The Wedding

They walked out of the room and to the back door where Seth was waiting for Leah to escort her down the aisle, Jacob taking Hazel next. After a few seconds, Ajax escorted Annabeth down the aisle, looking surprisingly dashing in a tux with knee-length pants. Macy was so used to seeing the pack in cut-offs that it didn't even bother her to see their suit pants at the same length. Counting to five, she took a deep breath before looking up at her father.

"I'm ready dad."Macy said.

Clearing his throat, Charlie began escorting her down the aisle to Paul. The second Macy caught sight of Paul, standing in front of the arch and Hera, she had to resist the urge to run to him. He wore a dashing black tux with a sea green tie, and a purple rose tucked into his lapel. The pants of his suit were the same length as the rest of the groom's party, ending at his knees. The look on his face though, made Macy wish to freeze this moment forever as he looked at her like he was imprinting all over again. She didn't notice her aunt and mom tearing up in their seat, nor did she hear Ajax lowly state that he would have to talk to Paul about never letting her leave the house. She didn't notice that Chiron was miraculously there, and she didn't notice the fact that even Ares seemed stunned as she walked down the few short yards of aisle to the arch. All she noticed was Paul before reaching him.

"Take care of her."Charlie warned as he placed Macy's hand gently in Paul's.

"With my life, sir."Paul said, sincerity shining in his eyes, though they never strayed from Macy's, before Paul led her the last few steps to stand in front of Hera and Macy passed her bouquet to Annabeth, before joining hands with her silver wolf. She barely paid Hera attention until she said that it was time for the vows and looked at Paul for him to give his. Taking a deep breath but giving her a beaming smile, he started.

"Macy, words don't even exist to describe what being with you makes me feel. When I first laid eyes on you back in January, I knew you were the one and you didn't even know it. It was two months of me going insane trying to find out who you were that I finally saw you again and introduced me to your world and your life. It scared me slightly to find out that you were the daughter of a goddess, not because of your parent, but because that made me feel that I wasn't worthy of you. I had already started thinking of you as a goddess, and there you were telling me you were half god, literally. After a while, I started feeling better about it, because you made me feel better. I was a calmer person and I had started to become a better man. I love you more than life itself, Macy and I will spend our eternity making sure you know that, and striving to be the good man you deserve."Paul said, and Macy felt tears begin to fall.

A quick glance to the guest though, told her that she wasn't the only one.

"Macy, you may now speak your vows to Paul."Hera smiled.

"Paul, when we first met officially, I was still coping and coming to terms with the fact that I had been made immortal. I thought myself broken from fighting in two wars and multiple battles, but then you came along. You accepted me even without the imprint and you've proved that by accepted not only me and my family but you welcomed and embraced us. Aphrodite putting us together is probably the best thing she has done for me _ no offence Piper, you're awesome."Macy said, pausing while everyone laughed before continuing again.

"But I believe that I would fallen for you just as easily and just as quickly without the Fates making us soulmates. You've proven to me that nothing could scare you away when you stood tall against the threats of my friends and family, even bravely facing a horde of protective demigods who all viewed to destroy you. My mother has often said that the magic cannot be contained, but you do a pretty good job at being a dam for it. I love you and I will be there by your side every damn step of the way."Macy said, looking at Thalia, Percy and Grover, who all smiled at the inside joke.

"Is there anyone who believe these two should not marry today?"Hera asked and Macy caught sight of Aegon glaring at the crowd, daring someone to say they didn't want the wedding to continue.

After a couple seconds and nobody spoke up, Hera continued, handing Paul a pomegranate seed, which he was to feed Macy, a symbol of marriage. After Macy accepted the seed _ ignoring Hades' mildly irritated huff, they continued, by exchanging rings, though Paul and Macy had agreed to get a ring tattooed to him at a later date, so he didn't lose it when he phased. Once the rings were exchanged, they were pronounced husband and wife and Paul wasted no time in pulling her to him to kiss her deeply the second the words left her mouth. When they finally pulled back they were both beaming.

"It is my pleasure to present for the first time, Mr. and Mrs. Swan-Lahote!"Hera announced, making Macy look at Paul shock since she hadn't known he was going to hyphenate the names.

"Macy Swan is the greatest demigod to ever live, I didn't want to make anyone forget your name."He whispered, catching sight of Macy's surprise. They transitioned smoothly into the reception after that and Paul and Macy were dancing their first dance as husband and wife.

"I love you, wife."He whispered as they spun slowly in a waltz.

"I love you too, husband."Macy whispered back with a smirk as he dipped her to close the dance.

Deciding to take a break from dancing for a minute, they went through the guests not on the floor to mingle and Macy caught of sight of Seth staring forward, looking awed. Following his gaze, she beamed, noticing he was staring at Lou and she was looking back at him, actually smiling.

"It seems our little Seth imprinted on my little sister."Macy smiled.

Macy then went back to the dance.
