Kid went to the streets of the city,a frown across his lips. His hands were in his pockets,and his golden eyes were staring at his own feet as he walked. His golden eyes wasn't as bright as it used to be when you were still around. It was dull and sadness were obviously seen when you stare at the pair. Memories were still fresh in his mind. Your sweet smile and airy laughs still racked his brain. But now,it just makes him sad.

He turned to a corner,then went inside the grave yard. The night sky still had those bright stars,but he didn't like to look up. In his opinion,it will just remind him of you.

He stopped in front of a newly made grave,your name imprinted on the grave stone. "(y/n)…" He mumbled,a tear starting to leave from his eyes. He fell on his knees,balling his hands into a fist. "I'm… I'm… I'm sorry…" He muttered,starting to sob in front of the grave. He never cried. Unless he was alone. In your funeral,he never showed a tear when Maka and the others were around. But when they all finally left,he cried like there was no tomorrow.

"This is all my fault… All of it !" He yelled,fisting the grave stone hardly. He repeated it a lot of times,his knuckles starting to bleed. But he didn't care. For him,everything was his fault. And he was supposed to be the one who died in the first place,not you.

[That day]

You and the others were sent to a mission. You don't have a partner,but you're strong enough to fight alone. You use dual katanas as your own weapons. "(y/n) ! Here he comes !" Kid yelled. Oh,and Kid and you are dating here.

You took your katanas out,glaring at the large beast in front of all of you. "All to the places !" Maka yelled. They made a plan to defeat this beast. You and Kid will try to at least distract the beast,then Maka and Blackstar will kill it from behind.

Kid started shooting at the beast. Of course,you and Kid did your bests to distract it. The beast was somehow intelligent to notice your plan,so he took a turn around to see Maka and Blackstar. He took Maka,seeing her as the weakest one,then started crushing her.

You jumped at it as Blackstar tried to chain it's hands,and Kid shooting it in the face. You attacked it from it's back,doing every slash you could think of. It slammed Maka down then tried to get you off from his back. You dodged his hand and quickly jumped back to Kid's side.

Maka was still on the ground. Crushing you alive hurts,doesn't it ? "Kid,join Blackstar !" You yelled,nudging him. He looked at you as if you were crazy. "Hell no ! You'll be in—" "If I pair up with Blackstar,the attack won't be strong enough. You have your Death Cannon to replace Maka's Witch Hunter !" You commanded as you looked at Maka,who was coughing and was held by Soul.

"But (y/n)—" "GO !" You spinned the katanas and they turned into large swords when you transfered your soul wavelength into it. Kid sighed in defeat then ran to Blackstar's side. "This better work…" He mumbled. "Enchanted sword mode !" Blackstar commanded. Tsubaki followed,turning to the form. Shadow marks started to appear in his face."Let's go,Soul resonance !" Blackstar and Tsubaki yelled.

You sighed. You know you can't handle it alone,but you have to. Maka's injured. You clutched your swords then started attacking him endlessly,even though the sword didn't even pierced through. The beast turned around,ignoring your attacks. You glared the rushed to it.

"Face me,large faggot ! I'm here ! Don't touch them !" You yelled as you attacked with a battle cry. You gave almost all of your strength,just to make a small wound that made him turn. You looked from it's feet,seeing only Kid,starting his resonance.

He took you by his large hands then pricked your swords off. You watched in horror as the swords clanged on the ground. "(Y/n) !" Kid yelled. "Just continue the resonance !" You yelled as you squirmed,trying to get off from his hold. He used his sharp nails to pierce in your chest,where your soul stays.

As soon as you felt the pain,you started screaming. Blackstar finally had the shadows controlled,and used it to hold the limbs of the beast. The beast growled,trying to fight the shadows back. "Hang on !" Kid yelled. He knelt on one knee,then pointed it at the beast.

"Death cannon !"

Two large cannon bullets came out of the sisters. You tried catching your breath,but it was running out too fast. The beast dropped you as the bullets hit him,you starting to see black spots in your vision.

Smoke covered the whole area. When the smoke cleared,the only thing left was the kishin egg's soul. Blackstar passed out and Tsubaki went back to her human form,catching her partner.

As soon as the cannons turned back to pistols,Kid let them change back then ran to you. "(y/n) ! (y/n),hang on… We'll get you treated…" Kid mumbled. You slightly laughed,but your voice cracked. You coughed up,blood trickling from the corner of your mouth. "A-activate your… Soul… Perception…" You mumbled,looking at the side before coughing again. "Y-you know… I can't make it…" You added.

Kid's eyes started tearing up as he saw how damaged your soul looked,and knew the fact that you really can't. "No… No ! You're not dying on me ! Don't you ever dare !" He yelled,starting to put you in his arms. You sighed,then raised your hand to reach his face,but he quickly caught it for you. "Let's… Just stay here…" You said with a pleading smile. Kid's tears started staining your clothes. You just smiled,but sadly. "Look at the bright side…" You mumbled before trying to sit up. He helped you up,knowing this will be your last minutes on earth.

You wrapped your arms around him then kissed his lips quickly,a tear running from your eye slid down. "Always remember,I love you.." You made a slight giggle with a bright smile before you let your last breath go. Kid just watched in awe,sadness,and guilt. Your arms slowly slid down from his neck,then you closed your eyes that will last for eternity.

"No… No… (y/n),stop making freaking jokes ! Wake up ! Wake up ! Tell me you're alive !" Kid sobbed,wiping his tears off and trying to shake you. Liz quickly patted your back as you cried. "Wake up… Don't leave me…" He mumbled,holding your body close to him. He was about to speak again when your body started disappearing.

He watched your body disappear,and turn to a bright,small and blue human soul. Signaling your death. Kid took it then hugged it close to his chest,his fists balled up into a fist. "I love you too…" He mumbled.

[Back to reality]

Kid didn't realized it,but as the memory went,he was crying. He didn't want to admit,but he was crying every night. Thinking of the times you two cuddled each other,and the times when your bright smile still existed. Rain started pouring above him,but he didn't mind. He ignored it. "I'm so sorry… I was too weak !" Kid yelled in sadness as he stared at your grave with tears in his eyes. He knew that if you can see him,you'll convince him to stop blaming himself.

Suddenly,his phone rang. He sighed then collected his self before answering the call. "Hello…?" He mumbled. "Kid,this is Soul. Lord Death wants you in the Death room." Soul said. Kid slightly sniffed then sighed. "Yeah… Sure. Tell him I'll be there…" Kid said. Soul agreed then ended the call. He stood up then turned away,sighing again. But before he left,he kissed the grave stone's cross then started walking to the road.

It was the usual. He was thinking about you,and what you and him should be doing now if you didn't die. But this time,something different happened. Kid started crossing the road,his head still down from the thoughts of you. Then suddenly,he heard beeping. The horn getting louder and louder each step. He paused,taking a turn to the side. A truck was right in front of him and is about to get him killed. As soon as the head lights blinded him,he only thought of one thing.

"Is this the chance… To see you again in the other side…?"

Oooookay ! :[ That was sad. For me. ._. Did anyone even cried ? *no response* no ? No one ? Okay. :[ xD Well,I tried my best to make this sad. If you cried or even felt sad,oh my death,THANKS ! XDD

So… That's all… Well,did I suck in this ? Haha,cause I was thinking the fight scene was kinda corny. Heheheh~
