One big virtual field of very high energy. 

Virtual. That means not quite real. Sort of imaginary. Sort of dreamlike. The field of dreams. The possible. The future.

Part of the dreamlike quality is that within this field a bunch of subfields come and go. They come and go so fast that they almost don't exist at all.

Stepping into the future: The edge of Now is about being active in the Dream realm before it freezes into a Now and fades into the past.

Gravity is the shape of the dream realm (Spacetime).
