Hey guys! So, without checking over my work or even making sure the paragraphs fit together correctly, I'm quickly posting out this chapter because I got lazy and realised I forgot to do it earlier. It's a school night so I don't have as much time so I'll check over this tomorrow. Please note me if I've incredibly fucked up this whole chapter, thank you.

I hope you enjoy!

Antonio quickly jogged down the corridors; about to leave school. Sure, he wasn't meant to, but that didn't matter at the minute; he just needed to see (F/N). The words of one of the girls echoed in his head.

"I bet that bitch just went and committed suicide!"

What if that was true? It'd be all his fault for not helping and not doing something. But, he would have heard about it if she was dead; so she just couldn't be! He arrived at the school entrance doors and quietly opened them; he didn't want to get caught. Luckily most teachers were in their lesson, or like his teacher, still in a meeting.

After he'd successfully crept out of the school and out of school grounds; he started running towards (F/N)'s house. He'd only seen it once from when they'd walked home together and he could just barely remember the way. It took a few missed turns before he finally got there. It was a small house, just enough for a couple of people to live in. Antonio was aware that (F/N) lived with her mother only since her father had passed away from when she was little. It must've been hard on both of them, that just made Antonio feel worse. The bullying probably made (F/N)'s life even more harder and he'd still done nothing to help. He really had to make it up to her.

He came to a halt at the front door and took a minute to catch his breath before gently knocking on the door. He could hear some footsteps padding towards the door and next it was opened by a woman Antonio could only assume to be (F/N)'s mother. She looked just like (F/N) and had (H/C) hair. She had a worried expression on her face.

"Hello." He quickly greeted with a polite smile. "My name's Antonio, I was wondering if I could see (F/N)? I'm a friend from school and I was wondering if she was okay." Slight understatement..The woman gave him a sad smile.

"So you're Antonio?" She said and Antonio could only guess (F/N) had mentioned him before. "It's nice to meet you, I'm (F/N)'s mother. Oh." She scooted to the side and opened the door wider. "Come in." She smiled.

"Thank you." Antonio returned her smile and quickly stepped inside, wiping his shoes on the doormat. (F/N)'s mother walked over to the foot of the stairs and peered up them.

"(F/N)! You have a visitor!" She called. No response. She sighed sadly. "She said that she hasn't been feeling well, so I kept her off for the past three days, but I can tell it's not just that.." She gazed over at Antonio. "Did something happen in school? She won't talk to me and I'm worried about her. She came home with bruises and cuts and she always tells me she fell over or won't tell me anything." A look of guilt crossed Antonio's face.

"Some girls from our class found her journal and read it out to the class." He explained, (F/N)'s mother let out a small gasp. Antonio took a deep breath. "Then they cornered her and attacked her." Her mother looked like she couldn't decide which was worse; to have your secrets told like a story or to have been attacked.

"She's always had problems with bullies, poor girl.." She sighed. Antonio bowed his head.

"I'm sorry I couldn't do anything to help.. I'm not that good of a friend.." He said with a frown. That's right, he hadn't helped her.. He'd watched, he was just a bystander.. The woman laughed lightly and put a hand on his shoulder.

"Don't be silly now. You may not know it, but you help her more than you think. You're the reason she's so happy and doesn't completely give up." Antonio raised his head. He helped (F/N)? How? (F/N)'s mother smiled. "You know she really likes you right? She's told me so much about you, I think you should take pride in the fact you've wooed her over so much." Antonio thought for a moment. That was true he guessed... But didn't a lot of girls at school like him? He mentally shook his head. (F/N) wasn't like other girls, she was different and didn't swarm Antonio like the other girls. Instead, she was shy and cute and fun to talk to. If he'd managed to get a girl like her—the girl he now loved back for certain—then he could take pride in that like her mother said; what was even better was her mother wasn't mad at him.

"Thank you... I guess all I can do now is try to make it up to her." He smiled with determination. (F/N)'s mother smiled too.

"Now, go up and talk to her, she needs it." She said gesturing to the stairs. "It's the first door on the right." Antonio smiled as his eyes brightened.

"Thank you!" He cheered happily again, quickly jogging up the stairs while (F/N)'s mother went back into the front room to watch TV. Antonio arrived at the door to (F/N)'s room and lightly knocked on the door.

"(F/N)? Chica, it's me, Antonio." He said. Yet again, no reply. It was still the middle of the day, she couldn't be asleep, could she? He took a deep breath. "I'm coming in, okay?" He paused again to see if there's an answer, but still none. Hesitantly, he opened the door.

The room was dark, the curtains were closed and no lights were on. Antonio instantly felt his guilt return and his eyes dimmed. (F/N) sat on her bed, her covers pulled over her head. There were plates of food half-eaten in her room that her mother had brought up and she hadn't fully eaten. Her hair was messy and her eyes were still puffy.

How long had she been like this?

Antonio cautiously stepped towards the bed where (F/N) was sat, but as he got closer, she scooted away. At this point, Antonio wasn't even sure what to say. Should he try to console her? Ask her to come back to school? Was he going to tell her how he really felt?

"(F/N), please come back to school. You've been off for days.." He said quietly. The figure under the covers moved slightly but she didn't speak much.

"You don't get it.." She said, her voice barely a whisper. "Everyone there hates me.. You hate me." Her voice wobbled. Did she really think that? That he hated her because of what happened? It didn't take much guessing work to figure out it must of those girls putting thoughts in her head. They were to blame for all of this. Maybe if they had of just left (F/N) alone then maybe her and Antonio would've been fine together. Without the constant annoyance of those two girls, they could've even have had a relationship. But now, could that still happen? By all means, Antonio had to try.

"(F/N), chica, that's not true!" Antonio responded. (F/N) pulled the covers off her head, letting Antonio see her face properly. Her hair was slightly messy and there were noticeable bags under her eyes, only making Antonio feel worse. Her eyes were also red and puffy, she'd been crying, a lot.

"Then why would everyone laugh as those two girls read my journal!" Her eyes filled with tears. "I bet even you hate me now after that! Go on, say it! You hate me!!" Tears slowly spilt down her face. "You didn't even say much to the girls who beat me up..." Her shouts were reduced to sobs and she hung her head as the tears dropped down. Frowning slightly, Antonio took a deep breath and pulled her into a warm hug, making her gasp in surprise. After a couple seconds of silence, Antonio finally spoke up.

"I'm sorry.." He muttered quietly.

"W-What?" (F/N) stuttered in response, still shocked at what was happening.

"While you were off school.. I did nothing. It didn't even go after you when you ran off.." Antonio could feel tears filling his eyes too. "The truth is.. I feel the same as you do. Te amo (F/N).. I'm sorry.."

(F/N)'s arms remained at her sides as she ran his words through her head again. She didn't know much Spanish, but she knew those words. Her eyes glazed over with tears again. But...

"But my journal, what it said... You must hate me! I don't understand..." She mumbled, her cheeks going red as she tried to sort out her feelings and thoughts. Antonio pulled away from the hug, frowning slightly that she still wasn't convinced. Those idiot girls would definitely get it once he'd convinced (F/N) to come back to school.

"Then I'll prove it to you, I'll help you understand." He said taking a deep breath. Before (F/N) could ask anything, she felt Antonio's lips press against hers. It took her by surprise and she was unsure what to do. Did he really love her? He wouldn't just kiss a girl he didn't love, would he? His arms were wrapped around her while she and no idea what to do with hers. In a second she came to her senses and kissed back, hoping she hadn't ruined the kiss by being unresponsive.

She slowly relaxed and wrapped her arms around Antonio, still trying to comprehend what he'd just said and done. Her crush, the guy she'd loved for ages, felt the same way about her. When they finally broke apart for the need of oxygen, (F/N) was brought back into Antonio's arms. It was warm. She finally responded, knowing this time that he didn't hate her. "Forgive me, (F/N)... I'm sorry.." He said, hugging her tighter as if he was afraid to let go. (F/N) felt new tears well up in her eyes.

"I-It's fine.. I love you too.." She said, snuggling into the fabric of Antonio's shirt, tears spilling down her face, but this time they were tears of happiness.

This chapter was originally meant to end on 'How long had she been like this?' Or something, but I decided to be nice and make it longer so you didn't have to wait another 5 years. Thank you for all the kind comments I've been getting I really appreciate them all. And just to note, I'm almost at 500 watchers which is absolutely awesome! I can't believe I've gotten this far with the help of all you wonderful people, thank you so much!

But anyway, I'll see you next time!

And just one more thing, users who swear in the comments, I don't have a problem with you at all, I love to swear, but apparently wattpad does have a problem, so I can never reply to your messages as much as I want to. Just a little reminder if you're asking a question that involves a shit ton of swearing, just censor it or something, hopefully, wattpad will ignore it then..
