Nat.

Nat stands there looking up at the statue of her husband, she holds her stomach thinking about the child growing inside of her.

Natasha: Don't worry Y/N. I'll make sure that both of our children know everyday that their daddy was a hero. I love you Cowboy, more than anything.

Natasha then leaves to join the other's.

She now needs to find a way to live without Y/N L/N in her life, just like everyone else.

But luckily this world will have Spider-Man once again, this city will have Spider-Man. He won't be the Spectacular Spider-Man though, he'll be the Ultimate Spider-Man.

(A/N: So that's the alternative ending to my Spider-Man story. This will lead into the Miles Morales spin off story. I hope you guys will enjoy that story once I've published it.)
