"This is going to go horribly," McGee stated, arms crossed.

"Why else do you think I'm here?" DiNozzo asked. "This is going to be so much fun."

They looked around the local DMV parking lot to where Gibbs' car was waiting, which Loki and the driving instructor were currently approaching. The two agents stood watching, eager to find out what would happen.

"I bet she fails him," DiNozzo said.

McGee glanced over at him. "Fail him? The guy who nearly destroyed New York? I'm not sure."

DiNozzo gave him a look. "It's a DMV official, McGeek. They don't blink for anything, least of all slightly reformed war criminals. I bet she fails him."

"Ten bucks says she doesn't."

"Deal."

The two agents shook hands as Loki started the car, then rapidly spun the car out of the spot in reverse. McGee palmed his forehead with a groan while DiNozzo grinned. "Oh, yeah. She's failing him."
