Marinette nibbled on her lip as they undid her cuffs. "Now, you do understand that it if I take these off, you can't hurt yourself anymore," she rubbed her wrists and looked away from her doctor. "Marinette," she didn't look. She only looked out the window. "Marinette, you look at someone when they talk to you," she groaned at that rule. She looked at her doctor. "You can't hurt yourself anymore, got it?"

"Yes god! Can I just be alone for five minutes!" Every since she broke the cuffs nurses shift in and out of her room. There's always someone with her.

"Okay, okay," she motioned for the nurse to leave and she did. She smiled at her. "Marinette, my job here is to make sure you get better, but since you refuse treatment-"

"I can take care of myself. Thank you very much Doctor Martina." Marinette crossed her arms and rolled her eyes, looking out the window again.

"But you need some kind of treatment. I'll call your parents and see-"

"They're not here."

"What do you mean by that?"

"They're on vacation somewhere without cell service. No one can reach them." She grunted.

"Well, I'll call your roommate and try to work something out with him. Maybe, he can help you through this."

"He's the reason I'm in here," she mumbled and Dr.Martina lifted a brow. "Why not! He couldn't fuck up my life more!"

"He's not going to mess up your life, he's going to save it," she smiled. "Now, why don't I call him and you hold tight here alright."

"Fine," she growled. The doctor called Adrien and he practically rushed to the hospital in the middle of a photo shoot. He ran into her room out of breathe. "Why are you here." She growled.

"Y-Your doctor told me to, come here," he panted then caught his breath. "To talk about your at home treatment."

"I don't need your help." (Lapis Lazuli anyone?)

"You do," Plagg whispered something in his ear. "And if you didn't feel so low of yourself you'd believe me." She growled at him and Dr.Martina walked in.

"Mr.Agreste-"

"Adrien."

"Adrien, let's talk somewhere else about how Marinette will be treated," she growled at that word. They walked out of her room and into her office. He couldn't keep still and kept his foot jitters in time with the music in his head. "Now, what do you personally think would be the best treatment for her?"

"Off work, at home, no stress, relaxed." He looked out her window.

"Okay," she wrote it down. "Do you know where she works?"

"At her parents bakery and she's trying to work with my father. He said he'd give her an answer but hasn't done it yet."

She wrote it down. "Now, I'm going to write some prescriptions and you'll give them to her based on the directions. It'll work with any pharmacy," she wrote them down and gave them to him. "Ones anti-depressants, they'll make her happy, even when she's not, ones an anxiety pill, that helps with the anxiety her brain scan said she had and the last one is a sleep medication. She told me in a rant she had that she hasn't slept in a few days, or can't."

"O-Okay, but how'll I get them when I'm not her?"

"Just give them these and give her name then they'll give them to you in an hour or so."

"O-Okay," his leg jittered and she sighed. "I feel like her doing this is my fault."

"So does she. I'd like to expand on that."

"She said she loved me and I was so speechless I ran," he ran his hand through his hair. "I-I said it to her back, when I got the chance but she thinks so lowly of herself that she didn't believe me." He sighed deeply and she nodded.

"So, you love her and she loves you, she just doesn't believe you?" He nodded. She wrote down another prescription. "This will, numb her brain patterns, otherwise known as a 'truth serum'. It'll be like those first few hours when you get your wisdom teeth out but for a long amount of time. It's suggested you give her two a day. One in the morning, one at noon," she smiled. "You can get Marinette in a day or so but I would get the medication now so you have it."

"O-Okay. Thank you." He stood up and walked out of her office and the hospital. He went to the pharmacy and got the prescriptions and describe what they would do. He got to the apartment and cleaned a little bit up. He went to the store. They were almost out of food. He got a little bit of art supplies and fabric for her. He put it on the living room and put the food away, falling asleep in his own bed.
