Alec pov........

It's been 10 years since I last saw him.
I don't miss him though.
You know what they say....
You can't miss something you never had.

The past ten years I have been learning archery and informansion for the others cluns. Their weaknesses and what they are capable of doing.

Mom has also helped me to become a better leader. She has teach me how  to handle difficult situations and make the right choices .

Robert from the other hand still sees me as a disappointment to the family. I stopped calling him dad by the age of nine . I am seventeen now. when I become a fully adult I will be ready to became the new leader, which means taking Robert down . So I have been traing a lot.

Although Robert calls me useless all the time he sends me to important missions.
He has being sending me to missions the past three years. It's mostly to take files from the enemy or spy them for an amount of time, mostly some  months.

Have I ever been caught?
Yes.
Did they turtured me to make me talk ?
Yes.
Dis I tell them?
No.
Did I escape?
Yes.

Izy and Jace have never gone to a mission as Robert wouldn't allow them. Why? beacaouse he loves them. He cares if something happens to them.

Same days ago I had a mission. To go give Robert's new orders to the west.
I finished one day earlier than I expected.

I went straight to my village. I was tired.I can't wait to fall on my warm bed and slip through my warm sheets.

As I set foot I saw some guards yelling to everyone to go to the arena. Everyone started getting ready for the "show". We hadn't have a "show" same years now. 

I hate it. "show" we call an event that Robert has made up. It is when we catch an enemy member and he/she is executed in front of the whole pack.

There is no choice for you to watch it or not. You must watch and stay silent, because if you don't and they catch you will be executed right away.

I started heading to the arena.
As there is where the action take place.

I took a sit at the front as there where no other sits left.
Then a girl come and sat becide me.
It was a friend of mine.
Maya.

" You finished early."

"If I had known that this is what was expecting me here, I propably would have come back tomorrow."

Maya sigh . She may hate vampires and Worlocks but even she has understand how far Robert had taken it.

The sound of trumps started wich meant it starts . A lot werewolves close their eyes when the guards kill the victim, especially the young ones.
They don't get catch though as Robert loves when the sword go through the person's neck and end up watching the show.
I have learned not to close my eyes.
Or else I will be punished. Even now I can feel Robert eyes on me.

The executer was now dragging a big brown sack.

I sight. There we go.

Then the executer open the sack and throwed at the ground a kid.

What the hell?
I tensed up, he can't have gone that far! But of course he would! He is being torturing me his own son since I was six . What will make him stop from doing it at a random kid.

The girl was crying.
I can't stand when kids are crying.
Kids are the only thing that can calm me down imadietly. They are like my escape from this world. I become very sensitive when it comes to small kids .

I can't just stand there and watch!
I started growling. Everyone near me started going away from me.
I looked at Robert. Who was sitting at the highest place and was smirking at me.

I lost control. I jumped the high fence with one jump and entered the arina.

The executer was about to cut her head but stopped when he saw me.
I could hear Robert yelling at some guards to stop me.
I rushed towards the girl.
" Hold into me tight! I will protect you"

And with that the small girl grabbed me from my shoulders and climbed on my back.
I transformed into my wolf form so I could make a quick escape.

I start running with the girl on my back.

The arina doors were closing but I made it at the last second.

I started running outside the village, towards the closest enemy territory .
I knew where it was but I have never  been there.

I was followed by same other werewolves but they lost me the moment we entered the forest .
Now I was at the forest me and Magnus first met.
The moment he rejected me flushed into my eyes.
I shaked my head. Not now Alec! You have a small kid to protect!

I was getting closer and closer at the castle.

I passed the barriers.
I didn't had much time before the other werewolves catch up to me or find me. I didn't even know if they were still following me after all.

I saw the giant castle door, I runed faster. Then a portal appeared I front of it.
A worlock! Sometimes I am really lucky.

I quickly rushed there. There were four people there.
I could smell them.
!!!!!!
I almost triped when I smelled once again this magnificent smell.
I though that I had get over him. But apperently I hadn't.
Godamit! I can't have any distractions right now! I shaked once again my head to came back to reality.

I stopped some feet away from them.
The girl climbed down but before she go to her people she turned to me and huged me.

I calmed down. Not only because of the hug of a kid but also because now I could smell his scent better . He was there, just same feet away. I knew that if I face him I will get lost into his beautiful brown eyes. So I didn't.

The girl let go of me. I licked her at her chick as a way to show her and the others that I am friendly , she giggled and I runed once again.

I wanted to turn around to see him, to take atleast a last glance at him.
But I couldn't. I already had waisted a lot time.

Souprizengly, I didn't see anyone at my way back. I knew that I must go  back to the village. I didn't have a choice. If I didn't  Robert would punish mom.

I arrived at the village.
I saw the wolfs that were chasing me at the gate. I knew that I will get punished after what I did. I didn't care.

Then I turned to my human form.
The guards grabbed me and started pulling me at my dad's office.
At the way I saw Jace and Izy.

They were looking at me. They looked like they were proud of my actions but sad at the same time.
They knew that I was right. But they also knew what will happen to me now. They are sad that they can't do anything to protect me.
Mom was behind them and was crying.

I smiled at them.
They smiled at me too. They tryed atleast.

I was now in front of Robert's  office.
I took a deep breathe and walked in.
I knew that this time I would get hurt. More than the other times.
Only if there was one person that would say, atleast once.

"I will protect you"

That will be nice.
