Y/N's P.O.V

I'm sound asleep in my bed and the first thing I hear before I even open my eyes is the sound of my phone vibrating on the desk.

After feeling around for a couple of seconds I pick up my phone and sit up so I can get a good look at it.

When I open up my phone I see that the day I've been hoping was coming for the past four years is finally happening, Wilson Fisk is gonna be arrested.

Y/N: It's today, it's finally happening today. Yes!

I junp out of bed and throw some bread in the toaster and start putting my suit on and trying to eat it at the same time once it's ready.

When I'm ready to go I pull down my mask and get ready to leave.

(A/N: Imagine it's the Stark suit from the game instead of the advanced suit in this.)

Just before I leave I see a letter slide under my door amd I immediately knew it was about my rent.

Rent's been hard to pay as since I've moved out on my own shortly after the battle of New York and as the job with Dr. Octavius hasn't brought in much money I'm a little behind on rent.

For now though I decide not to dewll on it, so I jump out of the open window of my apartment and web swing out into the city.

I then decide to call dad to make sure that they hadn't taken him down without me yet.

Oliver: Captain L/N.

Y/N: Dad, it's me. Have you taken him down yet?

Oliver: No not yet. We're at Fisk Tower, but still waiting on a warrant.

Y/N: You mind if I join in on the fun.

Oliver: I don't know kiddo. You know how his lawyers are, this one needs to be done by the book.

Y/N: Oh, come on dad I've been waiting four years for this day.

Oliver: You really want to help? Head to Times Square, sounds like his guys are preventing my backup from getting here.

Y/N: Okay, I'm on it.

I hang up and head to Times Square.

(Five minutes later)

After hepling the officer's at Times Square I head over to Fisk Tower and see cops and Fisk's men shooting at each other. As i get closer I stick to the side of a van near where my dad and Yuri are behind cover.

Y/N: Captain, Yuri, you guys okay?

Yuri: Yeah, we're fine.

Oliver: But if Fisk makes it out of that building we're gonna lose him.

Y/N: Okay, I'm gonna go and...

Dad looks around and then at me.

Oliver: Do your thing Spidey.

Y/N: Yes!!

I web zip over to the tower.

Y/N: Today's the day Willie.

I web swing in take down Fisk's men on the roof and web swing in to the lobby where I find more officer's having a shootout with Fisk's men.

Y/N: Alright officer's follow me I'll clear a path.

Officer #1: We're with you Spider-Man.

I fight my way through Fisk's men and clear the lobby allowing the officer's to move up.

The officer's head up the stairs and I take the elevator shaft.

I then get a call from Yuri telling me to head to the server room as Fisk's men are trying to wipe any data thay could put Willie behind bars.

Y/N: Okay, Yuri I'm on it.

After fighting my way through more of Fisk's men I find a vent and sneak into the sever room.

I then land in the sever room.

Y/N: Hi, is this tech support? I forgot my password.

They start shooting at me, but I manage to dodge their bullets and take the four of them down.

Once that's done I go over to the console and start saving the data they were trying to wipe.

But then I see Fisk show up on the big ass monitor infront of me.

Fisk: Hiding in the server room huh? Cowardly, even for you Spider-Man.

Y/N: This coming from the guy who's frantically deleting all of his search history.

Fisk: Even after these four long years, you're still just an ignorant child.

Y/N: That's very true, but that's part of my charm isn't it?

I then manage to save all the data before it got deleted.

Fisk: Damn you. Kill that spider now!

The screen cuts off.

Y/N: Well, I think I pissed him off.

I turn and leave the server room.

(Five minutes later)

(A/N: Sorry for another small time jump.)

After five minutes of fighting Fisk's men and saving civilians that were stuck in the tower I make my way to outside Willie's office were I see a police SWAT team standing outside.

Y/N: Hey, you guys okay?

Officer: We were just about to call for backup.

Y/N: Well, I think I'm it.

Officer: Okay, you go ahead, we'll be right behind you.

I nod and walk infornt of them. But then my spider sense goes off and I realise that one of them is gonna shot me so I do a backflip over them and use my webs to take one of their guns and throw it at the officer's head.

Y/N: Shit. Shoulda seen that coming. You guys were in bed with Fisk all along. Oh god! Now I'm never gonna get that image out of my head!

After taking down the rest of the squad I contact my dad.

Y/N: Hey dad, it looks like some of your guys were on Fisk's payroll. Good news is that they were Willie's last line of defence. I'm outside his office now.

Oliver: Take him down. Now.

Y/N: Oh it'd be my pleasure.

I break through his office doors and land on one of the pillars infornt of his desk.

Y/N: Write your memoirs? Don't forget to put the hyphen between "Spider" and "Man."

After calling his chopper Fisk stand up and walks away from me.

Fisk: I'm surprised you made it this far. But your foolishness ends now.

After saying this a glass wall comes down infornt of him.

I then jump onto the floor.

Y/N: I can still see you by the way.

Fisk: Four years of this insolence.

Turrets then show up out of the pillars.

Y/N: Aww, Willie you shouldn't have. You really shouldn't have.

After breaking his turrets and breaking though the glass he's hiding behind.

Fisk: I will destroy you!

Y/N: Give it your best shot.

He then gets angry and smashes through his desk.

After trading blows in his offcer for a few minutes Fisk picks me up and runs though a brick wall.

He slams me down on some pipes Fisk then throws me through another wall that leads to a room outside his office.

A few minutes late we're still trading blows with both Fisk and his men that were helping him out I manage to land an uppercut on Fisk, but he picks me up again and throws me through the glass floor.

While we're falling I break out of his hold thorw him down to the floor of the room below and whilst I'm in the air I web zip down smashing Willie through the floor.

We then land on a walkway and he throws me off, but I manage to web swing on the the wall behind Willie.

He turns around to see me web zipping towards him, I kick him off the walkway and throw left and right hooks at his face on the way down.

After smashing through the floor into the lobby Willie falls ahead of me, but I use my webs to catch him and attach the other end of the web to the ceiling.

I then hang upside-down with my own web.

Y/N: So, should we kiss now?

I look to the entrance and see the police coming in.

Y/N: Yeah, you're right, maybe later.

After getting Willie down the police cuff him and take him to the van outside.

When they make it to the van I land on top of the van and talk to Willie.

Y/N: So Willie, you're finally off to Ryker's, huh? I think you actually have more enemies in there than I do.

Fisk: If you think that this will be more than a minor inconvenience...

Y/N: Whoops! Gotta go, Willie. Good luck. Love you.

As I swing off back out into the city all I can hear is Fisk screaming as they put him in the police van.

I then land on a rooftop and look put at the city.

Y/N: Well, the Kingpin is heading to jail. End of an era. I feel I should celebrate. Maybe take a vacation.

I then remember I need to head over to work so I hastily jump off the roof and swing over there.
