~ chapter four ~

*5 HOURS LATER*

*AMBAHR'S POV*

I got off the flight and immediately stretched my limbs. They were sore and cracked as I extended them and retracted them. Smiling, I gripped my luggage on my shoulders as I walked to the baggage claim to retrieve my suitcase. Picking it up I heard a name being called that sounded exactly like mine. I turned around and spotted a girl with blond hair holding a sign with my name on it. Walking over to her, she finally spotted me and we both shared a smile.

"Gracie?"

"Yep. Ambahr?"

I nodded as we shook hands and she pointed to where her car was parked outside.

"How was your flight?"

"It was okay. I'm kinda tired right now."

"I'll bet. Laura told me you would be getting here really tired so the bed in the guest room is all set up. There's a little gift waiting for you on the mattress."

Gracie turned on the ignition as we headed towards her house and my little bedroom.

"Oh you didn't have to." I smiled as I noticed the blush on her cheeks.

"It's alright. It's not that often I get visit. Except from Grant. He is sometimes passing by."

"You mean Grant Gustin?"

"Yeah."

"That's cool."

"So Laura told me you are going to see how the actor's work?"

"Yeah, I am!"

"How do you feel?"

"Nervous and excited."

"Well, don't worry. It's actually quite fun. Plus, you get to see my brother in action!"

"Yeah! I'm super excited."

I quickly smiled as I remembered what Laura has told me before I left.

"Oh. Laura told me to tell ask you I you can call her when I land. Something about making arraignments for my little audition."

"Thank you for letting me know. I almost forgot I had to call her. She also needed to talk to her boyfriend."

"Yeah she told me." I smiled as I took out my phone and logged onto Twitter.

@/ambahr_mc: 'hello british columbia! seeing @/cw_theflash cast in a week!'

I smiled as I closed my eyes and let my mind wander into the things I would be seeing, the people I would be meeting and the experiences I would be able to live through these 5 months in Canada.

*THE NEXT DAY*

*9:53am*

I opened my eyes as they got adjusted to the brightness in the room that shine through the dark curtains. Silence filled my body through my ears all the way down to my toes. Stretching, I got up and headed towards the bathroom, ready for my mini tour of where I was staying and where I will be able to see my little audition in a week.

Changing, I grabbed my blue skinny jeans, white high top converse and black 'normal is boring' tank top.

My hair was wet from the shower as I dried it as best as I could and quickly grabbed my backpack.

My $500 from yesterday were still sitting in there as I closed my backpack and headed out my bedroom door. I realized that Gracie fell asleep on the couch as soon as I walked inside the living room. I grabbed the nearest blanket and draped it over her soundless body.

I left a small note on the coffee table to let her know where I had gone and left my number just in case she needed to reach me.

"Bye Gracie."

Walking outside, I breathed in the fresh smell of summer in Canada. It smelled like roses and some occasional gas from a nearby car.

'Beautiful.' I thought to myself as I walked towards the nearest 7-Eleven to buy a pack of cookies and chips.

Honestly, you can never go on a mini tip without carrying a little small snack.

As I walked back outside from shopping, I saw a couple photographers surrounding two people minding their own business.

"Hey!"

I tried to get their attention to give the citizens some space but they wouldn't budge.

That's when I saw who it was.

David and Victoria Beckham.

'Yeah, they deserve some major paparazzi.'

I realized that some paparazzi had noticed who I was and pushed me behind.

"Rude."

Walking away, I opened maps and found the nearest shopping mall. When you go to a new place, you can never not go to a shopping mall. Especially when you might actually start to live there. As I headed over, I thought about what could happen next week. How it could change my life.

Walking inside, I noticed it was pretty big. Well, I guess that's how it seems to me, since I was about 5'5".

As I walked towards the nearest shop, I accidentally ran into someone opposite from me, making them drop all their groceries from shopping.

'Wait, they have a grocery shop in here?!'

"I'm sorry. It was my bad."

I bent down to help the boy as I smiled and put his groceries inside a bag.

"No, it's fine. I was the one who ran into you."

As in looked up, I immediately recognized who it was.

"You're Stephen Amell."

He smiled as he nodded.

"Yep. And you are?"

"Ambahr. Ambahr Morales."

"Well, Ambahr, it was nice meeting you. I'm sorry once again about the push."

"Don't worry! Have a nice day?"

"Yep. See you around."

The smile that was currently on my face could not be wiped away as I just realized what had happened. I knew he worked with the cast of The Flash but I didn't know he would be here during the filming.

The rest of the day dragged on as I thought about my plans and what I could do while I was here. Just as I was thinking about luck, I realized that I had developed a love for a make-believe restaurant.

Big Belly Burger.

God, how I wish that actually existed..
