There is something about all this talk of dream realms and physical realms that doesn't make sense, unless the act of making connections in the realm of ideas, what we might call mind-fire, translates to energy in the corresponding physical realm. In that case the source of all physical energy may be in the intention of dream entities to make more connections to the ideas of others.

This could imply a hierarchy of ideas that equates to the hierarchy of energy sources in the physical realm. To sort this out we might take universal gravity as the fundamental starting point. Doing that implies that gravity must somehow be the source of the quantum realm where photonic energies emerge and assemble into what we call matter. This in turn implies that matter is animated by those same photonic energies that emerge from the realm of ideas. We can take this quantum realm to be the lowest level of the physical hierarchy.

General Relativity attributes gravity to Spacetime, which it conceives of as smooth on the large scale. To extend it into a detailed description of the primitive physical realm requires a concept of the smallest scale. This we might call Particular Relativity. Here we would expect to find localizations of spacetime into tiny vortexes of energy, consistent with quantum theory. If variations of these can somehow be identified with all the subatomic particles and the relationships of their interactions, then we have arrived on somewhat familiar physical ground. 

This scenario sounds eerily similar to something else already familiar, like it might be another variation of string theory. However this emerges, we can conceive from it the entire physical realm as emerging from the realm of ideas. Every object, every action, that we can identify in the physical universe, from atoms to animals to astronomical objects, has as its source a being in the hierarchy of idea-makers. 

There is a widely held belief that energy, including the energy bound up in the form of matter, can neither be created nor destroyed. This is belied, however, in the realm of quantum foam, where virtual matter and energy come and go, appearing and disappearing routinely. This is the realm of the Future, where all creative options get tried out before being frozen into a Now that immediately becomes a Past.

This realm of quantum foam may in truth be the realm of mind-fire. The fire inside us all.
