Dan's POV
I heard a buzz go off and unwillingly got out of bed. I didn't want to go to school at all, yet go to this new school.

"Hun, get up! We don't want you to be late"
As I obediently got dressed I looked at my timer on my wrist. "2 days
17 hours 45 minutes 8 seconds" I sighed.

I began heading to the bus stop and as the bus pulled up, I slowly got on taking in all of the appearance inside and out. I sat in the middle of the bus.

"Hey! Are you new here?!" said a booming voice from behind me. I turned around and found a boy about my age with curly brown hair and light green eyes.

"I'm Pj, but my friends call me Peej. Call me whichever one comes to mind" the boy said while holding out his hand for me to shake it. I took the offer. "What's yours?"

"Dan" I replied shyly, but smiling. In my hand I was holding my schedule.

"Can I see?" Pj asked. I nodded.

"You have some of the same classes as me! I can show you around to our first class!"

"That would be great." I said in relief. "Thanks." As I got off the bus with Pj, I felt more comfortable. Maybe this new school won't be so bad. I smiled as I left the bus.
