Its been a few weeks since both Y/n and Hello Kitty became a couple during the lunch hour on Y/n's first day at Creation City High School and things have been going rather smoothly after they became a couple together.

However, there have been some up and downs for the two of them as they were constantly made fun of them for being called a couple of mouthless freaks that happened almost every day of the week, both inside and outside of school.

But, the two of them did their very best to ignore their cruel and selfish pranks and insults until the end of the school day.

Today, Hello Kitty invited Y/n over for lunch at her house and she is making their favorite, tuna fish sandwiches with a glass of water. It was Saturday today and they didn't have to go to school today to deal with another one of the students own series of cruel pranks and insults until Monday.

Y/n takes up most of the pranks they pull, which almost got him really stressed out until he reaches his breaking point and when he gets too stressed, he goes into one of his fatal panic attacks.

Through his medical records from the hospital, it shows that when Y/n gets too stressed out and goes into a panicked state, he is unable to eat, drink or even breath out of his non-existent mouth and if he doesn't calm down and relax, he will start having some dark and suicidal thoughts to the point of killing himself with anything he can find that will kill him.

Then as Hello Kitty brought out their food and sat at the dining room table together, Hello Kitty started eating her tuna fish sandwich while Y/n just stared down at his sandwich for a moment until he looked up at Hello Kitty to see her having a worried expression on her face.

She then put down her sandwich before talking to Y/n through sign language.

Hello Kitty: What's the matter, Y/n. Something wrong about your tuna-fish sandwich?

Y/n: No. It's not that, hon. It's just about all of the bad pranks the students pulled back at the school. I just don't know why would they do that to us. We did nothing to them just because we have no mouths. Even the deer clown named Mime made fun of us because he's mute.

Hello Kitty: I know, honey, but there nothing to worry about. Once we graduate from high school and get our diploma and earn our degree at college, we'll be finally free from those troublemakers. We just got to be patient that's all.

Y/n: True, but you know that the Halloween Prom is coming soon and I just know that something bad is going to happen if we both become Prom King and Queen and they're definitely gonna pull a real sick and twisted prank that will humiliate us both for the rest of our lives.

Hello Kitty: I understand what you mean, hon. But I made a promise to you that I will always help and support you no matter what happens to you and me. If those guys ever pull something like that to us at the prom, I swear I will take matters into my own hands to teach them a lesson that they will never ever forget.

Y/n: You sure about that, Kitty?

Hello Kitty: Of course, Y/n. Now just relax and eat your sandwich and maybe we can watch a movie to help us forget about the bad stuff that those mean bullies did to us at school. Does that sound okay, hon?

Y/n: I guess so.

Hello Kitty: Ok. I'm gonna go to see what movie we can watch in the other room. You just sit there and eat your food. I'll be back in a minute to check up on you.

With that, Hello Kitty then left the kitchen to find a movie in the other room for them to watch to get their minds off of the bad stuff that happened at school. Then Y/n let out a muffled sigh and decides to eat his tuna-fish sandwich that Hello Kitty made for him.

But as he was about to take a bit out of the sandwich, all he felt was the sandwich hitting his face where his mouth should be and didn't get a single bite out of the sandwich.

Then Y/n tried again and again and again until he tried drinking out of the glass of water, which only dribbled and spilled all over his F/c shirt before dropping the drinking glass and the sandwich.

This has caused Y/n to start panicking as he tried eating the sandwich again, but it only hit his face once again. Then tried pulling his face really hard to see if he can try prying his mouth open before he slipped and fall to the kitchen floor.

Then suddenly, Y/n felt like he couldn't breathe and tried gasping for air, but he realized that he doesn't have a mouth to breathe through and started hyperventilating while he is slowly starting having some dark thoughts in his mind, telling him that he has nothing left in his life and should just kill himself.

He then heard something fall to the floor and looked to see a sharp kitchen knife that Hello Kitty used to make the tuna-fish sandwiches for her and Y/n as he immediately grabbed it from the floor and closed his eyes to prepare himself to stab himself in the stomach to kill himself like a samurai that killed himself after he was dishonored by his masters in Japan.

But before he was about to stab himself to commit suicide, the knife only hit a wooden cutting board that blocked off where his stomach should be, Y/n then opened his eyes to see Hello Kitty with a really shocked expression on her face and she is holding the cutting board to his stomach to prevent him from killing himself.

She then grabbed the knife and quickly threw it out of the way so that Y/n won't attempt to kill himself again. She immediately hugged Y/n in a death-like grip while crying tears of sadness and eventually Y/n hugged her back and started crying his eyes out as well, knowing that he nearly ended his own life after suffering a fatal panic attack from a lot of stress in his system.

Then Hello Kitty broke the hug for a moment and did some sign language to ask Y/n why he was trying to kill himself with her kitchen knife.
Hello Kitty: Y/n! Why are you trying to kill yourself with a knife? You nearly gave me a heart attack if I didn't hear the sound of broken glass in the kitchen and rush in here to check up on you. Just tell me what's wrong, sweetie. I need to know what the problem is.

Y/n: *Sniffles* I'm sorry, Kitty. I was so stressed out that when I tried to take a bite out of my sandwich you made me, it just hit my face instead of just letting me take a bite of the sandwich, despite of having no mouth to eat my food with. Then I tried to take a drink of water, but it just spilled all over my favorite shirt. I panicked so hard that I couldn't breathe until I starting having thoughts of committing suicide. I am so sorry, Kitty...I'm so sorry.

*Muffled Crying*

Y/n then started crying so hard over her shoulder and Hello Kitty had never felt so shocked and worried to hear that from Y/n that his panic attacks nearly got himself killed if she hadn't been there to stop him after she heard his drinking glass hit the floor and rushing back into the kitchen to check up on him.

Then she hugged him again and gave him a "kiss" on the cheek, then nuzzled the cheek she kissed on while purring softly and rubbing his back slow and steady until Y/n finally calmed himself down. Then they looked at each other for a moment before Y/n replies back to her.

Y/n: Thank you, Kitty for helping me calm down. I am sorry for attempting to kill myself like that.

Hello Kitty: *Kisses his cheek again* It's alright, sweetie. I told you before that I will be there for you no matter what and I not the type of person or kitty cat that will back down on my promises. Just try not to do that again, okay?

Y/n: Ok. I'll try not to.

Hello Kitty: Good. Now let's clean up this mess and go to the living room to watch (Insert Favorite Movie Here) on the TV while I make you another tuna-fish sandwich and a glass of warm milk, but this time I will feed you until it's all gone, alright, sweet-heart?

Y/n: Ok....

Hello Kitty: Good boy.

With that, the two of them cleaned up the mess that Y/n made during his panic attack and Hello Kitty made another tuna-fish sandwich and a glass of warm milk before heading over to the living room to watch the movie. Hello Kitty started feeding Y/n his sandwich and warm milk until it's all gone and thankfully, Y/n is able to eat and drink again thanks to Hello Kitty.

But by the time of the Halloween Prom comes around at the School on Halloween Night, things are about to go from bad to worse when the students of the school, including Billy Mason and his goons have planned a real sick prank by making Y/n and Hello Kitty Prom King and Queen and dump a bucket of red paint on them in order to humiliate them for the rest of their lives.
