Tony's P.O.V

After installing the arc reactor and lighting up my newly built Stark tower I head back there to spend some time with Pepper.

But that gets interrupted when Coulson comes in asking for my help with finding the the Tesseract and joining the Avengers initiative, even though I didn't qualify for it.

I then call Pepper over to me.

Pepper: So, what is all this?

Tony: Well, it's this.

I open up the file on the S.H.I.E.L.D tablet.

And it shows images and videos of the members being recrited for the initiative. Y/N L/N a.k.a Spider-Man, Steven Rogers a.k.a Captain America, Bruce Banner a.k.a Hulk and Thor.

We see video of Captain Rogers fighting in WW2, Thor fighting a giant robot, Spider-Man fighting a bad guy named Electro and Hulk smashing up cars and fighting tanks.

Pepper: You have homework, you have alot of homework.

Tony: What if I didn't?

Pepper: You mean when you're finished?

I nod.

Pepper then whispers in my ear about what's gonna happen when I've finished.

Tony: You got it, deal.

Pepper kisses me on the cheek.

Pepper: Work hard.

She then walks off with Coulson so she can go to D.C.

I then pick a virtual image of the Tesseract and remember seeing it before as my dad found it in the ocean and then I wonder what S.H.I.E.L.D want to use it for.

(The next day)

Y/N's P.O.V

After heading back home to grab some stuff I get back on the quinjet and after a long flight we Land on a S.H.I.E.L.D helicarrier.

Y/N & Zach: Wow.

Zach: So cool.

I nod and smile.

I then see Natasha coming over to us.

Y/N: Hey Zach, so, you go and to find Fury I'll catch up with you, I remember him saying he needed you for something.

He nods at me.

Zach: Yeah, sure.

Zach then heads off to find Fury.

Natasha and I are now face to face.

Y/N: Hey, how was your mission?

Natasha: Well, Dr. Banner is here, so it went good.

Y/N: Got it.

Natasha: So, you ready?

Y/N: Ready for what?

Natasha: We're about to meet Captain America.

She walks off.

Y/N: Wait, what?

I walk to catch up to her.

As we walk we see another quinjet land on the carrier and Agent Coulson steps out along with Captain America.

We walk over to greet them.

Coulson: Agent Romanoff, Y/N L/N. This is Captain Steven Rogers. Captain Rogers this is Agent Natasha Romanoff and Y/N L/N a.k.a Spider-Man.

Steve: Ma'am, L/N.

I shake his hand.

Y/N: It's an honor to meet you Captain.

Steve: Likewise.

Natasha: Hi. Coulson get the bridge Fury needs you.

Coulson: Got it.

He then walks off, and Nat and I walk with Captain Rogers.

Natasha: It was quite the buzz around here finding you in the ice. I thought Coulson was gonna swoon. Did he ask you to sign his Captain America trading cards yet?

Y/N & Steve: Trading cards?

Natasha: They're vintage, he's very proud.

We then look over to see Dr. Banner walking around the carrier.

Steve walks over and shakes his hand.

Steve: Dr. Banner.

Bruce: Oh, hi, they told me you be here.

Dr. Banner looks over to me.

Bruce: And you're the Spider-kid right?

I shake his hand.

Y/N: Well, Spider-Man, but yeah basically. I'm Y/N L/N, it's nice to meet you.

Bruce: Dr. Bruce Banner, it's nice to meet you too.

Steve: So, word is you can find the cube?

The doc looks around.

Bruce: Is that the only word I'm hearing?

Steve: It's the only one I care about.

Bruce: So, this must be strange for you?

Steve: Actually this is kind of familiar.

Nat then comes over to us.

Natasha: Gentleman, you might want to step inside now. It's gonna get harder to breathe.

We then hear sirens going off.

Steve: What is this, a submarine?

Bruce: Really? They want me in a submerged, pressurised metal container.

We then go to the edge and see the the carrier is going up into the air.

Bruce: Oh no, this is much worse.

Y/N: Hey, so, let's go inside now.

The other's agree with me so we head inside.

Nat leads us down a hallway and end up in the command bridge.

Nat looks back at me and smiles, knowing that I'm enjoying this. She does know me well.

As the three of us look around in awe of the place I look over and see Cap hand Fury ten dollars. They must of had a bet going on.

I then sit down in the chair at the head of the main desk.

Fury goes over to talk to Dr. Banner.

Whilst I'm sitting down I feel pressure being put on the chair, I look up to see Nat leaning on the chair and smiling at me.

She then decides to put her hand in my hair as she now enjoyed doing this, apparently its because I have soft hair and she likes it.

She carries on with that as we listen to the conversation going on in the room.

Fury then turns to Nat.

Nick Fury: Agent Romanoff, could you show Dr. Banner to his laboratory please?

She nods and leans down to me.

Natasha: (Whispers) I'll be back in a few minutes, okay?

I nod.

Y/N: Yeah, okay.

Nat and Dr. Banner walk off.

After sitting on my phone I see Captain Rogers come down and sit next to me after having a conversation with Coulson.

Steve: So, kid, I hear you're from Brooklyn.

Y/N: Yeah, born and raised. You're from Brooklyn too right?

Steve: Yeah, that's right. Though I haven't been back there since 1945.

Y/N: Yeah, well, I was born in 1992. So, I'm willing to bet that it's changed a lot since then.

Cap laughs at this.

Steve: Hearing you say that just makes me feel older then I already do.

I smile.

Steve: So, I've got to ask. How did you get your powers.

Y/N: Well, to cut a long story short. I got bit by a radioactive spider, then the next day I woke up and I could do anytime a spider can. We aside from shot webs, I had to build web shooters to help me do that.

He looks at the web shooters that are currently on my wrists.

Steve: You built those?

I nod.

Y/N: Yep and I built my suit too, well the red and blue one, the other was a gift. But anyway, where I'm from I'm considered a mechanical prodigy.

Steve: Wow, that's impressive. So is what you can do, I saw some of the footage. I was especially impressed by how you dealt with the electric guy.

Y/N: Oh you mean Electro?

Steve nods his head.

Steve: Yeah, that's right. I like the quick thinking on using water to take him down.

Y/N: Well, thanks Cap. That means alot coming from you.

Steve: Oh please, just call me Steve.

I nod my head.

Y/N: Okay, Steve.

We then find out that Loki has been spotted in Germany.

Fury then comes over to Steve and I.

Nick Fury: Captain, L/N. You're both up.

We both stand from the table.

Y/N: You ready for this Steve?

He nods to me.

Steve: Definitely.

We walk down the hall to suit up.

Y/N: (Smiling) I just hope you can keep up with me old timer.

He smiles back at me.

Steve: You don't have to worry about me kid.

Y/N: Got it, I'll see you in a minute.

I go off to suit up and then it dawns on my that I'm gonna fight along side Captain fucking America. This is so awesome.
