Dan's POV
When i awoke, i shivered from the lack of warmth. I sit up and i see Phil sitting on my bed staring at me.

"Why are you so cute when you sleep?" he said still staring at me goofly.

"Suck my ass." i said while laughing.

"Only if you insist." he said winking. I blushed.  Fuck you Phil Lester.

He walked around my room studying all the things i had.

"Why is everything so symmetrical?" he asked.

'It's not' i was about to say but i looked around and saw that my telly was centred with my bed and there were two Pokemon characters on each side of the dresser my bed was on and there was a poster on my wall identical to the other half of my room.

"Um.. I just noticed that." i say while laughing awkwardly. He walked over to my bookshelf and looked through my video games and books. He grabbed "Spyro the Dragon" off the shelf and looked at it for a minute.

"Wanna play this?" he asked holding it out for me to see. i nodded.

Phil's POV
"This would be a great way to distract him!" i thought as he put the video game in. I reached into my pocket to feel the piece of notebook paper I had took with me folded into a square. I took it out and held it unseen in my hand.

"Dan.." i started off. "before we play, I want to share something with you." he looked at me confused but nodded in agreement. We both sat on his bed. I was about to uncover the paper i had in my hand when my mom called up to me.

"Honey! It's time to go!"

"Okay mom, be down in a second!" I yelled back. I looked at Dan with disappointment.

"What were you about to tell me?" he asked.

"It can wait." i replied standing up. Not really.

"Okay." he said standing up with me.

"Wait." he said rushing over to his bedside dresser. He got his phone and went up to me.

"Here," he said "put your number into my phone." i did as he told me to and handed it back.

"Hey, I know it's rude of me to ask this, but can I come back over tomorrow?" i asked looking down at my feet.

"Yeah of course!" he said cheerfully. We went down stairs.

"It was nice meeting you Mrs. Lester." Dan said handing out his hand to my mom.

"You the same." she said nodding and accepting his hand shake. We said a short goodbye and we left.

We had just gotten into the car when my phone buzzed.
Unknown Number: Hey it's that weird dude you took a nap with a while ago.
Me: Hey weird guy i took a nap with. :)

I quickly put his contact into my phone right as my phone buzzed again.
Dan: So I told my mom about tomorrow and she said you could spend the night if you wanted. :) xx

My face flushed.

"Hey mom," i said in the car and she got startled for a second "could i spend the night with Dan tomorrow?" i asked smiling as big as i could. She laughed.

"Sure honey, but no funky business!" we were at a stoplight then and she leaned over and kissed my cheek. They were burning from what she had just said.
Me: I just asked my mom and she said yes! This is gonna be exciting! :D
He replied in a second.
Dan: And you can tell me the thing that wasn't "oh so important"
i smiled as i dug into my pocket and found the piece of paper. My mom pulled into our driveway and we both got out.

"I'm gonna get some sleep mom!" i said and i hugged and kissed her on the cheek and raced upstairs. I took out my phone to text back Dan.
Me: Yes I can. :) Well i've got to get some sleep now as i'm EXHAUSED!
Dan: Exhausted*
Me: Oh shut up.
Dan: You like it. xx
Me: Maybe i do, what are you gonna do about it? x
Dan: ;) goodnight philly
Me: goodnight you ass xx
I put my phone on the charger and laid in bed staring up at the ceiling. I laid there for quite a while and decided i couldn't go to sleep because i was too excited so i got out a bag and started packing my clothes for myself tomorrow.

Check List:
1) toothpaste and tooth brush
2) underwear and socks
3) shirt and pants

Check, check, and check i mentally repeat to myself.

I was about to put the bag up for tomorrow when i remembered the piece of paper for Dan. I grabbed it out of my pockets and put it in one of the pockets of the bag. I was putting my bag up as i heard a knock on the door.

"Phil? Are you awake sweet?" i heard a soft voice only known as my mothers.

"Yes. Come in." i replied and she walked in.

"Now hon, I'm giving you this because I know you are almost an adult and i can't keep controlling you and you have to start making decisions on your own. i just want you to be safe." she says not looking directly in my eyes.

Then she holds out the most EMBARRASSING thing a mother can give her child. Condoms.

"AHH MOM WHY WOULD YOU THINK OF THAT?" i screamed in horror.

"I know  you weren't planning on that but please take them just in case!" she said with persuasion in her voice. I gave her this 'are you being serious or is this a joke face'. And she gave me back the 'this is not a joke Phillip Lester' face and i took them and put them in the most SECRETIVE pocket in the bag. I hope Dan doesn't decide to go snooping through my bag i prayed mentally in my mind.

She left the room after saying a quiet 'I love you' and closed the door. I slid off my pants and got underneath the blue and green blanket of my bed. I imagined Dan right beside me. His warmth radiating onto my skin and his soft breaths tickling my ear. I fell asleep with thoughts of him floating throughout my mind like how snow falls during a cold winters night.
