Ira's pov -

Aayu is on my shoulder. After almost 15 minutes I realized that she was sleeping. I prefer not to disturb her. But my shoulder is aching. Thankfully, the car is auto gear. I don't need to move my hand more; so, she is not getting disturbed. I take the cushion from my seat and place it in the side position. That's how she won't get pain.

We reached Aayu's home. But I park the car a little back from home as she is sleeping. I am looking at her through the rear-view mirror. Suddenly her phone rang and she got up due to the sound.

"Yeah, mom. I am here. Getting home within 5 minutes with Ira." She said to Aunty.

"Why didn't you wake me up, baby ??" She is asking me and her eyes are still sleepy. I held her face and said, "You know I love this when you sleep. So, why should I call you? Rather than, I don't think I am going to let you sleep in the upcoming nights." I said and she was blushing. It's forcing me to kiss her eyes. I draw kisses on her eyes. She gives a smile with a blush.

"Okay, let's go home." She said and I nodded. Then I parked the car in front of Aayu's home. We enter at home. Aunty is smiling and comes to me and hugs me.

"Nice to have you, child," Aunty said.

"Same here Aunty. How are you ???" I asked.

"I am well." She said and then Uncle came to me and put his hand on my shoulder and I made a face as if it was really painful.

"What happened ???" Aayu asked. She wraps her arm around me. Somehow I gulp the pain.

"Nothing. It's just a little bit of pain." I just reply and they all are tense. "Relax, I am fine. Now please give me something to eat Aunty. I am really hungry." I said and Aunty nodded.

Then she takes me to the dining table. "Wow, chicken. I love this. Thanks, Aunty." She smiles at me.

We all finish our food. I was almost done and I said, "Uncle, Aunty we need your permission."

"About what child ??" Uncle asked.

"I will take Aayu with me till 15th Feb. She will come home on the 15th Feb. Is that okay ???" I asked.

"If she is with you. I know she is safe. So, you can take her." Aunty said and I became shocked. They trust me a lot. I am so happy.

"Wow, thanks for your trust, Aunty. She will be safe with me thanks." I said.

"When are you going ??? Now ..." Uncle asked. I was about to say no. Before I could say anything Aayu said, "Yes ..." I looked at her with a surprised look. But I didn't say anything as I knew her intention.

"Okay then do your packing," Uncle said and she nodded.

Aayu enters her room and I follow her.

"Hey, you lied baby," I said.

"I can lie 1000 times more than this to stay one second more with you." When she said this I immediately hugged her. I kiss her cheek.

"Lemme takes you home then I will keep you in my arms like glue." She smiles.

"Did you want me to stay here tonight? As you asked about lying to Dad." She is sad.

"Hey my love, thanks. I was just teasing you. Sorry if I hurt you." I said.

"No, no it's me who gets emotional." She said and I broke our hug.

"Okay then let's go," I said. I take Aayu's bag. There is nothing much she takes.

"Won't you take anything else ???" I asked.

"Do I need anything when I will be with you ??? I know there will be everything for me." She said and my eyes got teary because of happiness. I didn't say more, just held her hand and left the room.

We said goodbye to Uncle and Aunty by hugging them. We headed home. Aayu is driving and I am looking at her.

"Let me concentrate on the road, baby. Otherwise, you know the conclusion." She is teasing me.

"Okay, okay. I am locking my lips." I put my right hand's index finger on my lips. We both start laughing but I keep looking at her.

"Is your shoulder pain better, now?" Aayu asked. Though her eyes are concentrating on the road.

"Yeah, baby. Just a momentum pain." I grin.

"From the next time wake me up when I sleep off on you. I don't want to give you pain. Is that clear?" My bossy gf.

"Okay, ma'am. Command accepted." Then we keep chit-chatting with laughter.

We reached home. We entered the room.

"You sit, I am coming by checking Iqra," I said and she nodded.

I entered Iqra's room. She is reading.

"Hey, how are you ???" I asked.

"I am fine. You return ..." She said,

"Yeah, Aayu also. We are going to go to the farmhouse to celebrate Valentine's together." I said.

"Wow, great. Go. I am so happy for you." Iqra said.

"Thanks. Please stay at home. Okay ??" I said.

"Okay. Now you go to her, she might be waiting for you." Iqra said and I smiled at her.

"You take your dinner. We bring food for you." I said and she nodded with a smile.

I left the room and entered our room.

Aayu has already changed into a night dress. When I saw her I couldn't stop myself from reciting a poem which just cooked in my heart for her...
