Dipper POV

We eventually reached a clearing in the woods, oddly it was the place my powers first 'awoke'. This was the place I fell in love. Gruncle Stan abruptly stopped the car as we all jumped out.

"You guys are probably gonna wanna get out of here soon, I'm sure Ford noticed you're gone and Gideon definitely called Mabel." Stan laughed halfheartedly, a sad look in his eyes. My eyes got a little watery again looking at him.

"You should probably change into your demon form Pinetree." Bill says quietly.

I nod and try to remember how my powers worked, having Bill back must have helped my powers wake up again because it was way easier then the last time I changed. My red, feathered wings sprout, ripping through my nighty. I use my power to make some black jeans form around my legs, I must have gotten stronger because they're real fibre instead of flame. My claws shoot out of my nails and I see my bangs change to black with blue stripes.

I smile at the sight and look to Bill who is blushing. Slowly, he walks up and gently holds my chin up, looking deep into my eyes. I close my eyes and connect our lips, just like I remember, perfect. We make out sweetly for a few seconds until Stan coughs awkwardly, reminding me he's there. I laugh and walk up to him.

"Gruncle Stan, thank you so much." I sigh, retracting my claws and giving him a big hug. He laughs and hugs back, trying to avoid touching my wings.

"Don't thank me," he says sadly "I'm responsible for this, I need to fix my mistake." I pull away lightly and look up at him.

"I forgive you." He smiles and hugs me tightly. "I promise to come back when it's a little safer, for a visit." We pull away and I step back.

"Anytime, the both of you." He steps towards Bill and shakes his hand. "Like I said before Dipper, to matter who you are or who you love, I will always care for you." Tears start coming down my cheeks and Bill turns to me smiling.

"Ready to-" he starts to say, but is interrupted.

"Stop!" I hear someone yell. I look over to see Mabel, Ford and Gideon jumping out of Gideon's car. Bill pulls me tight and prepares to snap his fingers, but I stop him.

"What the hell is going on here Stanley!" Ford yells angrily.

"Exactly what you think," Stan retorts "I saw my mistake and am making it right. This whole thing is twisted, you have almost destroyed two people."

"He was doing what's right!" Mabel interrupts. "Only one of those things is almost human."

"This is in no way right. You poisoned your own family and forced them to rot away, for your own gain!" They glare at Stan's words, denying his accusations.

"Just stop all this," Mabel yells to me "Dipper get back here where you belong, he lied to you remember?"

"The only one who lied was you," I laugh "and do you honestly think I would believe you now, after everything you've done to me?"

"I was helping you!" She defends, stomping her foot to the ground.

"You were helping yourself!" I practically scream.

"We're leaving anyway so if you want to say goodbye, say it now." Bill says calmly.

"When this all falls apart, if you make it back alive, I'm putting you on a leash." Mabel scowls.

"You're in for a big punishment my pet!" Gideon tisks.

"Don't expect to come crawling back when it all goes wrong Dipper!" Gruncle Ford yells, pointing the gun at both of us.

I turn around as my anger builds, Bill looks at me with understanding and nods. There is silence for a second before flames start to pool on the forest floor, surrounding us. Then, music begins to play.

Beware, beware, the skeptical.
The smiles, the smiles are plated gold,
Deceit so match your roll,
But a wolf in sheep's clothing is more than a warning.

Bill starts to sing and I smile, I guess we're going out with a bang!

Ba ba black sheep have you any soul?

At this point I turn, flames splashing around me as I walk to Bill's side.

Wrong sir, by the way, what the hell we're mortals!
Jack be nimble Jack quick,
Jill's a little whore and her alibis are turning tricks!

I give a glare to Mabel as the flames point in her direction.

So could you...

Tell me, how you're sleeping easy,
How you're only thinking of yourself.
Show me how you justify
telling all your lies like second nature.
Listen mark my words one day,

The flames go towards Ford this time, with Bill's flames mixed in.

One day

You will pay, you will pay,

Karma's gonna come collect your debt!

We sing back and forth as we walk closer to them, Bill floating in the air and me balancing on the rising flames.

We're angry, we want vengeance and this song is what captures that emotion.

Oh well, oh well,
You stalk your prey,
With criminal mentality,

Bill pops up beside Gideon, startling him. I laugh as I continue the verse, singing to Mabel.

You sink you teeth into the people you depend on,
Infecting everyone,
You're quite the problem.

Bill now teleports next to Ford, who still has his gun ready. When Bill scares him, however, the gun goes flying.

Fe Fi Fo Fum,
Better run a hide,
I smell the blood of a petty like coward.

Jack be lethal,
Jack be slick,

Jill will leave you lonely, dying in a filthy ditch.

Both of us end up on either side of Mabel. Spouting our hatred.

So could you,

One day,

Bill walks away from her and back to where we started, but I stay.

You will pay, you will pay,

Karma's gonna come collect your debt!

Abandon all your wicked ways,
Make amendments,
Start a new again.
Maybe you'll see,
All the wrongs you did to me,
And start all over,
Start all over.

I face Mabel now, gently stroking her cheek. "Mabel," I whisper "I wanted to stay, but it's clear you can't except me anymore. No matter what happens or what has happened before, I love and forgive you. I will always love you, it breaks my heart to leave." Tears start to come down my face, her's is unreadable. "I love you so much Mabel." I look over to Ford who is staring and me with his gun pointed to the ground. "I love you too Ford, no matter what." He glares at me. I turn and walk back to Bill.

Oh who are we kidding?
Now let's not get over zealous here,
You've always been a huge piece of shit.
If I could kill you all, I would,
But it's frowned upon in often states.
Having said that,

Burn in hell!

We laugh, Bill forms a portal and we step through. The portal closes and I know it's all over, all left behind in that awful town with those awful people. Then why am I so sad?
