Ira's pov -

We just landed at RaRa Resort. Mum is so happy. I took her downstairs. Then Iba Aunty and Mum enter their room. "Okay Mum, good night for now. Let's meet in the morning. You take a rest. Okay ??" I said.

"Good night cutie and all." Mum smiles and enters her room.

"Iqra, please let me show you your room," I said. Aayu is standing and I tell her to stay.

"You are IKha !!! I am so happy to see you. I am a big fan." Iqra said.

"Thanks." I smiled and said.

"That's why you sound like IKha when you sing. I was thinking about how two people sound so similar. Now I know that no two people are one. Can I get an autograph please ??" She is behaving like a fangirl now.

"Not only autographs, but you can take photographs also, Iqra." hahaha we both laugh.

"Yeah, that's true. I know it's a secret so what will I do with that photograph? I can't put that on social media." Iqra becomes sad.

"Aww poor girl. Do one thing, just put my identity as Ira Khan. So simple." I suggest.

"Hmm. But I wish it could be IKha also." Iqra said.

"Sorry, but I can't fulfill your wish now," I said and we reached Iqra's room.

"Is it my room ??" She asked.

"Yeah, it's your room. It's already 11:30 pm and you take a rest. Good night." I said.

"Good night. Thanks for the room." Iqra gives me a smile and enters her room.

I return to Aayu.

"Finally you return. Don't you think it takes a long time ??" Aayu asked.

"Yeah, baby. She was praising me. So, let's enter our room." I said. Aayu puts her hand around my waist and we enter our room.

"Wow, what a room. Full white. I love this." Aayu said.

"Great, you like this," I said.

"Now it's time to sleep," Aayu said.

"You go to bed baby. I need to attend a meeting then I will join you." I said.

"What !!! I thought we were on vacation, so no work baby." Aayu said.

"Sorry baby. That American client called a meeting and I have to join." I said.

"Okay do your work," Aayu said and made a sad face. I just give her a smile. She just enters the washroom, I turn on my laptop to join the meeting and take the dress to change.

Aayu comes out and I enter. After I came out I saw Aayu was preparing for bed.

"It's already prepared, baby," I said. She just looked at me and didn't reply. Her cute anger is making my heart fall for her more. I also didn't say anything. When I was passing her she held my hand and said, "Why are you not saying anything ???"

"Because I know I am wrong. So, how to make this cover I dunno. That's why I prefer to be silent. It makes the relationship better, when one is upset another one should be silent." I said.

"Oh, then you keep silent." By saying that Aayu was about to turn back but suddenly she makes a sound in pain and sits on the bed. "Aaaahhhh."

I held her immediately.......

Aayu's pov -

Since the evening I was feeling pain in my chest, especially the area where the bullet attacks, but when I was about to turn it gave me more pain and I made the sound of pain which I didn't want to. Now Iru will be tense, which I don't want.

"Wha.. what... What happened, baby ??? Is the bullet area giving you pain ???" Iru asked and as expected her eyes were teary.

"Hmm..." I just said this I couldn't say more. Iru takes the phone and calls Sana then puts the phone and loudspeaker, then she takes the bag of medicine.

Sana: Hello, Ira. Will all of you reach safely ??

Iru: Yeah but Aayu is feeling pain in her operating area. What to do ??

Sana: Her painkiller dose is finished, that's why it's happening. Do one thing, just give her a pain killer and she will be fine.

Iru: Then why did you stop the medicine ?? (She is really angry now)

Sana: We can't extend painkillers anymore and you also know why. It's not good for her health.

Iru: Okay. Should I give her hot water bag therapy ?? I will reduce her pain.

Sana: Good idea. Do that. Still, if you need anything else, call me.

Iru: Of course, I will call you. Now you sleep bye and good night.

Sana: Okay madam. Good night.

Iru hung up and gave me the painkiller. Then she takes an electric hot water bag and puts it on charge. She came close to me and asked, "How is your pain now ??"

"Just take medicine baby but I am fine," I said.

"You are fine !!! Okay just lay down when charging will be done I will give you." Then Iru takes off my tops softly then makes me lay on the bed and brings a pain-killing gel. She puts a kiss on my pained area and applies the gel then she brings the hot water bag and holds it to my chest.

"Won't you join the meeting ??" I asked.

"When you will be fine I will join, don't worry it has time," Iru said and I nodded. Then Iru also lays down by my side and holds my head at her chest. I feel like I am in heaven. It really lessens my pain and slowly I fall asleep.

My eyes open and Iru is not by my side. I get up. Thankfully my pain is so low. Just a little bit which is fine. So I get up to search for her but before I get down from bed Iru enters the room with a water bottle.

Then I realize she is still working as her laptop is on and it's 2:30 am. She sees me and comes to me immediately. "Hey, how is your pain ??" Iru asked me, holding me in her arms.

"Much better it just has but little. You are still working. You should sleep now, it's too late." I said.

"Yeah, baby I am done. Coming. It's just a big file so it takes little time to send via mail. Maybe it's done. I will just check and come to you." Iru puts a kiss on my cheek and goes to the laptop to check.

She gives me a smile that she is done. Then she leaves her chair. I extend my hands to her to hug me. She comes to me and hugs me so softly. I cross my legs around her. "You look so hot in this pink bra. I mean it's a crime to be so hot, baby." Iru said, which is really blushing. "Aww, my baby becomes red like a rose. Lemme make it redder." Iru said and kissed me on the cheeks.

"Are you less hot ?? Even just look at you through my eyes. You look hot, cute, sexy, and whatnot ..." I said and now I kiss Iru's lips.

"I love you. I love you like I can't explain." Iru said and hugged me like she never wanted to leave me. I also hugged her.

"By the way, what are you doing with your shirt? I love your shirtless view." I said and started unbuttoning her shirt. Whenever my eyes caught her cut mark on my chest, my heart ached. I kiss her chest and we both lay on the bed hugging each other.

I love it when I sleep in her arms.
