The bell rings for first period just as I was about to go in a full depth conversation with Nico over our favorite books. Mine's Percy Jackson and the Olympians by the way. He was trying to convince me that the Divergent series was much better, but I wasn't buying it.

Nico went to art while the others, not including me or JoJo, went to PE. I hate physical education but I love football and soccer and all of that jazz. Its just the fact that we are graded on whether or not we can do what teens our age are suppose to do.

 I like to daydream between things. Don't ask me why because I just find it comforting. I look up as Jojo nudges me, "this is your class and, don't be an idiot. This teacher isn't exactly the nicest. Have fun in Biology!!!!!!". She walks down the hallway further as I walk into my first period. Just great, I'm left alone in this battle field. I look at my phone and see that I have 3 minutes left. I sit down in the front of the class near the teachers desk. When I sit I forget that my keys are still in my pocket, and I poke myself. So naturally, I stand up fast and remove the keys.

My outburst in turn scares the shit out of the girl that was about to sit down next to me. "Are you okay?" I proclaim as I help her up off the ground were she landed after she tripped over her backpack.

"Yeah I'm fine. You just startled me." She has soft brown eyes and bright red hair. She is wearing a white shirt with a blush cardigan. She reaches into her backpack and grabs a pair of glasses. "It's a good thing I left these in here" she slides the glasses onto her face. The glasses have a pinkish, purplish rim and huge round lenses.

"I'm sorry I scared you", I say to her as she rights her things and sits down. 

"It's okay, it's just ... it's my first day here." Her glasses add a youthful touch to her face. 

"I'm new as well, maybe we could, I don't know ... become friends?"

She looked at me hopefully. After a few seconds she said towards me;  " I would like that."

I smiled back at her thinking that maybe biology wouldn't be as bad as Jojo sought it out to be.

I'm so sorry guys about not posting in such a long time. I would make up some weird excuse, but the true is that I've just had some hard writers block.  Hopefully I'll get back to posting every Wednesday but I can't promise anything. I hope that you guys have a wonderful day and an amazing Pride month.
