Louis walked into his new workplace in the new city and smiled at the workers , who knew him already from the other times he came .

"Hi ." He smiled , they smiled and greeted him back . Mitch handed him his apron , Louis thanked him and tied it around his waist .

He found a nice job at a successful restaurant , the other waiters and bartenders were lovely people and Louis just knew he would have a good time working there .

Louis walked into the employees' room and greeted Adam and Claire , who smiled and greeted him back .

"Ready for your first day ?" Claire asked as she closed the locker with her things in , Louis sighed , "I sure hope so . I mean , first days are pretty much always scary and unsuccessful ."

"You'll do just fine , we're all here to help you if you need ." Adam assured , Louis smiled and thanked him as he finished placing his things in the locker and locking it .

He walked out to Mitch , Mitch smiled at him , "You're taking these tables near the window today , if you need help with anything feel free to ask any of us ."

Louis nodded and thanked him , taking a mop and going to clean the tables .

Louis sat with Claire and Mitch on his break , while Adam and Sarah took over the restaurant which only had four tables occupied .

"Have you had time to explore the city ?" Claire asked Louis , Louis wiped his mouth with a napkin , "Yeah , kind of . I mean , I went downtown for a bit , then grocery shopping . Yesterday I was at the mall ."

"Downtown has the best bars , I can promise you that ." Mitch said , "Our group of friends always goes to one of the bars on weekends , you should join ."

"Uh , yeah , alright . I'll think about it ." Louis said , Mitch rolled his eyes playfully , "Come on , like you have anything better to do on weekends . We most of the time go on Saturday night since the restaurant is closed on Sundays ."

"I know , I know . I just - I don't want to feel like I'm intruding , or feel left out , since all of you are already friends ."

"I get you , but I promise you it's not the deal . You're more than welcome to join us , we'll introduce you to our friends ."

"You make it sound like you're a large group ."

"We are , yeah ." Claire nodded , "There's the four of us , and four more guys ."

At the end of his shift Louis was quite exhausted . He took his apron off and went to get his things from the employees' room , and as he walked towards the doors he saw Adam and Mitch talking to three guys ; the three of them covered in tattoos , but had the biggest smiles on their faces .

Claire and Sarah hugged Louis goodbye as he walked past them , when approached the doors Mitch turned towards him , "Louis , come over here ."

Louis' cheeks turned a light shade of pink as he walked over to them .

"I want you to meet our friends , Zayn , Harry and Liam ." Mitch pointed to each boy . "Guys this is Louis , he recently moved here from Doncaster and started working here ."

The three guys Mitch introduced shook Louis' hand with a smile . When Louis shook Harry's hand he couldn't ignore the way Harry's hand engulfed his own completely .

"Are you joining us on Saturday ?" Liam asked Louis , then turned to Mitch , "You told him , didn't you ?"

"'Course I did ." Mitch nodded , Zayn elbowed Liam playfully , "You would've made a complete fool of yourself if he didn't ." He chuckled , Liam rolled his eyes and shoved his shoulder , "Shut it ."

Harry turned to Louis , "Really nice meeting you ." He smiled , Louis smiled back , "You too . Lovely friends you've got here ." Louis said and gestured to the other four who engaged in a conversation .

Harry nodded , "I really hope to see you on Saturday . Give me your number , I'll text you where we're going ."

Louis told Harry his number , Harry saved his number and sent a text to Louis' phone . "I sent you a text so you'll have my number aswell ."

"Alright , thanks ." Louis nodded and smiled , "I really need to get going , so I'll see you all later ." Louis said , the others said goodbye and waved at him .

After Louis walked out and was out of earshot Mitch playfully punched Harry's chest , "You're so blunt , mate ."

"What ? He's cute ." Harry pouted , Mitch fixed the collar of Harry's flannel , "Don't worry , you're charming . Just tone it down , aye ? Don't scare him away ."

Harry grinned and wrapped his arm around Mitch's neck for a playful hug\headlock , making Mitch groan , "No not again , fucking let me go mate !" Harry only laughed and messed his hair up a little , "Oh but I love you Mitchie !"

"Nialler !" Harry grinned at his irish friend as he walked into one of his tattoo parlors . And no , Niall wasn't there to get a tattoo , he was just there to say hi to his friends .

"Harold ." Niall smiled back and got up from his seat to give him a hug .

"How's it going with your new record label ?" Harry asked as they pulled back from their hug .

"Goes really well , I mean we have all the songs written , all we need is to record and edit everything . But it'll take a few more months , I want it to be perfect ." Niall said . "Well enough about me , Mitch told me you have a new crush ."

Harry rolled his eyes and laughed , Niall nudged his arm , "Oi , come on , tell me !"

"He's not my crush , but uh , he's a new guy in town , works with Mitch and the guys at the restaurant ." Harry said . "He , uh , has an artificial leg , and I'm curious but it's kind of uncomfortable to ask ."

"Oh , I get you . Well anyway , i'd like to meet him . Did you guys invite him for our Saturday bar night ?"

"Yeah , Mitch got to first ." Harry nodded , "Although I , I want to go back to the restaurant tomorrow or in two days . Just , you know , just to see him ."

Niall laughed softly , "If I didn't know you I'd think you're a creep or something ."

Harry chuckled , "He's really attractive , though . Like , blue eyes , light brown hair , he's pretty tan and has a really - really nice bum . Like , round and -"

"I'm going to stop you there , because as much as I like hearing about your crush I don't want to talk about his arse , makes me feel like I'm the one crushing ."

Harry laughed and pointed a finger at him , "You'd better not , he's mine ."

"Oi , ask him out to dinner before calling dibs on him !" Niall swatted his hand away , but they both laughed .

Louis sat in the living room of his apartment in the evening , the TV running with one of his favourite TV shows The Walking Dead . He was drawn into the episode , watching Carol badass-ly killing some walkers , when his phone went off with a text message .

He groaned a little and paused the episode , picking his phone up from the table . His heart skipped a beat when he saw it was Harry who texted him .

Hi , Louis . It's Harry . Just wanted to check with you that you're going out with us tomorrow night , I'm about to reserve a table for us

Louis hesitated at first . Yeah , it was a new town and he was up to exploring and meeting new people , but he didn't want to feel like he's intruding or uninvited , although he was practically invited by three different guys of the group .

Yeah , sure , I'll go . Text me the details ?

Great ! Want me to pick you up from your place ? It's my turn tomorrow to drive and I have a free seat . I'll even let you ride shotgun ;)

Louis giggled a little , he couldn't help the blush on his cheeks and giddiness .

Perfect , so just text me your address :)

Louis texted him his address , biting his lip as he waited for a reply .

Cool , I'll stay in touch with you . Cant wait to see you tomorrow ! :))))

Louis sent a quick reply back and shut his phone , placing it back on the table with a giddy smile on his lips .
