when i trek i find
my thoughts they line
up in a straight and narrow
path of words for me to follow
i start off unsure but
sooner or later i leave the rut
i made for myself the cage meant for me
the keys they turn and suddenly i am free
i had the power all along to
do whatever i wanted to do
