Text, a lot. Even if most of Tweek's texts are extremely hard to read, they always text when separated.

Craig has many nicknames for Tweek, his main one being Tweekers. Tweek doesn't have a nickname for Craig, but he calls him Craigster and many other pet names to annoy him.

Tweek since he has a job

For Christmas: Craig buys Tweek a top quality coffee machine, films that Tweek has acted out and always home makes his Christmas cards. Tweek buys Craig flowers once again, even more shirts and a new Guinea Pig. Craig forgave him for all the bad gifts upon receiving his new pet

Craig would only really care if it was an extremely serious injury, but because of how clumsy Tweek is known to be, he is secretly paranoid about leaving him home alone.
