    1    What kinds of food do you often have in your meals?
I usually have a mix of rice, vegetables, and meat in my meals. Sometimes I eat noodles or soup, especially for breakfast or dinner. I try to include some fruits as well to keep things balanced.
   
2    Why do you follow such a diet?
Because it's what I grew up with and it's quite healthy. My parents always cooked balanced meals with different food groups, so I just continued that habit. Also, I feel more energetic and less tired when I eat proper meals.
   
3    From what sources do you often get information about a healthy diet?
I mostly get it from the internet, especially from health blogs or YouTube videos. Sometimes I read articles or listen to podcasts by nutrition experts. I also follow a few doctors and fitness coaches on social media.

PART 2: A GOAL YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE IN 5 YEARS

One important goal I want to achieve in the next five years is to become fluent in English and work in an international company. I started thinking seriously about this goal during my final year of high school, when I realized that knowing English opens many doors. Not only for better jobs but also for studying abroad and travelling.
This goal is important to me because I want to grow both personally and professionally. I believe working in an international environment will give me the chance to learn new skills, meet people from different cultures, and have more rewarding career opportunities. To reach this goal, I've been taking English courses, practicing speaking every day and watching English movies to improve my listening.
I also attend language clubs and online speaking groups to get more real-life practice. Although I can do many things on my own, I do need help from teachers, mentors, and friends who correct my mistakes and encourage me to keep going. With consistent effort and the right support, I believe I can achieve this goal within five years.

    1    Should people set goals for a year or for 3 or 5 years? Why?
I think it's important to set both short-term and long-term goals. A one-year goal helps people stay focused and track their progress easily. But a 3- or 5-year goal gives a bigger change and helps people plan for their future. Having both types creates motivation and direction. Long-term goals give you purpose, while short-term ones keep you moving forward step by step.

    2    At what age should we learn goal-setting skills?
I believe children should start learning goal-setting skills as early as primary school. It doesn't have to be big goals — just simple ones like finishing homework on time or saving money for a toy. Learning this skill early helps children become more responsible, organized, and confident as they grow up. Schools and parents can play a big role in teaching this through fun and practical activities.

    3    Who inspires young people better in goal setting and achievement: a successful business person or a celebrity?
I think both can be inspiring, but a successful business person might be more practical. Celebrities often attract young people with fame and lifestyle, but businesspeople show real examples of setting goals, facing failures, and working hard to succeed. Their stories usually involve discipline, planning, and patience — qualities that are essential for achieving long-term goals. However, if a celebrity uses their platform to share meaningful goals and inspire good values, they can also be a powerful role model.
