Dearest Ari,

I have dedicated a great deal of my precious time pondering upon how to phrase this correspondence. Prior to your perusal I beg you to understand that I may not be as transparent as I would have liked regarding the content and to my dismay much of it will confuse you. I urge you to read between the lines, using the incredible instinct for which are are known. Apply that spectacular mind of yours to understand and decipher the essential knowledge of which I am attempting to bestow upon you. The reasons for this are, at this time, beyond your comprehension. I take great risk in informing you that the consequence, if I were to reveal too much at present, could be my demise. The almighty fall being an irreversible punishment too abhorrent to entertain, this being what I fear may happen if I were to defy the wishes of the fates.

Firstly my conscience would not be clear if I were to allow you to bear the burden of the tragic news which has surely reached you by now.  All I can say on this matter is do not mourn for what you never had, everything you have learned since your awakening are not your truths to bear.

Oh sweet, fragile Ari you have not always been this way, so breakable and lost. I do hope you are reassured by my word that this is just a temporary side effect of the evils pursuing you, trying to prevent you from your destiny. I have always believed you to be one of the strongest among us and I rest easy knowing that your strength will be restored causing you to soar among us once again.

I had hoped your story would be a different one for you have already sacrificed so much for the greater good. But alas, it was written so it shall be. Now your tale, though bound by destiny, is a rarity being that it is unfinished allowing you and those who will surround you in the upcoming battle to be the authors. Such an extraordinary gift for the creator to bestow but not undeserved. I hope you are able to script the finale for which I so desperately desire for I am afraid, an emotion I have have scarcely experienced and am so terribly unacquainted with, for if the nemesis is to triumph the sequel will be my most regrettable work.

I am filled with anguish that I am unable to communicate with you in any other manner at present but rest assured that I am certain our paths with cross again as they have so many times before, a day which I impatiently wait for.

My vow to you is that I will abandon notions of black and white and instead work within the grey to assist you in your journey.

I recognise that trusting me will be almost an impossibility at this time as trust, particularly in this current climate, is not something that should be taken blindly or without great caution, this being a weapon which will protect you.  However, that being said I am requesting your trust and if you are to grant me this I promise you that it is not misplaced.

I will provide you with several items and a set of instructions which must be followed to the very letter.

The box in which you received this correspondence in contains a hidden compartment that only you can access, if you trust me upon your completion of this letter an insignia will appear, place your hand upon this and it will reveal the aforementioned items, all of which are at your disposal as you deem appropriate.

Several identifications and bank cards are enclosed, each transcribed with a different name. These all belonged to you prior to the loss of your memory and are being returned to your possession as they are vital tools to ensure your true identity remains undiscovered. I acknowledge that your true self is also a mystery to you and regrettably I am unable to reveal that to you without risking my personal demise. Only you can discover who you truly are.

There are two keys, one being for a car that currently resides in the lot outside the hospital. The number plate and description are attached to the key. The second key is for an apartment in the city of which you are a short drive from, a navigation device inside the car will direct you there, upon arrival make your way to the highest floor, the key will open door number one. This apartment and everything inside it are your belongings, some of which have always been yours, some I have gifted to you.

Finally, the most important of all, you will find a locket. You MUST keep this locket on your person AT ALL TIMES. I cannot stress this enough, it is vital that you protect and do not lose this item. The locket should not be opened until you are truly ready, you will know the moment when you should open it and retrieve the secrets hidden inside. Though I am certain you are curious I know that you will follow my guidance and wait until the pinnacle moment.

Shortly a nurse will enter your room, she will provide you with clothes and inform you that you have been discharged. She will provide you with some medication to assist with the pain that you must endure for now. Once you have dressed, leave immediately, do not tell any strangers where you are going no matter how much they pry and do not stop until you have reached your destination for any reason.

I wish you luck on your mission, I will be watching over you and providing assistance when appropriate. You will meet many people along the way, some old friends and some new. Be cautious but accept others help as they will be vital if you are to achieve success.
