Me and Lucas walked out of his house and through the gates in silence, neither of us wanting to speak about what had just happened.

We held onto each others hands tightly taking small glances at each other.

"Sorry" I spoke up softly stopping in the middle of the pathway. Lucas stopped slightly in front our hands still connected in a firm, comfortable grip. "If I wasn't such a bad fake girlfriend then maybe your mother wouldn't care about the whole cursed thing..."

He let go of my hand letting it drop to my side, he then let out a soft chuckle "Ari, my mother had already made up her mind before she had met you. She wants me to marry someone like Amorette since she's rich and her parents have connections. You did nothing wrong trust me" by now he had turn around and walked closer to me placing his hand on my left cheek.

I felt his warmth travel through my whole body as I leant into his hand affectionately. I truly cared about him from the bottom to the top of my heart.

"Lucas..." I couldn't find the right words to explain what I wanted to say...

"Shhhh, don't say anything." He said bringing his hand down to my jaw and carefully lifting my head up to look at him square in the face.

I noticed that he wasn't smiling and just had a resting face as his eyes darted around my face. From my eyes to my flushed cheeks to my lips where they lingered for a few seconds.

Once he figured out I spotted him he looked away and at the ground. His hand still connected with my jaw gentally.

I looked behind him spotting a small white feather float down to the floor.

Now I'm not a very religious person but there is a spiritual legend my whole family believes. You see most people see white feathers as cowardly since the world wars but to me they're a signal from above, from someone watching over you, telling you to have hope.

It's crazy, trust me I know, but hey so am I. And I'm sure most of you will agree.

I looked back up as our eyes met, taking a a deep and slow breath.

And I leant closer, so close that I feel him breath pass across my cheeks increasing their blush.

"Lucas.... I....I...I love you and I don't want your mother to get in way of us...." I said, please note first our lips were about an inch a part, second I'm having to hold my self up on my tip toes just to get to his eye level.

His face immediately went into a blushed state. He was smiling like a goofus but hey the things I find cute. Ewwww such a girl, gross.

Our eyes remained staring at each other, and Lucas started to close the gap our lips connect gentally and I heard.

'This girl is the best, I love her so much'

And at that moment nothing else mattered, it was just us and we didn't care about his mother's opinion.

"A....Ari?" He whispered resting his head on my forehead. I hummed in recognition making him know I was listening. "I wanna break up"

What!

What!

WHAT!!!!!

I pulled away and gave him an angered confused look pouting at him.

"Before you say anything hear me out" he said grinning rubbing the back of his neck with his palm. Using the other one to hold up as in to say 'please wait'

I just nodded. I was too confused to talk. Honestly if I opened my gob a laugh shout and scream would of came out.

"I wanna break up with you as my fake girlfriend" he stated stopping to wait for my answer.

"Okay?" I looked around to avoid eye contract. Where is this moron going with this?

"Great now that's over with. Ari? Will you go out with me?" He said holding one of my hands.

"You sly dog...." I stated shaking my head "you're unbelievable"

"Is that a no?"

"I never said that...." and the second I said that he pulled me into a giant hug.

"By the way Ari, that was the hardest break up I've ever had to do" he whispered making me giggle a lot.

Yeah so that happened....

So I've been stressed out writing this new story with my friend and I've not been able to edit this until today. But I would like to thank Always_at_Sunset for supporting me through my rants and stress.

Also I know this is a filler also it might be a little soon for this relationship to happen but I'm wanting to branch of the story and give new and different characters a plot.

So yeah I really hope you enjoyed this fluff and I hope you have a great life.
