Cruelty is truly the venom of Kindness. Where Kindness fails, Cruelty will take its place. Cruelty is the essence of not only the pain of others, but the enjoyment of it.

Cruelty most often results from a lack of receiving Kindness. Those who do not know Kindness will likely be unable to give it, though there are exceptions. Some who are mistreated may seek for others not to know their own mistreatment.

At times, Cruelty sees itself as merciful. It believes others are suffering, so it gives them greater pain. This, in their eyes, is not at all evil or unkind.

When Cruelty is given out, those who receive it may believe the only way to rid themselves of their sorrow is to embrace Cruelty. This corrupts them further, instead turning them to it.

To know Cruelty is to know sorrow. Those who it is unknown to should embrace their joy while it lasts.
