PART 1
1    Do you have a favourite shopping place?
Yes, I usually shop on Shopee. It's convenient, offers a lot of discounts, and I can compare prices easily. I like shopping online because I don't need to go out and everything is delivered to my door.

2    Do you prefer to go shopping by yourself of with someone? Why?
It depends. If I'm buying clothes, I prefer to go with my mom because she gives honest advice. But for daily items or school supplies, I often go shopping alone because it's quicker and easier.

3    How good are you at controlling your spending when shopping?
I think I'm quite good at it. I usually set a budget before shopping and avoid buying things I don't need. But sometimes, if there's a big sale, I might spend a bit more than planned.

PART 2: A SUCCESSFUL SMALL BUSINESS
A successful small business I admire is a homemade bakery run by a young woman in my neighborhood. She started baking cakes and cookies at home and selling them through social media like Facebook and Instagram.
Her business became popular because her products are not only delicious but also beautifully decorated. She uses high-quality ingredients and always responds to customers quickly and politely.
I think her business is successful because she understands her customers' needs and knows how to market online. Even during the pandemic, she managed to grow her customer base and now has a small team to help her.
From this, I learned that passion, creativity, and customer care are key to success in any business, no matter how small.

PART 3

1    What are the 3 features that all successful businesses share?
I think successful businesses usually share three features: a clear vision, strong customer service, and good financial planning. They know what they want to achieve, they care about their customers, and they manage their money wisely.

2    What risks do all start-ups face?
Start-ups often face risks like lack of funding, high competition, and uncertain markets. Many new businesses struggle in the beginning because they don't have enough money or experience. Some also fail to attract customers.

3    Where should a new graduate work: in a small business or in a big corporation?
It depends on their goals. Big corporations offer stability, structured training, and better salaries. But small businesses give more chances to learn different skills and take on more responsibility. Personally, I think starting in a small company can be a good way to grow quickly.
