Ira's pov -

I am trying to cheer up Sana. Finally, she laughs which gives me peace in my heart. Then she starts unbuttoning my shirt from the bottom. I know Aayu is getting jealous so I asked, "What are you doing ?"

"Need to look at your pain area. How much is it red ??!! I need to apply painkiller gel over there as you are not comfortable with others so I am doing it. Anything else?" Sana replied. I just nodded and looked at Aayu to see her reaction. Thankfully her eyes are not threatening me. I am just looking into her eyes, and suddenly Sana touches my pained area and I scream, "Ouch! Slowly Sana."

"You need to endure this pain, Ira. I can't give you oral medicine or injections much, just for five days after that, you will depend on this only. It will need to apply 3 times in 15 days. It will reduce your pain and I am giving you little healing medicine. Now listen, you can feel pain in your whole body for that. Okay ?" Sana explained to me.

"Okay. How is Aayu ?" I asked Sana.

"Mmmm. Thankfully she has no bone injury. But the wound is deep. After 5 days stitches will be removed then after 5 days, her wound should be healed. But yeah though it's sounding like 10 days I will check up on her after 15 days also to avoid any kind of infection. With that, I would suggest not doing any heavy work for 30 days. Okay, Aayana?" Sana tells both of us.

"Hmm. I got it." Aayu replied.

"Will you keep us here for 5 days !!!??? We will be sicker if we stay here for five days." I said in irritation.

"Well, I can release Aayu after 3 days if you want. After that, she can come here to check up and get stitches removed with other things. But you have to stay here for five days at least, I would suggest more." Sana said to me.

"I am okay, I can go home. Why are you keeping me here ?? I know you love me but isn't it too much love ???" I replied.

"I know you very well. If I send you home, you will start going to the office and you won't apply this painkiller gel. And you know I am right. It would be better for 15 days to keep you here." Sana is scolding me in a sweet tone which is really sugarcoating. So I make a sad face and said,

"Huh. Scolding me !! Do it directly !!! Why so sugar-coating!!!! Huh !!!!!"

"I agree with Sana, you don't take care of yourself," Aayana said.

"What you are on her team !!! Okay, listen. This time I am gonna take care of myself and Aayu both." I said.

"You just take care of yourself, that is enough for us." By saying that Sana opens the drawer and takes an ointment. Then she removes clothes from the pained area.

"It's really dark red. Iru, please take care of this time." Aayu said, when I looked at her I saw her eyes were teary. I didn't say anything to her. When Sana touches my rib bone, I feel the same pain when I fall, though Sana is touching slowly still I am unable to take this. Due to the pain, tears are rolling from my eyes. Sana stops in just 1 minute but I felt like it was like an hour. I saw Aayu trying to get up.

"What are you doing ?" I said.

"I wanna be by your side. I wanna touch you." Aayu said.

"I am coming, you please don't get up. It is not good for your health." When I said this Sana held me and said, "Wait, I am bringing a belt for your rib bone. Which will be safe and easy for you to move. Should I attach both of your beds? Is that safe ?"

"What do you mean by safe !!!" Aayu asked.

"I mean anybody can enter here anytime if you will be in any romantic position. hahaha." Sana teases both of us.

"Just shut up. Both of us are unable to move and you are teasing us." I got furious at Sana.

"Okay I give up," Sana said and left the room to bring the belt.

Aayana's pov -

Ira is in too much pain. I want to touch her but I am unable to reach her. I am also feeling bad for Sana. Though she is showing us that she is happy her eyes are showing that she is in pain. Sunny is a bad person, I don't know how much he loves Sana but there was a chance for him to get changed. Will see what happens in the future but I can't afford to see my Iru get hurt. She is a soft-hearted person, I am saying this not because I love her but because she is genuinely a nice person; who loves everyone.

"Hey, what are you thinking ?" Iru asked.

"I am thinking about you and Sana. Sana doesn't deserve what she got. Sunny should be more careful, he should change himself for Sana. Love is not enough to live with each other. There should be trust and understanding with little compromise to stay with each other." I said.

"Hmm, that's also true. I was shocked when I saw Sunny at your home with a pistol. I can't describe my feelings at that time. So, I can totally understand Sana's feelings. I was always there in their relationship. Sunny is a different person when he stays with Sana. He really loves her. But he couldn't change himself. I saw the fear in his eyes when I was telling Sana his truth. Okay, leave this. What he did he got. He tortures everyone's loved one, now he is separated from his loved one." Ira was saying, this time Sana entered and we both paused. Sana may have guessed what we are talking about. She doesn't say anything, just wears the belt at Ira's lower rib bone area then helps her to reach me.

Then Iru asked Sana, "When will Uncle and Aunty come ?"

"At 8 am. Now it's 7:30 am. You can talk, I will be back at 8 am." By saying that Sana winked at us and left by closing the door.

"How are you feeling now?" Iru is asking me and touching my cheek with her right hand. Thankfully she is sitting at my right side so I also can touch her.

"I am feeling good but my chest is heavier which will be fine within time," I replied and placed my hand on her pained area though there is a belt I wanna touch.

"I am fine. Please don't worry. That's why I request Sana to bring me here. I knew that you would be tense if you didn't see me." Iru said.

"Intelligent girl. That's why I love you more. You better know what I want or need." We both smile at each other.

"Okay listen. If you are not feeling good then you can leave after 3 days. Don't need to stay with me here." Iru said, which made me angry.

"What's wrong with you Iru ?? If it was me who will be there for a long time I am damn sure you would be there. Then why this partiality with me !!! Who told you that I don't need to stay with you." I was talking continuously. Iru stops me by putting her hand at my mouth and saying,

"Okay, I am sorry. It was just for your comfort I said. Please don't be angry, it's not good for your health." Iru said by holding my right hand with her left hand and she is still keeping her right hand at my cheek. I kissed her hand and said, "Okay, forgiven. Now listen. As Sana said you need a person to take care of. So, after 3 days I will take you with me home. There will be Mom and Dad to take care of both of us. Okay ?"

"Wow, why didn't I think about this ??!! By the way, will Uncle and Aunty be comfortable if I stay with you ??" Iru asked me a silly question.

"Why not ?? Okay, I will ask them today. Let's see what they say. Fine !!??" I replied. Iru kissed my right hand and then held my hand on her chest.

"You know what... I never thought I would get someone like you in my life. You will love me unconditionally. I am blessed that you are in my life." Iru said.

"Even though I am more blessed," I replied. Iru slowly touched my bandage area and said, "Please don't repeat this. I know what you did was for Uncle. But please be careful. I can't see you in that state, ever." Iru's eyes are releasing tears. I wiped her face and said, "I can understand your feelings, my love. I will be careful." Then we both smile. To change the topic I said, "Well, we haven't decided our couple's nickname yet."

"Hmm. Lemme think. It can be mmmmmmmmmmm yeah 'AayaRa' What say ?? Aayana's Aaya and Ira's Ra... AayaRa wow. My name sounds good with your name." Iru said.

"No, it should be 'IraNa' Ira whole and Aayana's Na. Isn't it better ?" I asked.

"Why 'IraNa' not 'AayaRa' ??" Iru asked.

"Tell me your reason," I asked again.

"Well, because you came first for me before me. That's why it should be 'AayaRa'." Iru replied and I was shocked by her answer.

"Stop copying my thoughts. Because I think the same." I replied.

"That's good. Now tell me that it should be 'AayaRa'" Iru insisted.

"No baby. Tell me who is in this relationship for more time." I asked.

"You," Iru replied.

"So who will decide ?" I said.

"This is not fair, Aayu. Okay, I will accept the defeat by you. Happy ??" Iru agreed and I smiled.

"Hmm, I am happy. So it's 'IraNa'." I said.

"Since when are you there in my heart

Beloved, for me you come before me." Iru said a poem that overwhelmed me.

"Aww, thanks for your pure words. I love you." I said.

"I love you too," Iru replied.
