You woke up only to be surrounded by a pitch black abyss. You tried to stand up, but something was halting you. You looked up and it was the figure from the hallway.

???:Why hello there.

(Y/n):Why won't you leave me alone?

???:Because we are bound together by madness. Consider me a guardian angel of sorts.

(Y/n):I wouldn't trust you with a dog, there's no way I am trusting you with my life.

???:Come on. With me you can control your madness and use it for yourself.

You thought about it. Being able to control your madness? You could be unstopable and quell the evil in this world.But wht if this wierdo takes control of your body. Then you become the evil of this world. You went to speak, but he put a finger to your lips.

???:Shh you don't have to anwser right away. Think about and let me know.

???:That is not important right now. Well see you.

(Y/n):Wait-

You seemed to wake up for real as you stared up at the morning sky. It hurt to breath and you raised your arm only to drop it due to pain.

???:Your finally awake.

You turned your head slightly and saw it was Eruka.

Eruka:You need to rest.

(Y/n):What happened?

Eruka:You acted like a fool and nearly got yourself killed. You lost a lot of blood that we had to replace.

You lifted your head just enough to see several tubes leading into your arms and stomach. a black liquid flowing through them. Your skin a ghostly white. Erika walked over and turned your head looking into your eyes.

Eruka:Looks like you didn't suffer any psychological damage, mostly likey from the madness already in place. Hmm.

She walked away and you could hear a conversation between Eruka and Free.

Free:How's the kid?

Eruka:Beside the extreme loss of blood, he is perfectly fine. However, I am worried for his mental health.

Free:Why?

Eruka:You also felt the madness wavelengths, if they are effecting everything how long till they effect my (Y/n)?

Free:Yours?

Eruka:I ment (Y/n)!

You thought to yourself. You needed to get back to DWMA. They where going to need help with the kishin and you could help. You lifted your right arm and pulled the tubes from your stomach and other arm. You shakily raised your left and pulled the tube from the right arm. You were getting soaked in the growing puddle of black blood. You curled up a leg and pushed to raise yourself. You slowly flipped onto your stomach and placed both arms under you. You pushed up and slipped in the black blood. You looked back and Eruka and Free were still talking. You sighed in relief and and pushed yourself up succesfully standing up only to wobble. You tried your best to balence and then snuck off as quietly as you could. When you were far enough you broke into the fastest sprint you could muster which was more of a jog. You saw Death City in the distance and smiled slightly. You were going to keep going until something came to your mind and it made you stop.

(Y/n):I tried to hurt them. I betrayed my friends and DWMA. what happens if I go back and I am treated as a traitor? What if-

Eruka:WHERE IS HE?!!! RIBBIT!!!

that gave you quite the incentive to start running again. You picked up speed since the black blood had begun to circulate more due to adrenaline and fear. You raced toward the city and heard light thumping behind you. You turned and spotted Free in his wolf form and next to him was Eruka on a giant tadpole.

Eruka:Get back here!

Free:Why exactly are we chasing after him?

Eruka:Because we have to help him heal!

Free:But there are actual doctors who can help.

Eruka:What about the black blood?! Plus it has to be me, someone else might get it wrong.

Free:Sounds like you have a crush on the kids. So wh- What the?!

Eruka held a tadpole bomb in her hand.

Eruka:Nothing just impeading his process.

She hurled it and it exploded right behind you. Much to her dismay it launched you forward and caused you to roll over into the cities perimeter.

Free:Give it up he is gone.

Eruka:Not yet all we have to do is turn on soul protect.

You did not hear anything as a loud ringing consumed your ears. You grabbed the nearest thing which was light pole and pulled yourself back up. You stood up and coughed, a bit of black blood running down your chin. That is not what you worried about. You saw Eruka coming quickly with Free following behind reluctantly. You used the light pole and pushed on it helping you get a better running start. You pushed forward despite the screams for you to stop and the ever growing pain your not fully healed body. You rounded a building and came upon the thing you needed right now. There before you was the basketball court and playing basketball was the gang. You tried to call out to them, but your voice refused to muster. You tried to walk forward, but tripped and fell with a thud that went unoticed. You crawled forward trying to think of something that would gain the attention. Then it came to your mind. You mustered up what was left of your exhuasted vocal cords and whisper yelled(Like Canada!).

(Y/n):GIRAFFES!!!

You fell to the pavement and looked up. Your quiet yell reached the ears of the younger Thompson sister and she turned. She looked around and then spotted you wallowing in pain on the ground.

Patty:(Y/N)!!!

She ran over and this got the attention of the others who also rushed over. Patty reached and hugged what little life you had out of you.

Patty:I missed you so much!

Maka:Patty let go!

Patty:Oh sorry.

She rested your head on her lap as the others crowded around you.

Emma:Hey guys sorry I'm l-. Whats going on?

Soul moved to the side to reveal your form. Emma ran over and kneeled next to you.

(Y/n):H-Hey there.

Emma:You don't disapper after us thinking you die and say that!

You coughed a bit more and leaned in closer to Patty's lap. She cradled your head as you began to have a coughing fit.

Liz:What do we do?!

Maka:Try turning his head to the side!

Patty tilted your head to the side and a small stream of black blood began to pool on the ground.

Soul:Black blood?

Kid:His blood does not matter! We have to get him to the school! I am sure my father will know what to do!

Black Star slung you over his shoulder and began to run with the rest of the gang. You felt something take a hold of your hand and you looked up at Emma.

Emma:Please be ok.

(Y/n):I will be f-

You coughed up more black blood.

Tsubaki:Faster black star!

You slowly blacked out as they began to climb up the steps.

TimeSkip.

You woke up and saw the roof of the nurses office. You heard a rolling sound and you arm was lifted and a syringe injected something.

Dr. Stein:You better be glad that I was able to make a blood substitute for you.

You eyes gazed over to the doctor who was rolling over to a table. Then you heard a familiar voice.

Crona:C-Can I s-see him now?

Dr. Stein:Hmm, oh yeah sure Crona.

You turned and smiled as Crona walked over and gave you a hug.

Crona:I heard w-what happened. I am s-sorry for s-sending you off.

(Y/n):No I should apologize for not coming back to you.

Crona clung to you as voices shouted down the hall.

Maka:Crona where are you?

You looked over and saw Soul, Maka, and Emma enter.

Emma:(Y/n)!

Your miester ran over and hugged you as tight as Crona strangling you slightly. Soul pulled them off of you, but Emma stayed close to your side.

Maka:(Y/n) are you ok?

(Y/n):Y-yeah.

Soul:Dude what happened to you?

Everyone closed around you even Dr. Stein was nearby eavesdropping to quench his curiousness.

(Y/n):Well after I fell from the sky I was taken by the survivng members of Medusa's army. One claimed she was the only one that could help me, but I disagreed. I didn't say that outright since I could barely talk. I escaped and they chased my here. I was lucky to find you guys when I did.

Crona:Was s-she with them?

(Y/n):No either she used soul protect or she died.

Dr. Stein:(Y/n) I have been able to get my substitute blood to circulate and you should be fine. I would recommend you spend the next day or two in bed. Could you kids help me transport him home.

Maka:Of course professor Stein.

They detached the tubes and helped you stand up. You could balence your self, but Emma and Maka had to help you walk. You walked down the stairs and you leaned onto Emma to keep walking. You made it to the apartment and they laid you in bed.

Maka:There you go.

(Y/n):Thank you guys.

Emma:Now you rest up. We will be back to check up on you later.

Soul:See ya dude.

Crona remained silent then walked closer to your bed. She leaned in a gave you a quick peck on the forhead. You pinked and smiled at Crona. You looked past her and Soul gave a thumbs up. Emma and Maka however looked ready to kill the poor girl.

(Y/n):See you guys.

They walked out and you laid your head on your pillow. You felt drowsy and you passed out.When you awoke you were in the floating black expanse from before.

???:Why hello there.

You managed to turn in your dream and the figure was floating in front of you.

(Y/n):Can't you leave me alone?!

???:Wow you really are cruel. Can't you just give me a chance?

(Y/n):No because you are a part of my madness and I am never letting it out agai-

???:Woah woah woah hold up. You can't say that without knowing the future. What if you have to fight a strong enemy and you only defeat the enemy with your madness?

(Y/n):I would rather die than use my madness.

The figure sighed.

???:Look i know we got off on the wrong foot. If I tell you my name will you tell me yours?

(Y/n):No.

Asura:Great. You can call me Asura. And your name?

You silently glared at him refusing to speak.

Asura:Ok I see you are not feeling too good so I will leave you to your dreams. Bye.

Then the darkness disapated and you had a normal dream for once.
