Stan:

+ He'd be kind of awkward about the whole situation

+ Wouldn't really know what to do

+ He would continuously say, "I don't know, I'm not a doctor."

+ "STanely, I swear to god if you tell me you are not a doctor one more fucking  time..."

+ He'd awkwardly pat your back

Kyle:

+He'd become a whole doctor

+ He would have like a whole doctor kit with him

+ He'd scold you for whatever reason you were sick

+ He wouldn't let you touch him

+ "I just wanna cuddle."

+ Ending up giving into your pleads and cuddles with you

Eric:

+ He'd laugh at you

+ He make fun of you

+ Eventually he'd just hang out with you

+ You guys watched movies all day

+ You'd be practically dying , but he'd act like you  were normal

Kenny: 

+He'd be so sweet

+ He'd wait on you hand and foot

+ He'd be asking if you needed something every 5 seconds

+ He'd give you temple kisses

+ He'd give you cuddles

Craig:

+ He'd get all concerned 

+He'd ask you if you were okay

+ He'd make you lay in bed

+ He'd get you what you wanted 

+ If you were asking for too much he'd get all mad

+ You guys would fall asleep together

Tweek:

+ At first he'd think you were dying 

+then he would be really confused

+"B-but but you never get sick."

+ he'd try to take care of you

+He'd give you forehead kisses

Token:

+He'd take good care of you

+ He'd try to keep you happy 

+ Most of the day you'd watch movies at his house

+ When you are asleep he'd make you something to eat for when you wake up

Clyde:

+you're his excuse to skip shcool

+ He'd try to make out

+ you'd decline

+ He'd have no idea what the hell he was supposed to do

+ he buys you taco bell

+ you watched your favorite show together

Jimmy:

He'd tell you jokes to make you laugh

+ He'd make you soup

+ He wrap you in blankets

+ you'd guys would cuddle under the blankets

Butters:

+ He'd be even sweeter to you

+ He'd do anything you'd ask

+ he'd constantly check up on you

+He'd make you a cupcake

+ You guys would cuddle
