Adrien nodded and she smiled, her hair bouncing. "Can I see her? It's really important." She smiled again and he rubbed the back of his neck.

"Uhm, I just gave her her medication. Maybe in a few hours," he smiled and Marinette crept out of her room. She wanted to do things on her own. She grabbed a cup and filled it with water, it crashing to the ground soon after. She stepped back and Adrien flinched and ran to the kitchen. "Stay still!"

"I-I wanted to do things on my own." She whimpered and he sighed as he picked up the big chunks then tried to find the smaller ones.

"I know but for a few days I have to help you." He winced and stepped over the mess and picked her up.

"I-I'm sorry."

"I know." She bit her lip as he carried her to her room. She was already numb. He knew she was. She was way to passive. He set her down on her bed and helped her into bed again.

"I'm sorry."

"It's fine but just call me from now on, okay," she nodded and he walked out of her room and cleaned the mess. He got her her water and she thanked him. "Do you think you could talk to Chloe?" She bit her lip then nodded. He nodded and walked Chloe in. She fake smiled at Marinette.

"Hey, Marinette. I heard of your, attempt."

"We don't talk about it." Marinette mumbled and Chloe nodded.

"Well, my Daddy wants your parents to make three thousand croissants for his banquet next week, can you do that?"

"They won't be back for a month or so, s-so no."

"Then you do it." Adrien growled at how rude she was.

"Chloe, leave. You don't talk to her like that. Have someone else do it!" He pushed her out of the apartment and walked into Marinettes room. She was digging for something in her desk. "What're you looking for?"

"A-Adrien!" She shut the drawer.

"Marinette," he growled and walked over to her. She gulped and he gently moved her and opened the drawer. Two straight razor blades. He sighed and held them in his hand. "Marinette, you can't do this anymore. A lot of people love you."

"But I'm useless!" Why wasn't her antidepressants working. "I can't even fill my parents orders while they're gone!" Tears streamed down her face and he hugged her, Tikki taking the razors and disposing of them.

"You're not useless. I need you and so does Alya and Nino," he wiped away her tears with his thumb. He looked at his phone for the time. 12:34 pm. "Why don't I give you your pills and you take a nap?"

She nodded and he gave her her pills. He tucked her in and she grabbed his hand as he left. "Can you stay with me, until I fall asleep?"

"Yeah just, let me put these away," He locked away the bottles in his room. He crawled in bed with her and she rested her head on his chest. He gently held her waist. "Marinette," she looked at him, her eyes hazy. "I love you."

"Li...ar..." She dozed off and he sighed and kissed the top of her head and got out of her bed and walked into his room, doing what he needed to do.
