Sana's pov -

Thank God, Ira is stable now. Then I look at Aayana and she is just looking at Ira. And in her eyes, the expression is mixed with concern, tension, and surprisingly love also. This is forcing me to think that her concern for Ira is not only because Ira saves her from an unknown fact.

Her eyes show that this love is from many times ago. The concern is for someone whom she can't afford to lose. The tension of what exactly happened to her beloved one. Then I decided to tell her everything; though Ira strictly restricts me from uttering a word about her condition to others as she doesn't wanna take risks about her business.

I don't understand this business world. If someone is unwell how can that affect their share of the business? Huh !!! What should I do with that? But the real fact is Aayana's eyes are telling me that she won't harm Ira or she won't allow anything to hurt Ira. So I will tell her, the rest will be seen if Ira reacts badly or not.

Actually, Ira's reaction will tell me the truth or hidden truth of their relationship as I know Ira's feelings but am not sure about Aayana's feelings. Still, my gut feeling is saying Aayana has feelings for Ira. Let's see what is waiting in the future but for now; I am following my heart and going to tell her about Ira's medical history.

As I can see she is looking so tense and if it continues she is going to get high blood pressure. And I can't handle two patients now. So I go to her and sit beside her then I put my hand on her shoulder. And I am shocked that her eyes are filled with tears. They are just about to roll down without any pause.

"Hey relax, she will be fine. Don't worry." I said to pacify her.

"Just look at her, how can I relax !!! She is lying in a hospital bed. She passed out because of a fever. You told me she has some issues and she can't take all the medicines. Her bleeding once started. It was continuously bleeding. It's already been more than two hours since she passed out but still, she is not regaining her senses." I exhale louder and continue,

"I called her several times when she passed out. She didn't respond at all. Her unconscious body, her pale face, her blood-stained hand, everything is killing me inside. And you told the nurse to take her blood sample to test some platelets or something like that..... How can I relax ???? If someone who is close to your heart just skipped her medicine for once and got such kinda illness. How can someone relax....."

She was continuously saying so I just put my hand on her mouth and said,

"Listen Aayana I admit that she has an infection in her blood but if she follows the instructions which I provided her then she can lead a healthy life that's why I told you to relax." I tried to explain to her.

"But what kinda infection is it ??? !!! I mean, isn't there any way to recover her fully where there will be no risk of medicine or another treatment...." She asked me as she is her family.

"Okay listen. Let Me explain to you. Do you know about white blood cells in blood ?" I asked.

"Yeah, I know Red blood cells and White blood cells. They have their own work on blood. I dunno more than that as I am a student of business studies." She replied. I can see the frustration on her face. Why am I asking her about those?

"If White blood cells increase in blood that is a symptom of Leukaemia. And she has that problem but not that much which can be considered as Leukaemia. So, to prevent that I am keeping her on treatment otherwise, it can go to Leukaemia." I said to explain to her.

"Leukaemia !! You mean blood cancer. Oh, God !!!!!" She just broke down in my statement and started crying. So I couldn't control myself but hugged her to console her.

"This was also my first reaction when I saw the reports of her two years ago." I continued. "But she is so strong. As she is fighting with it. I treat her with chemotherapy also to check if that works for her or not. But that makes her so weak. Even she can't walk alone properly. But also I will suggest that she undergo chemotherapy again when I see the condition is a little worse than last month." I told her.

"Oh, But she needs to be on treatment always and careful about her health to lead a healthy life and there is no risk to her life ... Right ?" Aayana asked. She is a little calm now.

"For now she can be stable with it. But we can't predict the future because there is something that depends on the universe." I replied.

"Okay, then I will take care of her always. I won't let her make this mistake again without taking medicine... How can she be so careless !!!" She is a little mad at Ira. This is what love does. So, I am right. She loves Ira. For this kind of love for Ira, I was waiting a long.

Finally, Ira has someone who loves her more than anyone or anything on the planet. She is looking at Ira without a blink. Her eyes are showing the yearning to see Ira perfectly fine. She is not thinking about anything else. She just wants her love to be fine at any cost. Thank you, God, for sending her. I am just looking at her.

Aayana's feelings are enough to describe that she can't afford to lose this special person.

Her reaction is enough to explain that she is shattered.

The unexpected reality hit her.
