Y/N's P.O.V

So after leaving the compound yesterday and refusing to sign the Sokavia Accords, I went home to clear my head.

Now I'm at my dad's place telling him and Maya about the situation the Avengers and I are facing.

The two sat there in silence for a moment.

Maya: Wow, that's crazy. I can't believe Zach didn't tell me about this, or that he'd be signing himself away to the government. I can't believe their doing this to you guys.

Oliver: I know, it's so stupid. After everything you and the other Avengers have done for this world they want to brand you as criminals.

Y/N: Well if I'm not mistaken you did that to me about 6 years ago.

Dad looks down.

Oliver: Your never gonna let me live that down, are you?

He and I chuckle.

Y/N: No probably not.

Maya: So, what about Natasha? Is she signing?

I nod.

Y/N: Yeah, she is. She thinks it's for the best. I mean understand where she's coming from, but I can't do it. I'm not letting the government turn me into their weapon only to get rid of me once their finished with me.

Oliver: Wow, just when you think the government cares they do something like this.

I nod.

Maya looks at her phone with her eyes widen.

Y/N: Maya, what's wrong?

Maya: Someone blew up the UN building in Vienna. The reports say it's James Buchanan Barnes, the Winter Soldier.

My eyes then widen as I remember Zach told me that Nat was going to the UN meeting in Vienna.

I run to the kitchen and grab my phone and call Nat.

After a few rings she picks up.

Natasha: Hello.

Y/N: Nat! Oh thank god! Are you okay?!

Natasha: Yes, I'm fine. I got lucky.

Y/N: Oh thank god. I thought I'd lost you for a sec there.

Natasha: Nah, your not getting rid of me that easily.

After talking to Nat for a few more minutes I hang up as I'm getting a call from Steve.

Y/N: Hey Steve, what's going on?

Steve: Look Y/N, I'm sure you've seen the news by now. I've found Bucky and Sam and I need help to stop the government from arresting him. I need your help Y/N.

Y/N: Look Steve, I don't know. I mean who knows if he even wants to be helped?

Steve: Y/N, I know I'm asking a lot here, but I need you. I need your help, please.

After a moment of thinking I answer.

Y/N: Okay, I'll help you. What do you need?

Steve: Meet Sam and I in Bucharest. I'll sent you the location of where to meet us.

Y/N: Got it. I'm on my way.

Steve: Thank you Y/N. Looks like I owe you one.

Steve then hangs up.

I then leave dad's house and got to my place to get my suit and gear then leave for Bucharest.

(Hours later)

(Bucharest)

Once I make it to Bucharest I head over to Barns' location and see that the German special forces are attacking the building that Cap is in with Barnes.

I see Sam flying in the air and see him take out a chopper.

I make my way around and see Barnes and a guy in a cat suit chasing after him.

I web up the guy in the cat suit to slow him down. He rips out of the webbing and continues to chase Barnes.

Steve then lands down next to me.

Steve: Perfect timing Y/N. Now come on. We gotta stop this guy.

I nod and we chase after the cat suit guy.

As we follow we see down jump down to the streets below.

We jump down after him and the four of us are running down the street after each other with police cars chasing us.

Steve then gets on of those cars and I jump on the roof of it.

I then have to deal the with black cat guy as Steve drives the car.

After a couple of minutes of chasing Bucky on a motorcycle Barnes throws a bomb on the top of one of the tunnels and blows. This sends all of us flying forward

Once I got of the roof of the car I chase after the other guy and tackle him off of Bucky.

I turn to see Steve come over to us.

As we our surrounded by the police we see Warmachine and Iron-Patriot land down near us and pointing his guns at us.

Zach: Everyone stand down. Now.

Steve and I put our hands up.

Rhodey: Spidey, Cap congratulations. Your criminals.

As Steve, Barnes and I get put on our knees we see the other guy take off his helmet. He is revealed to be T'challa the son of the king of Wakanda, he's also known as the Black Panther.

I then realised that he was here to kill Barns as his father was supposedly killed by the Winter Soldier in the bombing in Vienna.

After being put in cuffs Steve, Sam, T'challa and I were put in the back of a police van taken to Berlin.

(Hours later)

(Berlin)

Once we got to Berlin we had to deal with an awkward car drive, which boiled down to T'challa threatening to kill Bucky.

After a long drive we make it to the destination.

Once we get inside we got out of the van and see Sharon, a friend I'd Steve's standing there with some guy in a suit.

Steve and I turn around to see Barnes sitting in a cell.

We turn back and start walking towards Sharon.

Steve: What's gonna happen to him?

???: The same thing that should be happening to you three.

Sharon: Guys, this is Everett Ross, Deputy Task Force Commander.

Y/N: What about a lawyer?

Ross looks at me.

E. Ross: That's funny. See that their gear is placed in lockup. We'll write a receipt.

We watch them take our suits and gear away.

Sam: I better not look out the window and see someone flying around in that.

We start walking down a hallway.

E. Ross: We're giving you guys an office instead of a cell. So do me a favour a stay in it.

T'challa: I don't plan on going anywhere.

As we continue to walk down the hallway we see Nat coming towards us. She then turns and walks next to me.

Natasha: See, this is what making things worse looks like.

Steve: Well, he's alive.

She then looks at me.

Natasha: And where you planning on telling me you were gonna get involved in this?

Y/N: Yes. I was gonna tell you over dinner.

Natasha: That's cute.

We then walk into to the main area and see Tony talking on the phone and he mentions something about consequences.

Tony then walks over to us.

Y/N: "Consequences?"

Tony: Secretary Ross wants the three of you prosecuted.

Steve: I'm not getting that shield back am I?

Natasha and Tony start walking away.

Natasha: Technically it's the government's property now. Wings and web shooters too.

Sam: Oh that's cold.

Tony: Warmer than jail.

Sam, Steve and I are put into an office with someone keeping an eye on us.

I look to Steve.

Y/N: Well Cap, this is another fine mess we got ourselves in huh?

Steve: Yes it is.
