Dan's POV
The next two classes went by quickly.

"Okay everyone it's time for lunch." said Mrs. Ellen my math teacher. So i was walking down the hall when i felt a great power of happiness overwhelm me. I turned and looked around and didn't see anything. I continued walking to the cafeteria.

"Hey Dan! Over here!" i heard a familiar voice coming from the west side of the cafe. I looked to see Chris and Pj waving their hands trying to get my attention. I gladly walked over.

"Hey guys." i say while plotting down with my food. I scanned the cafeteria to see where everyone sat. When i saw a figure shadow over me.

"What's up faggot? You start goin here because you get kicked out for spreading your gay germs?" said a deep voice. I turned around to see a boy with blue hair.

"Sam, leave him alone. Go back to your table with your mates." said Pj.

Sam gave Pj a scowling look, but left.

"Sorry, that was Sam Pepper. He is one of the jocks at this school."

"Where are the others?" i asked still surprised.

"Over there." he pointed to where Sam was heading back. I observed the table as best i could without making eye contact. There was Sam, a boy with red hair, another dude with brown hair and a lot of piercings, a boy with ebony hair, and a girl with a strip of pink hair. I assumed it was the ebony haired boy's girlfriend, for she was all over him. I turned back to the table and sighed.

Why do people think it's okay to torment someone?

After lunch, the rest of my classes were normal as most. Now it was time to go home. I decided to walk home since i wanted to see more of the neighbor hood and i knew where my school was.

I walked on the pavement looking at the herbs and flowers beside me and in people's yards.

Eventually i got home.

"Hey Sweetie, how was school?" yelled my mum from the kitchen. I walked in there.

"It was great! I met these two dudes named Chris and Pj." i replied.

"Oh that's great honey."

I walked upstairs to my room and fell down onto the bed. I then caught a glimpse of my wrist. "2 days 8 hours 24 minutes 15 seconds"

I close my eyes and go into a dreamless sleep.
