~ chapter nineteen ~
*GRANT'S POV*
She looked gorgeous.
Stepping out into the light from the entrance, she was wearing a beautiful long grey dress, which hugged her waist and dropped down onto the floor. Holding the edge of her dress, she walked forward, a smile on her face as she held eye contact with me.
"Grant, what's going on?"
I breathed in, a smile on my face as let it out before motioning for her to walk to me.
She did, her heels clinking with every step she took closer to my question and closer to another step of our life.
"Are you okay? You look... nervous."
"Yeah, I am."
Silence surrounded us as I looked into her eyes with a smile.
"Ambahr. Since the moment I met you I always felt something different about you. I never realized why until now. The last few years have been my favorite and I wouldn't change it for the world. You've been the highlight of my mornings, my evenings and my nights. I sleep with you on my chest and I couldn't be happier. I know it might seem a little creepy, but I love watching you fall asleep. Listening to your cute snores as I try to get myself to fall asleep when sometimes, I can't. It's hard thinking that one day, I might part with you, but I just hope it's after we have our special day. Ambahr Morales-Cuevas, will you marry me?"
I got down on one knee, pulling out the velvet box from my pocket and opening it, revealing a beautiful diamond ring. She gasped, tears brimming her eyes as she nodded and smiled, laughing with tears streaming down her cheeks.
She held her hand out, as I grabbed it and slipped the ring onto her finger.
I held her face and kissed her, our lips melting together as I tasted her chapstick and tears. I knew this was the life I always dreamed of.
"I love you so much."
We parted as she had her arms over my shoulders, a smile on her face as she nodded and repeated the same words back to me, tears streaming down both of our faces.
"I love you too."
The cast entered minutes after, smiles on their faces as they congratulated both of us.
Danielle holding a bottle of champagne and Carlos holding a beautiful bouquet of roses from the ones I had set up earlier. Everyone was there. Gracie, Tyler, Danielle, Candice, Carlos, Tom and Jesse. I smiled, as I realized what a life I had.
"I now have the privilege to spend the rest of my life with you."
I turned to Ambahr with a smile on my face as she smiled back, eyes shinning in the light, the ring on her finger sparkling with every move she made.
It looked beautiful.
And it was perfect.

*AMBAHR'S POV*
"Ambahr hurry! We don't have that much time!"
Candice pulled me out of the car, eyes wide and smiles all around as we walked into a bride gown shop, the rest of the girls following as we made our way to the sales lady.
"Hi! How can I help you all?"
Candace turned to the woman and smiled.
"My friend here is getting married and she needs her gown."
"Also, my bridesmaids need theirs too."
She nodded as we walked to the back, near the dressing rooms.
"What size?"
"6 please."
The woman gave me a couple dresses, and I was taken to the dressing room.
"Quickly!"
I changed out of my jeans and tshirt before slipping on the first dress.
It was white with a lace top. It hugged at my waist and dropped down, a little like a ball gown. It reached down to Tammy feet as I left my red converse on and walked out.
"That looks beautiful!"
"It's really good!"
"Amazing!"
I was cheered on as I turned and let the girls see the dress.
"I don't think it's the right one."
"Go try another one!"
I walked back, trying on various ones before the lady brought me 5 more, and we switched the dresses.
It took at least 5 hours for the girls to find their dresses too, seeing as our color for the wedding was going to be pastel pink.
"We're ready?"
"Let's go."
⤷
"Do you have the photographer?"
I turned to Candice with a glare before smiling.
"Of course. Tyler is our photographer and videographer."
"Of course. Cake?"
"Already ordered it."
"Reservations?"
"Done."
"Catering?"
"Got it."
"Bouquet?"
"I let Grant order that one. He said it was going to be special."
"Lucky girl."
"Anything else we're missing?"
"I'm not sure. Did you send out the invitations yet?"
"I did."
"Grants side and your side?"
"Done and done."
"Okay. I guess we're set. We just need to get ourselves ready with some pampering."
"I guess so."
"Hey! It's tradition! Did you tell Grant it's another girls night out?"
"Yeah, he's going out with the boys tonight so we're good."
"Alright. We also have to get ready for your bachelor party! It's tonight!"
"Girls, we need to hurry!"
The door was unlocking as Candice gasped, turning to me as I quickly got up and hid the magazines and our plan for the wedding.
"Ambahr?"
Grant stepped through the door, a smile on his face.
"Hey Grant. What are you doing here? I thought you were going out with the boys tonight."
"I am. I just came to bring you a little gift. And for the bridesmaids too."
He handed Candice a bag and pulled out a rectangular box.
"Grant, you didn't have to!"
"No. It's our wedding and I'm allowed to spoil you with gifts."
"Fine."
He opened the box, as a necklace was inside. A beautiful small cross with a letter engraved onto it. It had a G and an A into the front.
He flipped it and on the back, it had the year we're gonna get married on.
2017.
I kissed him, a smile on my face as I let him place it on me.
"Thank you."
"And for each of the bridesmaids, there are bracelets that match the dress color with a charm on it."
"Thanks Grant!"
"Anytime! I'll let you to your party. I'll see you tomorrow."
I kissed him a last time before he left, seeing as it was our last night together before our big day.
"Excited?"
I nodded, with a smile.
"Very."
