General information Pt.1

The Construction Squad forms part of the first Division but it is considered as being a squad of its own as it has its own Captain, Hibiki. The  Construction Squad is under the supervision of Genryusai Yamamoto affectionately nicknamed Gramps.

Its members are considered as already or potential elite members of the Soul Society. However, in case of attack this particular squad will only intervene per direct order from Yamamoto.

Not fighting does not mean they are good for nothings. While other shinigami are parring with the enemy, part of the Squad will secure the most important facility, help civilians escape or cover their flee.

This Squad also takes upon itself the cleaning and re-construction of the Soul Society, hence the name ' Construction Squad. '

The Squad's Headquarters are not situated within the 1st Division's quarters nor in its surroundings. The location is held top secret...I'll leave the guessing to you, dear readers.

Because this, the Squad is not to often seen taking action during crisis, it is unknown to most and everything is done to preserve the secret of its existence.

Yamamoto is silent on the subject and has yet to reveal the reasons for such secrecy.

Overall, the Construction Squad functions in the same way as any other Divisions...with some...major differences...

They don't chase down Hollows unless it is in their range of protection. And even if they do show up... there might be some...mild confrontations.
