Lately Starla had been babbling and cooing a lot and you knew that she would be saying her first word soon, you just didn't know when.

When you told Sebastian that Starla would be saying her first word soon he kept trying to get her to say his name.

At the moment you, Sebastian, Starla and Soundwave were outside while Soundwave was drinking an energon cube and feeding Lazerbeak.

"I will be back soon Y/n, I have picked up on a few Decepticon signals and I need to make sure none of them are hostile." Soundwave told you as he picked his visor up.

"Okay, but be careful." You told Soundwave.

Lazerbeak attached himself to Soundwave's chassis as he put his visor back on before he stood up.

Starla didn't want Soundwave to leave home so she decided to do something that he would notice.

"D-d-da-dada!" Starla suddenly shouted loudly, making you, Sebastian and Soundwave look at her.

When Starla saw that she had Soundwave's attention she giggled a little.

"Dada!" Starla said as Soundwave kneeled on the ground and took his visor off.

"Did you hear her Y/n, she finally said her first word." Soundwave said as he smiled.

"Yes, and it seems like she doesn't want you to go." You said as you looked up at Soundwave.

"I promise I will be back soon." Soundwave told Starla.

"Dada?" Starla asked Soundwave as she tilted her head.

"Yes, I will be back soon." Soundwave said as he put his visor back on, stood up and walked away.
