Devastated to see you go but I understand the reasons,
I hope that you find happiness in the life that you're leading,
I'll never regret the times that we had over the seasons,
I just want you to know I love you as I slowly watch you leaving,

It's not that you didn't care but this world has not been fair,
It was nice to be a pair always knowing that you were there,
Now I gotta watch you leave  and forget the things we share,
Yes it hurts but I'll be fine that's life here in this square

Now I gotta pick up the pieces that were shattered upon the ground,
My heart now beats irregular and I often wanna frown,
The tears that I've been holding are now suddenly falling down,
I now feel like a jester unfit to wear this crown

Feeling hopeless no longer open to the love that floats around,
I've been blinded by your exit I can't even hear a sound,
You were everything that I needed so complete and so profound,
It's no replacement that can fill the hole with you in which I found

So in parting I'll speak my heart you were everything that I dreamed,
You were beautiful you were loving, amazing and yet serene,
You were loving, you were heaven, that angel that made me sing,
Now I gotta revert to lonely and be a miserable being.
