You and Soul have been dating for 8 months now and he miss you. So much. Want to know why? It's because you and your partner, (partner's name), went on a one week mission to kill various kishins and one witch. So be happy. You didn't die in this story. Anyways, you two have texted and called each day but Soul missed hugging you, wrapping his arm around you, and teasing you.

Right now, Soul is playing video games with Black Star, trying to keep himself occupied since you're not with him.

"Yo Soul, when's sis coming back again?" Black Star asked the albino. You and Black Star are never related to each other but you treat each other like brother and sister. Him and Kid have been overly protective when they found out that you and Soul are together. They would always threaten your boyfriend so that he won't try to do anything stupid or regretful.

"Tomorrow, Black Star." Soul said with a big grin. He's so excited to see you tomorrow. He can't wait for tomorrow to come.

"What's with the big grin, Soul?" Tsubaki asked as she sat down at the solo couch beside Black Star.

"Oh nothing." Soul said with his eyes still focused in the screen.

"He's just excited that he gets to see little sis tomorrow." Black Star said with a tone saying 'break-her-heart-and-I- crush-your-skull' tone.

"Yeah yeah." Soul said with his grin never leaving his face. Tsubaki giggled.

"Me too. I'm pretty excited as well. We can go to the arcade again." She said

"Yeah. I'll totally beat her this time and surpass god! Hahahahahahhahaha!" Blakc Star laughed while fist-bumping the air, making Soul have a chance to beat him. Soul smirked in victory when the winner icon appeared.

"Ha! In your face!" Soul pointed at Black Star.

"No fair! I was distracted! I demand a rematch." Black Star said

"Whatever you say, almighty Black Star." Soul said in a mocking tone and Black Star grunted then restarted the game.

*With (name)*

You and your partner were just about to walk back to the hotel you were staying at when thunder suddenly boomed from the sky. It's going to rain.

"Let's hurry." You said and your partner nodded. The two of you ran towards the hotel but you weren't fast enough. The rain started pouring down and you covered your partner with your jacket while you just let the rain pour down on you. You're a selfless type of person. You only care about other's safety.

"(Name)! You'll get sick you idiot!" Your partner said and you chuckled.

"That's all right. As long as you're safe." You said and she just sighed. Knowing that you always do this and there's no point arguing with you.

"Fine. But to make sure that you won't get sick, you'll take a warm bath later." She said and you just nodded. You both got inside your hotel room and your partner prepared your bath while you grabbed some fresh dry clothes and a towel.

"Go take a bath. I'll dry off." Your partner said and you nodded then took a bath.

"Honestly, that girl never cared about herself." Your partner said as she sat down at your shared bed.

"I guess I'm just lucky to have her as a partner." She (yeah. Your partner's a girl) said with a small smile then dried off.

"I won't get sick since my legs and arms are the only ones that got wet." She said to herself again.

(Timeskip to next morning)

You and your partner packed your stuff and prepared to leave the hotel room and go back to your home. Death City. You're honestly very excited to go home. You haven't seen your boyfriend for a week. You really miss him.

As you two prepared to get inside the plane which is flying to Death City, you received a text from Soul. Before the signal went off you read it and replied

😎Cool Dude😎: Yo, (nickname). You ready for your flight already?

You smiled.

❄Cool Princess❄: Yo, Evans. Yep! I was just about to get in. See ya later.

I closed my phone then went inside the plane.

*With Soul*

Soul grinned as he read your text. He can't keep his excitement in.

"Soul?" Maka called from Soul's door.

"What is it, Maka?" Soul asked while looking at a picture of you and him kissing your cheek.

"Can you c-come out? I-I need to t-tell you s-something." Maka stuttered. Soul got confused. Maka? Stuttering? Now that's new. She's always confident when talking to Soul. Why does she sound like she's nervous?

Soul put his phone on mute guessing that Maka's going to say something important then got up from his bed then opened his door while shoving his phone in his pockets.

"What's up?" He asked

"Can we sit down at the couch?" She asked and Soul nodded in a confused manner. The weapon and meister pair sat down at the couch and Soul sighed.

"So? What is it?" He asked

*With you*

You and your partner finally got home. But it's almost 7:30 PM. You put your luggage inside your room and changed into your (color) tank top, black leather jacket, denim (skirt/jeans) and your black ankle-high boots. You noticed that it's raining so you decided to bring your umbrella with you.

You walked outside to your front door then held the door knob firmly.

"(Partner's name)! I'm going to Soul and Maka's!" You informed then opened your umbrella as you exit your apartment. You locked the door wuth your keys and you started walking to Maka and Soul's. Your apartment's just a few houses away from them so walking will be more convinient. You tried calling h but he won't answer. You got concerned.

You finally reached their home and you smiled happily. You knocked on the door and twisted the door knob...........only to see Soul and Maka doing the 'K' word. You know the people do when they go lovey dovey with each other. You gasp at the sight then dropped your umbrella. You and Soul never even did that. Only on your cheek or forehead but not that!

"S-soul?" You stuttered and Soul pulled away to look at you with wide eyes.

"(N-name)! I-it's not what it looks like!" He defended and you lowered your head.

"So that's why you're not answering my calls. We're over you cheating bastard." You said in your coldest voice ever then stormed back to your home. Without your umbrella. You let the rain pour down on you. Not caring if you get sick.

"(Name)!" Soul called but you ignored it.

"Soul, don't tell me you're--" Maka got cut off by Soul running out to follow you.

"I knew it. He never meant what happened earlier." Maka whispered in disappointment.

"But I should respect his decision. I am his meister and I deserve someone better." She said to herself.

"(Name)!" Soul called and you ignored it once again. Soul finally caught up to you then grabbed your shoulders and turned you around to face him.

"What!?" You asked in your cold voice.

"It's not what it looks like, I swear!" Soul said

"Swear means nothing to me, Soul." You said while balling your hands into fists and cried. You hate this. Crying. But it's just too much.

"I just came back from our mission and this is how you greet me? Some kind of greeting you prepared. I appreciate the effort, really." You said sarcastically while still looking down to your feet.

"Look (name), it's just that--" you cut him off.

"Who kissed who?" You asked while glaring at your shoes.

"(N-name)--" you cut him off again.

"WHO KISSED WHO!?" You yelled out while shutting your eyes to try and stop cryung but no avail. Soul widened his eyes in astonishment. You never yelled at him before.

"I-I did." He confessed and you cried harder.

"Just forget it." You said and he gripped your shoulders tighter but you pushed his hands away.

"(Name)--" he tried explaining again but you slapped him hard. Soul widened his eyes more.

"Just leave me alone." You said then walked back to your apartment. Soul just stood there in astonishment. He touched the spot where you slapped him and tears managed to escaped his eyes. He knows that him cheating on you is so not cool. And making you cry, too.

"(Name)......" he trailed off then kept on crying. This is the first time that the both of you ever cried this hard. All because of a heart break.
