PART 1
1 What major are you going to take?
I'm going to take Business Administration because I'm interested in how companies work and how to manage people and resources effectively.
2 Why do you want to study (...that major)?
I want to study this major because it gives me useful knowledge for starting my own business in the future. I also enjoy working with people and solving real-life problems.
3 What challenges do you have when studying (...that major)?
One of the challenges is understanding complicated theories and applying them to real situations. Also, teamwork can sometimes be hard when people have different ideas.
When I was in high school, I met a young man who helped me push my broken motorbike to a repair shop. I was stuck on a quiet road and didn't know what to do. When I first saw him, I thought he was just passing by, but he stopped and kindly offered to help. He seemed very friendly and sincere. We pushed the bike together under the hot sun, and he kept talking to me so I wouldn't feel too stressed. That memory stayed with me because it showed me how kind strangers can be. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, and we haven't been in touch since then, but I'll never forget his help.
PART 3
1 How important is it to make good impression in the first few minutes of the meeting?
Making a good impression in the first few minutes of a meeting is extremely important. People tend to form judgments very quickly—sometimes within just a few seconds. This early impression can strongly influence how they view your personality, professionalism, and abilities throughout the entire interaction. If the first impression is positive, it becomes easier to build trust and communicate effectively.
2 What factors should a person consider so as to make a good impression?
To make a good impression, a person should pay attention to their appearance, body language, punctuality, communication style, and overall attitude. Dressing appropriately and neatly shows respect for the occasion. Maintaining eye contact, smiling, and having good posture can make you appear more confident and approachable. Being on time demonstrates reliability. Speaking clearly and politely, while also listening attentively, shows that you are respectful and engaged. A friendly and confident attitude always leaves a strong impression.
3 Where should young people get training on social event etiquette and skills?
Young people can gain training in social etiquette and communication skills through schools, extracurricular programs, community workshops, and online courses. Family and mentors can also provide valuable guidance and real -life examples. Today, many free resources are available on the internet, including videos and articles that teach proper behaviour at formal and casual social events.
